Did T.I. And Tiny Cheating Rumors Spiral Out Of Control!

(AllHipHop Rumors) T.I. & Tiny’s Family Hustle show is certainly going out with a bang! They are spilling it ALL!

People said long ago that Tiny had moved out of their family house and purchased her own house. It was a long-standing rumor, that folks didn’t know what to believe until the news of the divorce hit the fan.

“For those who don’t understand. Tip had some infidelities with a girl I hired, and that girl is one of the reasons why I got my own house. I ain’t intertwining my souls with no MF. It’s totally different from what you are doing,” Tiny told Tip.

T.I. replied by saying,

“You done had your sh-t when you were out with this MF dude that you know I don’t f-ck with. You was at his house. You in his house.”

Tiny’s issue was Tip is speaking on her allegedly cheating on him with Floyd Mayweather, but she never did. She says she knows for a fact that he cheated on her with the help.

Tiny maintains that she’s never ever cheated on Tip, but he doesn’t want to hear it. There’s quite a bit of hypocrisy in this conversation, I see. T.I. is upset because Tiny was hanging with Floyd Mayweather who he’s been at odds with, which he believes is a major violation.

He doesn’t see how he violated Tiny though, or how she was in odds with the other woman! Tiny says the real violation is the fact that she knows that he slept with the help, so she’s definitely in odds with a woman that she hired to do a job, that ended up sleeping with her husband.

What was also problematic for fans was the fact that Tip told Tiny that he spent millions on her as if that could justify his cheating. Folks definitely didn’t forget about all of the ways Tiny has held Tip down also.

Cheating is one thing, but Tip didn’t have to go and sleep with the dang on help! What are your thoughts?

Left Eye’s “Spirit” Decides to Contacts T-Boz On A New Television Show

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes is convinced she would be alive today if her fatal 2002 car crash had occurred in the U.S. instead of Honduras, according to TV medium Tyler Henry.

The celebrity clairvoyant channeled the spirit of the late TLC star for an emotional reading with her surviving bandmate Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins, and shared a message from Lopes during the session, which was filmed for an upcoming episode of Tyler’s “Hollywood Medium” show.

“She’s having me acknowledge that, if this (accident) had happened in a different country, this (her death) wouldn’t have happened,” Tyler told T-Boz. “(She’s saying), ‘I wouldn’t think that this would happen to me in the (United) States.'”

However, according to Tyler, Lopes was able to see the positive in the accident which claimed her life at the age of 30.

“She’s just happy, from her perspective, that no one else was killed in this incident,” he continued. “She’s more focused on others and their well-being.”

Recalling the details of the tragedy, singer T-Boz responded, “There were eight people in the car. She’s the only one who died. Everybody could’ve (died)… A lot of people got hurt, bad (sic). But she’s the only one who didn’t make it.”

The TLC episode of Hollywood Medium airs in the U.S. on Wednesday (May 24), just over a month before the surviving “No Scrubs” hitmakers release their final, self-titled album.

The TLC project, which was funded by fans on Kickstarter, will be T-Boz and Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas’ follow-up to 2002’s 3D, which featured vocals Left Eye had recorded before her untimely passing.

Judge Tosses Lawsuit Over Snoop and Dre’s Classic “Ain’t No Fun”

(AllHipHop News) A California judge has dismissed a lawsuit over Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre’s 1993 song “Ain’t No Fun (If The Homies Can’t Have None).”

Two little-known rappers from Los Angeles launched legal action against the stars and their collaborators Kurupt, Warren G, and the late Nate Dogg last summer, claiming the hook was lifted from their original tune, also titled “Ain’t No Fun,” which was released in 1991.

According to TMZ.com, the plaintiffs played the song for Snoop, Dre, and their then-label boss Marion “Suge” Knight, among others, and agreed to let them use it in exchange for a recording contract with Suge’s Death Row Records.

However, the deal never came to fruition and they alleged the song was later recorded by Snoop and friends without their permission.

They were seeking unspecified damages and lost profits, but the plaintiff’s’ case has since been thrown out of court – because they took too long to file suit.

Peep Which Longtime Collaborator Is Helping Kanye West Find His Creative Groove Again

(AllHipHop Rumors) Yeezy Yeezy may be on his way back to a healthy and happy state!

We’ve all seen Kanye West go though a range of rants and emotions, a breakdown, and even a hospitalization. All we want is the old Ye and a healthy and productive Ye.

Apparently Ye felt it necessary to leave Hollywood for Wyoming to find his creative groove again.

