Chance The Rapper Catches Heat For Jumping In The Kanye West/Trump Tweetstorm

(AllHipHop News) Yesterday, Chance The Rapper felt the need to insert himself into the mess around Kanye West ~~trolling~~ tweeting about Donald Trump. Ye had the internet talking after he posted a photo of himself in a “Make America Great Again” hat and for accusing former President Barack Obama of not doing enough to help Chicago.

This led to Hot 97 personality Ebro Darden to tweet, “I wonder if [Kanye West] has caught up with [Chance The Rapper,] [G Herbo,] [Lil Durk] on his hometown of Chicago??” Chance responded by writing, “Talked to him two days ago. He’s in a great space and not affected by folk tryna question his mental or physical health. Same Ye from the Vmas, same Ye from the telethon.

The last portion of Chano’s tweet had many of his followers questioning how he could honestly say Kanye West has not changed since the infamous incidents at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards and the Hurricane Katrina relief telethon in 2005. Chance then reacted to the online noise by later tweeting, “Black people don’t have to be democrats.”

That tweet was quickly retweeted by right-wing figures, such as Donald Trump Jr and Candace Owens, which led to even more backlash directed at Chance. The Coloring Book creator finally ended his night on Twitter by posting a GIF of Jay-Z, symbolizing the need to exit the conversation.

John Legend Responds To Kanye West Expressing His Support For Donald Trump

(AllHipHop News) R&B star John Legend has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump. Back in 2016, he said about the then-presidential candidate, “I would speak out on any election but I think it is even more urgent now because we have someone running for office whose you know a major party candidate who is so dangerous I think for the world and this country.”

Legend found himself in a dicey situation after his longtime friend/collaborator Kanye West came out in full support of Trump on Twitter this week. The “Green Light” singer reacted to Ye’s internet-breaking show of love to the POTUS.

He tweeted:

I imagine there’s some comfort in imagining a future without racism and projecting that onto the present. Thinking if we just deny the truth, it doesn’t exist. If history is erased, we don’t have to deal with its consequences. However… Far too many people don’t have the luxury of closing their eyes and ears. They feel it in their lives and can’t act like what they see and know doesn’t exist. They know their family was destroyed by deportation or incarceration. They know their loved one was denied safe harbor because of their religion. They know their son or daughter was shot because their skin color evoked fear. They see the statistics about black applications for real estate or loans or employment being turned away because their name was Jamal and not James. I love that great, brilliant artists have the power to imagine a better future. But artists can’t be blind to the truth. The defining trait of Trump’s campaign and political profile was his embrace of white supremacy. He made it clear every time he spoke. Some serious cognitive dissonance to ignore that for the other x% you might find appealing. I guess I agree with >1% of anyone’s thoughts though. Anyway, y’all need to come to Montgomery and see this memorial.

Previously, Legend called West’s 2016 Trump Tower meeting with the President-Elect a “publicity stunt.” The G.O.O.D. Music affiliate also expressed he was “pretty disappointed” that Kanye said he would have voted for Trump.

Making Sense Of Kanye West And Donald Trump: Good Music’s Malik Yusef Speaks

(AllHipHop Features) Fans of Kanye West know the name Malik Yusef. If not, that will soon change. Malik Yusef is a spoken word artist, a poet, a musician, and also a key figure in Kanye West’s inner circle. He has been down with his Chicago brethren since the beginning. Kanye set off a firestorm of controversy after a series of social media posts expressed extreme adulation for U.S. President Donald Trump. West referred to Trump as his “brother” and sported the signature red “Make America Great Again” cap in pictures. There is much more to say, especially about the supremely talented Mr. Yusef, but at the moment, the people need insight. Although there are serious issues like Net Neutrality, Syria, mass incarceration and the status of Cardi B’s baby (sarcasm)…we need to know as much as we can – at this time – about what is going on with Kanye West.

Malik Yusef talks to Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur and paints a very, very acute visual in this exclusive interview, which is a mere fraction of a longer, forthcoming conversation. Read on and stay tuned.

