A representative for superstar rapper Jay-Z has come forward to deny recent reports that the rapper and his girlfriend Beyonce Knowles were secretly married in Paris, France.
Numerous gossip sites have reported the rumor for months, alleging that the couple has been married in various locations.
The latest rumor states that the pair were married early in December of 2007, while celebrating Jay-Z’s 38th birthday in Paris, France.
The reports stated that the pair skipped the traditional exchanging of rings and opted for matching tattoos, with inscriptions on their fingers.
A representative for the rapper scoffed at the rumors and dismissed the continued speculation as untrue.
“They are not married,” a close member of Jay-Z’s inner-circle told AllHipHop.com today (December 20).
Beyonce denied the rampant rumors in a high profile feature in Vanity Fair in 2005.
In 2006, Jay-Z dismissed a July 2006 rumor that stated the pair tied the knot at Martha’s Vineyard during the July 4th holiday.