According to Page Six, West is getting help from longtime collaborator & GOOD Music President Pusha T, to help him find this groove.

Pusha is said to be getting West back on track after his much-publicized hospital stay last year.

“Pusha T has been visiting. He inspires Kanye to write. Kanye’s trying to find his creative voice again, and he has people there to help him get, and stay, on track. He’s still a little off and is trying to get himself back. That’s his pattern. It’s what he always does. He goes away. He’s done Hawaii, Mexico, Paris, Malibu . . . It’s what he’s always done. He’s not in some ‘struggle’ to find his creative voice. Any creative endeavor he’s done, there’s a start to the process and he wants to figure out what he talks about. It’s a creative journey every time and he starts from scratch.” said an inside source.

Another source claims Ye’s visits and stints in the mountains aren’t unusual.

“He likes to work in remote places and be in the middle of nowhere as much as he can be,” said the insider.

Kanye has been said to be very “Kanye” and happy lately. This is always good to hear. I wonder will he and Pusha put out any new music soon?!

Is DJ Khaled Eyeing L.A. Reid’s Former Position At Epic Records?

(AllHipHop Rumors) Well Khaled is certainly “another one” who knows how to make a smash hit!

Word on the street is that DJ Khaled wants L.A. Reid’s former spot at Epic Records!

According to Page Six, several industry heavy weights have been trying to secure Reid’s former gig, including DJ Khaled.

“He was petitioning to get that job. He’s like, ‘I make more happen than anyone in the game, why would I not be considered to run the label?’” quoted an Industry insider on Khaled.

After news that Reid was out surfaced, so did allegations of sexual harassment. Other rumors spread that Sony CEO Rob Stringer may have axed Reid because he’s a diva. Another inside source claims,

“The girl thing was just one more piece to the problem. That’s been going on for decades. He doesn’t have a superstar roster to spend what he spends and be the diva that he is. Stringer wasn’t having it. He wants to put his own people in and clean a lot of baggage out.”

Hey, maybe they’ll put in Sony Music UK CEO Jason Iley or RCA president Tom Corson. Rumor has it that some of the folks over at Sony think that DJ Khaled is just a hype man and not someone who should be running a label. What are your thoughts?

LL Cool J Threatens To “Do It” To “Meatballs” Making Terrible Rap Music

(AllHipHop News) It appears LL Cool J is tired of the low-quality rap songs he feels is being presented in today’s music scene.

While the Hip Hop legend didn’t mention any artists by name, LL let his 5.3 million Twitter followers know he is putting some rappers on notice.

“If I hear one more terrible rap record I’m gonna have to do it to these meatballs,” wrote the 49-year-old emcee/actor.

The tweet was liked over 5,000 times.

LL’s last studio album was 2013’s Authentic.

The project was the first from the New Yorker since Exit 13 released in 2008.

Even though he has been more focused on hosting the Grammy Awards and Lip Sync Battle over the last few years, LL has a history of lyrical conflict.

The self-described “Greatest Of All Time” has recorded bars directed at Kool Moe Dee, Ice-T, and Canibus.

Lip Sync Battle co-host Chrissy Teigen co-signed LL Cool J’s Twitter warning by tweeting, “Amen.”

The Neptunes Member Chad Hugo’s Retirement Tweet Called A “Bad Joke”

(AllHipHop News) It appeared Chad Hugo was set to walk away from the recording industry.

“It’s official. I resign from the music business. Thanks again, people, for your support throughout all these years. Good luck/God bless!” tweeted Hugo on May 21.

Reports began to circulate that he was retiring.

However, a representative for the 43-year-old producer set the record straight with Pitchfork by calling the tweet a “bad joke.”

As one-half of The Neptunes with Pharrell Williams, Hugo’s career includes producing hit songs by Jay Z, Clipse, Noreaga, Ludacris, Fabolous, Usher, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, and more.

Hugo is also a member of the band N.E.R.D. which has released four studio albums – 2002’s In Search Of…, 2004’s Fly or Die, 2008’s Seeing Sounds, and 2010’s Nothing.

Lonzo Ball: This Is About More than Shoes

Image result for Lonzo Ball gif(AllHipHop Editorial) As one who has taught in urban environments throughout the last three decades, I’ve personally watched the peril of our community through the actions of our youth. It is indisputable that the black community is a farce of what it used to be. Collectively we no longer have the same spiritual reverence for GOD, we’re morally insufficient, educationally uninspired and vulnerable to our antagonist. When I ask our children, “what could make the greatest difference in our community,” they all say in unison, “the presence of our fathers.”