AllHipHop: what’s going on?

Malik Yusef: I just talk to him this morning before I got on the airplane. Kanye is an enigmatic creature, Which I think our people so dive deep into the Kanye West phenomenon. Kanye is an amalgamation of a bunch of peoples in his life. The influences of his father, his mother. Not just his father but his side of the family The influences of his father, his mother. Not just his father but his side of the family, the Civil Rights Movement – his father- and The Black Panthers or affiliated with the Panthers. His mother, with the Civil Rights Movement as he alluded to. At 6-years old, at the sit ins. At 10 years old he was an exchange student in China. He’s always been this kid who has always known that he was gifted always going to be great. And he’s been rapping since he was nine years old.

Having all those things inside himself, and the code-switching, trying to be an athlete in high school, you know, he was trying to figure out himself being raised by a single mother and had a stepdad. All these things that a lot of people go through but, also attempting ascend to the highest level of art too – in the world. If you’re growing around Stones (Almighty Black P. Stone Nation) and GD’s (Gangster Disciples) and being a producer for a group and being a rapper and then being a rapper/ producer. All of this by 40 years old. Having three kids and a wife and that wife is Kim Kardashian. I am also giving birth to John legend Kid Cudi a rebirth to Common, a rebirth to Twista, a rebirth to Malik Yusef, or a rebirth to Do or Die. Presenting the world with a Big Sean. Rebirth to Pusha T. Being signed to Hov (Jay Z) and Dame Dash. I think people are not looking at the speed and velocity in which this person takes place or in the public eye.

And then also, because of his lyrical content, where he’s from – Chicago- the lineage of revolution they expected him to kind of be the champion of their cause no matter what that cause is. And Coming from the home of Larry Hoover and Jeff Fort a.k.a. Chief Malik and Chairman Fred Hampton, Jr., Flukey Stokes – coming from that world. The machine politics of Richard Daley, Sr. (the 38th mayor of Chicago, who died in 1976) and then Richard Daley, Jr. A city where there are 60 games at any given time, active. But also, you’re trying to be a musician in a city where there is no music. New York, New Jersey – you can catch a bus and be at a label. You can catch a train and be at a label. In Chicago, that’s nonexistent. There’s two Chicago’s. There’s not two New York’s. And all of these dichotomies, all these polar opposites. It’s the gift and the pendulum swings both ways with that gift or at play in the brain at all times. Genius registers on the autism scale, like me. Autism is part of my genius. Genius is part of my autism, you know? Where do you have time to study politics Genius registers on the autism scale, like me. Autism is part of my genius. Genius is part of my autism, you know? Where do you have time to study politics when you are thrust into a world where people think you are politically astute? And maybe not so much.

Me and him have had these deep spiritual talks about the spiritual and extraterritorial/celestial universe as well as the fact that I’m a Republican. And why was that. “Malik, what’s the difference between a Republican and Democrat?” That’s a real question he asked. And we still do the song for Barack Obama.I got him to do a song with Barack Obama even though he was not immersed in the political process whatsoever. Doing voter registration doesn’t make you immersed in the political process. The political process is deep and there’s assigned to it, you know. When you are striving to f#cking survive, my ni##a, you don’t have time to do all that. You are trying to get food in mouth tonight! Do you need revenue. You can’t invest. You can’t invest time. You have to invest time to get food in f#ckin mouth. Life’s on. Period.

So as he got into the world with the political thing, he’s like “OK well let me see what I like.” What does Kanye like? Well Kanye likes people that speak their mind. That’s what he aspires to be calling somebody that says what the f#ck they want to say. Me and him: we always argue. There’s not a time in my life where I can remember we were not arguing. Not when we were first getting him built up to now. Today we had a super pleasant exchange about love. He’s like, “I know that you disagree with me, Malik. I know that you do.” Because I don’t like Donald Trump and I don’t hate Donald Trump either. And Donald Trump is a blessing.Because people say ain’t sh#t going to be done. I’m going to keep it a stack, my n#gga. I grew up on 128th and Wallace. That block ain’t changed since I was born.

