Tish Hyman- “Subway Art”

TISH CAPTURES LIFE UNDERGROUND WITH NEW VISUAL.

Bronx-born singer/songwriter Tish Hyman gives us a black and white visual for her latest ballad “Subway Art.” The songstress profiles those that travel on New York subway trains daily. “Subway Art” has garnered support from Ty Dolla $ign, Casey Veggies, Fabolous, and Alicia Keys. Tish tells the story of real life in the single, stemming from conversations she had about hardship with strangers on the train. Tish’s debut album Dedicated To is slated for release this spring, and includes contributions from producer William Larsen, Bink, and more.

“I grew up in New York, in the Bronx. I’ve rode the subways in the city my entire life. Subway Art is about the heart of the city. It’s about life underground. When I talk to strangers on my rides, most of their stories involve hardship and struggle. Real life…I wanted to make a record that represents this.”
