I’m not going to lie. This annoys me personally beyond believe. But, its my job and I’m going to do the gig. But, I alluded to it before but this AP.9 rapper, who I have never heard a bar from, is reportedly shopping pics of him and Coco in bed for a cool 100k. He’s shopping directly to TMZ, according to my sources. This isn’t exactly new information, but the dollar amount has never been revealed. I wonder how this will play out?

I don’t know why I am even putting this out there, but I guess it can hurt, unless I meet Gunplay. Somebody that has ties deep into the annals of Miami history recently told me that Gunplay was once robbed of his chain and beaten before Rick Ross even made “Hustlin.” The crazy thing is , this person tells me that this is before Gunplay even linked with Ross, but he was still a wild dude. Apparently, he was in the studio and got into it with some dudes and they just swooped in. I dunno. I still like Gunplay and this only proves he’s a star now.

Rappers Meek Mill, Ace Hood Prep Highly Anticipated New Mixtapes
(AllHipHop News) Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill may not be able to travel due to a court restriction, but the rapper is keeping busy with his music career anyway.
Meek Mill, who is signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, took to Twitter, where he posted the artwork for his upcoming mixtape “Dreamchasers 3.”
Meek is working on the mixtape, which will feature Philly native DJ Drama, in addition to production by in-demand, Chester, Pennsylvania-based producer Jahil Beats.
Meek exclaimed that “Dreamchasers 3” will contain “one of the best songs” of his career.
Maybach Music Group associate/We The Best artist Ace Hood is also putting the finishing touches on his new mixtape, “Starvation 2.”
In addition to Meek Mill, “Starvation 2” will feature a variety of acts on the Maybach Music Group.
Meek Mill “Dreamchasers 3” has no release date, while “Starvation 2” is due to hit the Internet on January 10.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Has Azealia Banks Been Dropped From Interscope?
UH OH! It looks like the house cleaning of the new year has already started!
Word on the street is that Azealia Banks has been dropped from her label home Interscope Records. It seems like they have not renewed some short-term contract for new recordings from the Harlem-bred 21-year-old. Looks like they just dropped her, straight up. Not sure of the source, but she was supposed to drop and album in the first quarter of this year and it seems like Broke With Expensive Taste will be on hold. She wasn’t getting any push anyway, save what she did herself on Twitter. None of her songs were hitting though, even though she was poppin’ with “212.”
On top of that Angel Haze just released a diss on Ms. Banks called “On The Edge,” as they have been going back and fort on Twitter. I didn’t even bother to write about the beef. Click here for the song if you want to hear it.

AHH Stray News: Lil Wayne Appeals $2 Million Judgement, N.O.R.E. Now P.A.P.I.,Young Calicoe Loses In Court
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Lil Wayne will appeal a $2 million judgment levied against him in a court battle with film/television producer Quincy Jones III. The rapper was upset with his portrayal in the film, which included scenes of his drug use, and claimed that QD3 had failed to gain the proper permission to use music that was in featured in the documentary. QD3 counter sued claiming the lawsuit and bad publicity ruined the film, and in November, a jury awarded QD3 and his associated companies a $2,195,000 judgment. According to TMZ.com, Lil Wayne recently filed documents stating his intention to appeal the verdict. The rapper must submit an official appeal for the court to consider within the next 30 days.
Queens, New York rapper N.O.R.E. has revealed he’s taking on a new identity for his upcoming album Student of the Game. According to MTV news, N.O.R.E, born Victor Ortiz, is now going by the name P.A.P.I. for his new release. “I wanted to do something totally different for the album,” P.A.P.I. told MTV News today (January 4). “My mother doesn’t even call me Victor, my father has never called me Victor, my teachers didn’t even call me Victor. My name in Lefrak City and my name in Queens is actually P.A.P.I., it’s not even N.O.R.E.” P.A.P.I’s new video “Tadow” featuring 2 Chainz, Pusha-T and French Montana, will debut this Sunday as MTV Jams’ Jam of the Week.
Detroit rapper Young Calicoe lost a bid in court to have a felony dogfighting case filed against him dismissed today (January 4). A lawyer for Young Calicoe appeared in 36th District Court and claimed that prosecutors had no evidence against the rapper, who sparked controversy with a video that went viral. The video featured Young Calicoe showing off a stable of dogs, roosters and other animals for fighting. Other than the video, which has yet to be admitted as evidence, Young Calicoe’s lawyer claimed there was no proof that his client owned the dogs, nor committed any crimes. While the judge declined to rule on the video, she did say that the prosecution was still building a case against the rapper. The next court date is slated for February 28.