We’ve done had all kinds of presidents. Bush twice. Clinton. Obama. And now Trump. My sh#t looks the same, Yo. I am a Republican because I was involved in the mother f#ckin’ international drug trade and Republicans, at the time, with the best mother f#ckin’ criminals in the country. And they were over about how they felt. The so-called liberals, this white liberal racism is real. They look down on Blacks and Browns, just as much, or worse (than Republicans). They think they are nice people.

So now what Kanye saying… Now Candace Owens, she’s clownish to me. He might like her. I like people that’s clownish too. I got an uncle that’s clownish. Uncle Joey been owing me $10 since I helped him to move when I was 10 years old. He ain’t paid me yet. I love him, but I’m not expecting him to be in a business situation that I have to be involved in. I don’t hate Donald Trump. I don’t manufacture hate in my spirit. I don’t hate anybody. I only manufacture love. That’s the only product you can get from a Malik Yusef – that’s love. Even when me and Ye argue, that’s love. Me and Ye might go two weeks without speaking and I’ll send him an email that says, “Hey man, congratulations..” or “I heard this happened to you. I hope you’re all well.” This might be two weeks that we ain’t spoke and other times, we’re together every day for a month. All day. 20 hours a day. That happens as well. And we still disagree. I disagree about music. We disagree about culture. We disagree about fashion. (Laughs) And we disagree about the political process.

I don’t share his views on the edification of Donald Trump. I just don’t. That to me. But guess what, yes he can like what Donald Trump stands for if he f#ckin’ wants to. I don’t particularly have an issue with how he (has an affinity for Donald Trump), I have an issue with how he lives his life. Or how Kanye West does what he does to help people or how Kanye West has changed peoples lives for the positive.

When I left the streets I signed to Kanye. The day I told Kanye that I was not on the streets hustlin no more, 2006 Grammy day, he said you might as well sign to the label. And people say:” of course you like Kanye. He did things for you.“ No. No. No. No. This is not a selfish situation. This is “self-hood.” He has a right to feel what he wants to feel and then I’ll just add context and framework to what he’s looking at. “OK you like Donald Trump for what reasons?” Because he proclaimed himself to be the president of the United States and he did it. Now I see a Hustle. I’ll see Hustle in the sh#t my n#99a. For real. I’m not gonna front. If he can get himself in that mother f#ckin’ White House, sheeeeeeeet…

He’s in (White House) paying hoes and running a sex (inaudible). Bringing in racist people. Unqualified people, giving them positions – letting them talk to Russians. It’s open. We’ve been lied to. We thought that the White House was some sacred position. It’s obviously not. It’s obviously not.

I was offered to work on Donald Trump’s campaign. And I didn’t do that even though the $5 million was attractive. I felt like I was going to hurt too many people. And that’s what I decided to do. I decided not to to hurt people’s feelings and and hurt their heart. The same time Kanye felt like, “Hey, I need…I don’t want to feel the pressure of not saying…(he’s not riding with Trump.)” He didn’t want to have the pressure of that. So, he tells people “I love Donald Trump.” Donald Trump is entertaining if you look at it through a lens where he don’t directly affect you. He’s entertaining. We were entertained by him up until he ran for president or up until he won the Republican nomination, I should say. Then we said, “Oh he’s dangerous. Now we’re scared of him.” People was loving Donald Trump. Supporting his shows. Putting him in rap songs.

AllHipHop: He wasn’t political then though.

Malik Yusef: It was political. I understand that. But he had the same views though. He still took out an article in the paper about the Central Park Five. He was still on that sh#t. I know rappers, not Kanye, that he’s given money to. I know actors that he’s given money to. I’m not gonna say no names and put them under the bus. He’s definitely helped people out so they feel beholden to him. I ain’t took no money from nobody so I can say what the f#ck I want to say. And Kanye – don’t think he’s taking any money from anybody so he can say what he wants to say too. Now we have diametrically opposed views on the sh#t. I think Candace Owens is a clown. She’s misinformed and she’s misinforming people. She has a jaundice view on things. A couple fact checks will help her out. Most people don’t want facts, Chuck. They want their beliefs fortified.

