(AllHipHop News) Yasiin Bey is set to perform his final shows in the United States this month.
One of those concerts will be at the Apollo Theater in Harlem.
It appears Bey will premiere music from two new projects during the NYC set.
“I will be premiering my new album, Negus In Natural Person, and me and Mannie Fresh’s project, which is called As Promised, at The Apollo on December 21,” Bey told WNL Radio.
According to OkayPlayer, the Brooklyn-raised rhymer’s collaborator Ferrari Sheppard confirmed Bey will perform some songs from the two new albums in New York.
Bey (formerly known as Mos Def) also has a project with Sheppard.
The duo’s December 99th is scheduled to arrive on Friday, December 9 via Tidal.
There is currently no release date for Negus In Natural Person and As Promised.
