OUCH! MIKE VICK GETS 23 MONTHS!
Mike Vick is feeling a sting right now and that is the sting and pain of getting sentenced to 23 months in jail. I think that Vick is going to suffer career-wise from this. I am no expert, but I thought he would get about a year and be back for the next season. Anyway, let's see if there is a Free Mike Vick Campaign. I think we just need to CHILL! Everybody in the whole world…CHILL! Stop going to jail, stop doing crimes and stop and think before you do stupid things that will jeopardize your future.

If you thought Jay leaving Def Jam meant he won’t be recording over there any more, think again. I heard that Def Jam may not renew Shawn Carter’s contract as the president, but Jay-Z is still with Def Jam! Stay tuned for this one, because it's about to get interesting. From what I understand, another album is already being discussed for next year. Soulja Boy is closer to retiring than Jay is. (Somebody has to tell P to kill it with the writing in all caps.)

QUEEN LATIFAH SAYS "NO WEDDING!!!!"
Recently the stars of the new movie "The Perfect Holiday" had a premiere screening at the Ice Theater in Chicago. Gabrielle Union, Morris Chestnut, Faizon Love as well as Queen Latifah all attended. My Chi-town homey, Kendra G. (radio personality, Power 92) caught up with the "Queen" at the premiere and asked her about that big infamous announcement that she allegedly will be making once she is done promoting her movie "The Perfect Holiday". According to Kendra G., NO MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE. Queen Latifah said "Oh my goodness you guys actually believe that! You can't believe everything you read...there will be no major announcement made! The only major announcement I have to make is "Merry Christmas!" The Queen has told others that she’s simply not getting married to her female trainer. When the Queen says, "There ain't gonna be no wedding,” that means it's 1) not happening or 2) going to be discreet. As far as I can recall, I’ve never known Queen to have an outward relationship.

I don’t know what’s the deal around this latest round of alleged pettiness, but I am hearing that Rihanna won’t let Ciara perform on her tour? So, a date in the UK gets cancelled over this? I heard that Ciara wasn’t tripping over opening for Ri Ri even though she’s been out longer. I heard the mixtape is going to be called “The Black Erica Kane” and her next album will drop in the same time frame. From what I have been told, Kim is downwith Lance "Un" Rivera and his Untertainment Records/Flavor Unit Management. And you know that Biggie used to roll tight with Big Un. This is also interesting. DIDDY’S MOVED ON?
I thought Diddy was going to call Kim Porter back and get her that big rock, but the NY Post is staying something else. The word is that Combs and Cassie are officially and item. This is so wild they are saying that he’s cut off all his other babes from around the world – AROUND THE WORLD. LOL…for me that would be around the way. They are down in Miami chilling together, keeping it low key. Cassie recently broke away from her boyfriend. I guess Diddy helped her with that decision.
RAY-J GETS THE BOOT!
Once you do and promote a sex tape, which is essentially porn, the doors of access can be closed in certain instances. For example Brandy and Ray J were supposed lead a parade in Jackson, Miss. Then they forgot Ray-J had grown up to be more than “Brandy’s lil’ brother.” Well, Ray-J was yanked from leading the parade and his semi-pure sister will go on with out him.