Lil Kim’s $3 Million Mansion Can Be Yours If You Have At Least $100

(AllHipHop News) Lil Kim’s luxurious Alpine, New Jersey mansion has gone up for sale in an unbelievable deal.

The Queen Bee’s former $2,3 million residence is on the auction block with bids starting as low as $100.

The house fell into foreclosure in 2010 and Lil Kim attempted to reach a deal with the mansion in 2015, but the house ultimately went into foreclosure in 2017.

The sale of her house, which is now worth $3 million, comes on the heels of a $212,000 tax bill the IRS presented the rapper, for failing to pay all of the taxes she earned in 2016.

According to reports, the auctioning off of Lil Kim’s mansion is set to take place on May 11.

Kim K Says Kanye Isn’t Cuckoo And Defends Rapper’s Tweets

(AllHipHop News) Kim Kardashian has called on members of the media to stop blaming her husband Kanye West’s Twitter ramblings on “mental health issues”, insisting he is just a “free thinker.”

The rap superstar recently made a return to social media after laying low for months following his nervous breakdown in November 2016, when he canceled his Saint Pablo Tour and was subsequently admitted to hospital for exhaustion.

He has since used his Twitter account to announce the June release of two new albums, and a philosophy book, and on Wednesday, he confirmed reports suggesting he has parted ways with his manager Scooter Braun and two entertainment lawyers as he strives to build up his own in-house team of representatives.

Kanye went on to admit he is still a big supporter of controversial U.S. President Donald Trump because of his outspoken nature, insisting they share the same “dragon energy,” declaring, “He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought.”

However, he also claimed to have love for Trump’s defeated 2016 opponent, Hillary Clinton, too, and insisted he doesn’t identify with either the Republican or Democratic Party because he’s “not even political.”

His barrage of tweets, which earned Kanye the thumbs up from the nation’s leader, prompted his wife, reality star Kim, to encourage him to clarify his statements.

“My wife just called me and she wanted me to make this clear to everyone,” he explained. “I don’t agree with everything Trump does. I don’t agree 100% with anyone but myself.”

Kim also jumped onto her Twitter page to condemn bloggers and reporters for “trying to demonize” the rapper by weighing in on his Twitter musings.

“let me just say this… your commentary on Kanye being erratic & his tweets being disturbing is actually scary,” she wrote. “So quick to label him as having mental health issues for just being himself when he has always been expressive is not fair.”

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” beauty continued to brand her man a “free thinker” who is just “being himself which is very expressive,” although she made it clear she does not agree with his stance on Trump.

“Most people (including myself) have very different feelings & opinions about this. But this is HIS opinion,” she added. “I believe in people being able to have their own opinions, even if really different from mine He never said he agrees with his politics.”

Kim wrapped up her Twitter posts by insisting she has nothing but “love” and “respect” for Kanye for speaking out against public opinion, claiming, “Kanye is years ahead of his time”.

She concluded, “Mental Health is no joke and the media needs to stop spitting that out so casually. Bottom line.”

Despite Kim’s defense of Kanye, it appears many don’t share his views on Trump, which have reportedly cost him at least nine million followers.

Prior to his tweets on Wednesday, he is said to have boasted 27.8 million fans on the site, but that soon depleted to 18.6 million followers, after sharing a photo of his signed red cap with Trump’s Make America Great Again slogan plastered across the front.

Twitter has blamed the massive fluctuation on a glitch in their platform.

Kanye West Loses Over 9 Million Followers On Twitter, Twitter Refutes Reports

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West lost over 9 million Twitter followers today.

