Eminem

is facing another battle, this time over money. John Guerra, the

man who Eminem supposedly pulled a gun on for kissing his wife,

has filed a lawsuit against him. Days after the confrontation,

he claimed that he is still in fear of his life, and that it was

the "scariest moment" of his life. Guerra, who claims

he simply received the kiss from Eminem’s wife, Kimberly, is seeking

an unspecified amount in damages. As you already know, Eminem

is also facing felony charges in the case, as well as another

felony charge in a case from a different County, where Eminem

Allegedly pulled a gun on members of The Insane Clown Posse.
