(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like another great biopic may be on the way.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s story just may be headed to the big screen.
Apparently after traveling across the country with Snoop Dogg on the Puff Puff Pass Tour, the Hip Hop group got a chance to think of their future and celebrating as well as chronicling their legacy.
After all, the Cleveland legends certainly have a story to tell between Grammys, Eazy-E’s premature death, health issues, fights, breakups, prison sentences, other run-ins with the law, and some great music!
Bone Thugs is apparently thinking about collaborating with their “uncle”, the West Coast’s own, Ice Cube, to bring their story to life.
Krayzie Bone sat down with Hip Hop DX to explain why he believes their story should be told!
“Flesh did 10 years. It was really hard, especially when you know what you were taken away from. Flesh knows his actions—he had to man-up for the way he was acting. He was wilin’ out in the worst way imaginable. It supposed to be a movie already,” said Krayzie.
Krayzie actually envisions the biopic picking up from where a scene out of ‘Straight Outta Compton’ left off. The scene showed their cassette tape being brought into the hospital room where Eazy-E was, and that’s where they want it to pick back up.
I’m here for the biopic just off of the strength of the Bone Thugs, Tupac, Biggie, and Big Pun elements! They recorded with everyone! Even Big Pun’s first debut was on the ‘Flesh-N-Bone’ album.
Cube and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony even have another dope musical connection based off the fact that where a ‘Straight Outta Compton’ studio scene for “F-ck The Police” was shot, Bone got harassed by the police there, and they recorded ‘Thuggish Ruggish Bone’ there.
I’m certainly here for a Bone biopic! It’s good to see Bizzy is on board too! Are you here for it?