On Wednesday, Kanye West saw a great reduction in his following on Twitter after U.S. President Donald Trump retweeted the rapper’s “love” on the social media outlet. The rapper said on Twittter, “You don’t have to agree with Trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother.” Dragon Repellent sales are up. Just kidding.

Kanye’s twitter following was right around 28 million and after the tweet, he diminished to about 18, 700,000 when The Donald got involved. “Thank you Kanye, very cool!,” the 45th president responded, which caused a massive loss for Kanye.

It did not help when Kanye West tweeted himself in a “Make America Great Again” hat with Lyor Cohen.

A spokes person for Twitter said the displayed number is not telling the truth.

“We can confirm that Kanye’s follower count is currently at approximately 27M followers, a rep told The Verge. “Any fluctuation that people might be seeing is an inconsistency and should be resolved soon.”

President Donald Trump Thanks Kanye West For The Twitter Love

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West has caught the attention of the White House.

The rap star’s tweets expressing his “love” for his “brother” President Donald Trump came up in a briefing.

Kanye has been on Twitter confirming support for President Donald Trump, whom he met back in 2016, just two weeks after Trump won the election.

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders addressed questions regarding Kanye’s admiration for the President, while Trump himself replied, via a tweet.

Kanye West’s Alter-Ego Koonye West Is In His Natural Habitat, The Sunken Place

By Ironside Hex

(AllHipHop Opinions) Editor’s Note: Ironside hex is a friend of the site, but he speaks for himself and he also has the unique privilege of being unedited by our team. This is grammatical safe space for the Detroit native, but his opinions are his own. Here is shares his unique view on Kanye West.

I haven’t f##ked with Kanye West since “GRADUATION”. He lost me with that “808’s” s###, although there were some hot joints on MBDTF, I must admit. “RUNAWAY”, “MONSTER”, “SO APPALLED” & “ALL OF THE LIGHTS” are records that should be mandatory listening for anyone who says they love Hip-Hop / rap. This is also when the cracks in his armor got more pronounced, more visible. He embraced being hailed as a genius & even described himself as such – OFTEN. Kanye became the poster boy for conceit & extreme self-love. It started to looked like the pressure of trying to live up to his own expectations was getting to him. His interviews became more erratic, he was saying all kinds of wild sh#t. Kanye actually said that he & Don C  were the reason retro Air Jordans were popular.

WTF?

He had been bugging out for years prior, but back then he was using his power for good. Like a black superhero, a  melanin-infused, self-proclaimed Ozymandias, telling the truth on Bush43 in 2005 & showing up Taylor Swift in the name of Beyonce at the 2006 VMA’s. You know what they say though. You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself turn into a villain.

Kanye didn’t die.

His alter-ego Koonye slowly began to take over.

I tried to ignore Koonye’s increasingly self-absorbed behavior, the unhinged rants, his obvious Messiah complex.
I knew we were in dire straits  when Koonye started f###### w/ Kim Kardashian after meddling in her second marriage like a Russian in our elections. My worst fears came true when he married her in 2014.

Jesus Christ.

I thought, “Ok, here we go.”

The same dude that warned Black women that when a Black guy ‘gets on’ he’ll “LEAVE YO ASS FOR A WHITE GIRL”, married the ultimate symbol of culture appropriation.

WTF?

That’s why we shouldn’t be surprised by Koonye liking how Candace Owens thinks. For those who don’t know, Candace Owens is like a Black Tomi Lahren. Remember, Koonye had Stacey Dash in the video for “ALL FALLS DOWN” in 2003, before we knew what a coon she was.

Makes more sense now, doesn’t it?

After Koonye finally went to get some help for some mental problems, he made a beeline for Trump, looking like one of the Golden Lords from Meteor Man. Therefore I honestly wasn’t too shocked that he would like the brainwave pattern of someone who disparages Black people every chance she gets. Owen is one of those coons that insults Blacks under the guise of “trying to help Black people get  off the Democrat plantation”. It’s telling that the same horrible people who referred to Kanye as a thug when he put 43 (G.W. Bush) on Front St, and when he interrupted Swift now love Koonye and sing his praises for mentioning this abomination of a human.

