What in the b########## are a pair of R&B singers doing beefing like rappers? The world is ending, ya’ll!!!! In a radio interview, Lyfe claims that Raheem called him out and challenged him. SIGH. And then Raheem ran up to the radio station to talk to Lyfe “face to face.” Rah apparently came up to the station six or seven deep to “talk.” Now they say Lyfe got run out of the station, but that brother doesn’t need any legal issues. They don’t call him “LYFE” for nothing! Here is the whole silly ordeal!

Here is the synopsis from what I understand. Choke No Joke is doing a movie on the legendary Tunnel club. He wanted to take it to BET, but Flex wanted to take it to somewhere “bigger” like VH1. Choke likes BET. And Flex likes VH1. Then Flex allegedly says hes going to take the footage and jack it for his own DVD. Choke No Joke has all this footage and I guess Flex wants it…I dunno. Man, you all don’t know the sort of emails I get all day. I read just about all of them too! I got this zany email on the heels of the Cassidy mess. Now, I want to say very EMPHATICALLY that I DON’T BELIEVE THIS RUMOR. In FACT, I am 99.9999% sure it is false. But, I wanted to share it with you so you can see what I am getting and must filter out.

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio – A police chase ends with a suspect scaling a fence into a prison yard!
It happened around 1:00 a.m. Monday morning, after Garfield Heights Police say they tried to pull over a driver for failing to signal.
Police say 20-year-old Ricky Flowers, II, took off on a high speed chase, reaching speeds of more than 90 miles an hour.
The chase spanned several communities and two local interstates, I-480 and I-77, before ending up in the most ironic of places, The Northeast Pre-Release Center for Women at E. 30th and Broadway.
The men jumped out of the car and took off on foot.
Police say Mitchell Byers, 19, and Lamar Sullins, 19, ran down a dead-end ally and were captured by police.
Gabriel Huston, 20, tried to scale the fence at the womens prison, but was tasered by police from another department.
Now, I ask: DOES IT GET ANY DUMBER?
