There’s clearly some miscommunication between the camps of T.I and Iggy Azalea. During a sit down on the “Ebro in the Morning” show yesterday (Sept.16), Tip spoke on why he decided to distance himself musically from his mentee Iggy Azalea. Now, it is reported that the “Black Widow” rapper was reportedly caught off guard by those comments and was under the impression that they were still working together.
“She didn’t know there was a problem since T.I. is still collecting publishing checks and acting like everything is normal between them,” said a source close to her.

Tip said he decided to part ways with Iggy after Q-Tip schooled her on hip-hop history 140 characters at a time.
I’m a loyal partner and if I rock with you I’m going to rock with you. If we right, wrong, we’ll discuss that in the car. We going to get out of here right now, though. That’s just how I am. Right now I’m going to block the bullets, now go. Now when I say ‘Go’ [really] go. Don’t stand around and talk while I’m blocking bullets. You slowing me down.”