Coondace Owens uses her own Black skin as both sword & shield, simultaneously. She’s like @gopblackchick 2.0. The Alt-Right loves her because they think her skin makes her beyond reproach & she can say the s### they wish they could. Actor Tom Arnold even tweeted that Owens LITERALLY thinks that Trump is The Messiah, NOT Koonye.

That should get his attention.

For the record, I just want to say “F### THAT B#TCH”. No™ good can come of Koonye promoting that hoe or her goofy-ass thought process.

That s### is dangerous as f###.

A lot of  impressionable Black kids look up to Koonye West.

They buy his records & his shoes (his clothes not so much).

They deserve better.

I’m hoping that this s### is just a publicity stunt to promote his album. He’s saying crazy sh#t to Ebro like “I LOVE DONALD TRUMP”, he parted ways with his manager, Scooter Braun. He sent out an ominous tweet, “2024”, reigniting thoughts that he may be thinking of  making a presidential run. The media needs to stop entertaining that stupid sh#t RIGHT NOW, although since Trump made it into the Oval Office I assume that even a retarded monkey can be president. I don’t want to dismiss all of his weirdo behavior as Koonye being “off his meds” or make some other excuse for him. He also tweeted that he’s working on a bunch of new projects, including Pusha T & a new Nas record. That’s good for Hip-Hop, because Kanye is dope. I won’t be f#cking with anything that has his finger prints on it but I’m sure that there are plenty of Stanley’s who will.

Good for you.

I just want Kanye to make another “JESUS WALKS”, tell Amerikkka’s singing sweetheart of the moment to shut up at an awards show, & to appear at a Black Lives Matter rally & tell us that Donald Trump doesn’t care about Black people.  This current Koonye version of Kanye West doesn’t even look remotely familiar to me.

I don’t know who the f### he is.

I want the old Kanye back. Before he joined the Kardashian cult, before he painted his hair, even before the shoes.

Before I had to call him Koonye.

By Koonye saying he likes the way someone like Coondace Owens thinks and by saying he loves Trump means he either agrees with Trump’s overt racism or ignores it. I can’t support that sh#t, I don’t care how great your beats are.

If you wear Yeezy’s, stay the f#ck from around me.

Blac Chyna’s Mom’s Handwritten $1 Million Lawsuit Against Wendy Williams Tossed

(AllHipHop News) Blac Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni has lost a $1 million lawsuit she filed against legendary talk show host Wendy Williams.

Apparently, a judge presiding over the case grew tired of waiting for Tokyo Toni to serve Wendy Williams with the proper legal papers so the entire case has been dismissed.

Tokyo Toni filed the lawsuit against Wendy and producers of “The Wendy Williams Show” in October of 2017, claiming the host regularly slandered Toni with “nasty irrational despicable” comments on her daytime talk show.

She claimed Wendy’s comments caused her stress, embarrassment and left her unable to sleep or eat, in a handwritten lawsuit.

“I have never been so humiliated and shamed in my entire life. I am a humanitarian!!!” Tokyo Toni claimed in the now-dismissed lawsuit, claiming she had to quit driving for Uber and Lyft and was eventually hospitalized.

Kim Kardashian One Up’s Kanye’s Tweets With Pic Of Her Crotch

(AllHipHop News) While Kanye West is busy bearing his soul on Twitter, his wife Kim Kardashian is flaunting her flesh.

Earlier today (April 25), Kim Kardashian hit up her account with some nude photos.

Kim took a page from Kanye’s ex Amber Rose and snapped a picture of herself cupping her bodacious bosom, in addition to a candid shot of her unshaven crotch.

The pictures served their purpose – to promote Kim’s new KKW Fragrance.

The photos come just as her husband Kanye West made his grand return to Twitter after almost a year of silence.

