(AllHipHop News) After claiming his lyrics were “misunderstood” on a New Orleans radio show Q93.3, Maybach Music Group boss Rick Rosss took to his personal twitter account to reiterate those statements:

He also made a point apologize to his sponsors “who would never promote violence against women” and named Reebok as well as activist group Ultraviolet. Ultraviolet has publicly urged for his removal as Reebok spokesman on their official website. Curiously, Ross does not mention his Ciroc sponsorship in the personal tweet apologizing.

Hours after his apology, the Teflon Don released his latest video for his remix of Kendrick Lamar’s “B*tch Don’t Kill My Vibe”. The video title omits the word “b*tch” although the term appears on the Maybach Music Group Soundcloud link of the song.
