With new artists constantly taking the scene by storm, Baltimore’s own and Freebandz affiliate YGG Tay is next up and he will be a well known name before the year is through. Tay’s previously released DJ Plugg-produced single “Why You So Mad” has been racking up views since it dropped back in October and today it finds a home on Rich Before Rap.