Kanye has managed to grab headlines around the world with his tweets, which have ranged from philosophical quotes to addressing claims that he has been acting “erratic,” after he fired his entire management team earlier this week.

Kim also seems to have a problem with Kanye addressing claims that he is in a “sunken place.”

Kanye hit up Twitter this morning and posted pictures of the interior of their multi-million-dollar, Los Angeles mansion.

Kim took a swipe at the producer/rapper/businessman, in a series of follow-up posts.

T.I. Says Jail Sentence Has Made Meek Mill A Household Name

(AllHipHop News) Rapper T.I. celebrated pal Meek Mill’s release from jail on Tuesday (April 24) by calling him and posting their chat online.

The hitmaker walked free after spending five months behind bars, and T.I. caught up with Meek as he made his way to a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game on Tuesday evening.

During the chat, the Atlanta, Georgia based MC posted on Instagram, T.I. joked, “I told you not to take that 10 years of probation. I told you, ‘Ask the people if you can do two years right quick’.”

Meek was originally sentenced for violating his probation linked to a 2008 case.

“You really walked that s##t down better than I could have. I ain’t going to lie to you,” T.I. who has also spent time behind bars on illegal weapons charges, added.

“You became a household name, that’s really what happened. Like before, you had to be a fan of rap to know who the f##k you was, now you became a household name.”

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bh9zCQChKjV/?hl=en&taken-by=troubleman31

Famous pals Kevin Hart and Jay-Z were also celebrating Meek’s release – comedian Hart, who visited the rapper in jail on Tuesday morning, wrote: “Meek Mill is Frrrrreeeeeeee… I just left from seeing him in jail… and we were just told that he is being released. Wooooooow… Stand Up Philadelphia!!!!!!”

https://www.instagram.com/accounts/login/?next=/p/Bh-VgdkgBYP/

Meanwhile, Jay-Z, who Meek Mill thanked personally in his prison release statement, put out a statement, which read, “Today, Meek Mill, a son of Philadelphia, is a free man. He was incarcerated unjustly and caught in a probation trap for years by a broken system. Now we can celebrate his release. We thank every individual that has supported and fought alongside Meek every step of the way.”

Jay has been an outspoken supporter since the rap star was first locked up, and in November, he wrote a piece for the New York Times, in which he attacked the U.S. justice system and accused lawmakers of picking on black people.

Kris Jenner Brands Reports Of Her Feud With Kanye West As “Lies, Lies, Lies”

(AllHipHop News) Kris Jenner has branded claims she’s feuding with son-in-law Kanye West over his recent bizarre behavior as “lies.”

The Kardashians matriarch took to Twitter to set the record straight after reports surfaced detailing how unhappy she was about Kanye’s actions in recent weeks – such as his apparently random posts on Twitter and his recent decision to part ways with manager Scooter Braun.

A report claims Kanye, who is married to Kris’ daughter Kim Kardashian, “has had huge blow-ups with Kris” because the momager “sees how erratic he’s acting and is most concerned about her daughter’s brand.”

“She’s trying to be a good mother-in-law, so he’s having explosive issues with her,” the insider added, noting that “everyone is really, really worried… He genuinely believes he’s God and a genius and that he can do everything on his own.”

However, after being alerted to the article on Twitter, Kris addressed the claims made in the piece by writing alongside a link: “Lies, Lies, Lies.”

And, in response to another link which stated that Kanye is “very hard to deal with right now,” Kris wrote: “Nope… not true!”

Kanye hit headlines on Tuesday (April 24) when it was revealed he had made the decision to part ways with Scooter – leaving him without a management team in place.

The move came just weeks after he also cut ties with his longtime manager Izvor ‘Izzy’ Zivkovic.

It’s claimed the 40-year-old has no plans to hire a new manager in the near future, even though he is preparing to drop two new albums one week after the other in June.

The studio projects will be his first since suffering a mental breakdown in late 2016 when he canceled his Saint Pablo Tour and was hospitalized for exhaustion.
