Earl "DMX" Simmons was arrested Tuesday
(Dec 24.) and charged with various traffic violations in Harrison, New York,
after authorities spotted the rapper driving recklessly.
Simmons was stopped in his black Chevy Suburban
on Interstate 287, after authorities observed him driving erratically.
When police asked him for his license and registration,
West Chester Police told AllHipHop.com that Simmons produced "incorrect
information."
DMX was charged with unsafe lane changing, failure
to signal and possession of a forged instrument and released.