LaVar Ball is a married man with 3 sons. He met his wife, the mother of his children, on the campus of Cal State Los Angeles, where he was a student. His oldest son, Lonzo Ball, just completed his first year of college at UCLA, where he led his basketball team to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, as a freshman point guard. In less than thirty days, he’s projected to be the first round draft pick of his hometown team, the Los Angeles Lakers. Lonzo’s younger brothers are destined to follow in his footsteps. LiAngelo Ball and LaMello Ball have already committed to UCLA.

Mr. Ball’s sons all appear to be well mannered and respectful young men. From hearing them speak, it’s apparent that they are educated and extremely articulate. Lacking self-confidence does not appear to be an issue for Mr. Ball, nor his three boys. And it’s obvious that they are just as academically capable as they are athletically because if they were not, they would be academically inadmissible to the University of California Los Angeles. So I ask, who are all of these positive traits and influences in these young men attributed to?

On Wednesday May 17, 2017 I listened to a sports talk radio host on Sirius XM Radio call Mr. Ball a “buffoon.” This diction was chosen by the speaker who felt that Mr. Ball had disrespected Kristine Leahy, a white journalist and female cohost on the ESPN Colin Cowherd show The Herd. I was infuriated from hearing a white man call Mr. Ball a clown in defense of his professional peer. Immediately I was curious to know, “what did LaVar Ball say that was so disrespectful to Ms. Leahy to have all of white America and a few unwittingly black folks enraged?” So I listened to the snippet of the verbal jousting between Kristine and LaVar which did nothing, but leave me even more confused and baffled. You see, I am intelligent enough to know the games of people with influence who purposely have agendas to damage the imagery of black men, by creating the worst narrative of our lives imaginable using edited soundbites, angled photos, dicey headlines, planted black gloves, etc., and I dig deeper.

The segment of The Herd Show featuring LaVar Ball was about fifteen minutes long; however, most media outlets are only playing a few edited minutes. And it’s in these minutes that he’s being vilified for being disrespectful to Ms. Leahy. I watched the interview in its entirety with two of my professional colleagues. And do you know what all three of us educators said after viewing it? If we had a dad like LaVar Ball growing up as children, nothing in this world would have seemed impossible, unimaginable or unattainable. As a collective, could you imagine our community full of fathers who believed in and inspired and protected and defended and provided for their children as LaVar Ball is doing for his?

What did he say to Kristine? I implore you to watch the video in its entirety and then you can formulate your own opinion on whether or not he was being disrespectful. However, I will tell you this. On March 29, 2017 on a FOX Network sports show called Speak for Yourself, Ms. Leahy made a comment alluding to LaVar’s son Lonzo being scared of his dad. I ask you, what impact or ramifications could such an opinionated and unsubstantiated comment have? How would you engage someone who has made such unfounded and unprovoked public statements about you and your children? Not to digress, but did they say the same things about Archie Manning with his boys Peyton and Eli because he encouraged and supported them in following in his footsteps to the NFL?

Initially, like so many other black folks, I accepted the depiction of LaVar Ball based on the way the media purposely misinterpreted and projected him to the world. I chose to ignore his reality and to accept their perception of him. Well I’ve concluded that we should not allow you all to attack LaVar Ball in the manner that you’ve chosen to defile him. In all honesty, he should be commended for having the victor and tenacity to do what he’s doing. He should be celebrated and applauded for having vision and the fortitude to attempt to manifest his and his family dream of building an empire. More people should be inspired to do the same thing. Hell, it’s the American way. The American Dream. Who can’t applaud that? Phil Knight? Kevin Plank? Adolf and Rudolf Dassler descendants? Next time, let’s talk about the real reason why people are trying to discredit and devalue LaVar Ball.

This is not about his antics, and a disrespected white woman, but more about business, control and freedom. Things we, yes we, including black folks, should aspire to have.

21 Savage Recruits Drake & Young Thug For “Issa” Song

(AllHipHop News) Last year, 21 Savage ignited the “issa” internet meme when the southern rhymer explained the tattoo on his face was a knife, not a cross.

Instead of being embarrassed by the online jokes, 21 embraced the trend.

The Epic Records signee even went on a headlining trek called the “Issa Tour.”

21 is taking his “issa” movement even further with a new record featuring fellow Atlanta native Young Thug and OVO leader Drake.

Earlier this morning, the song became a trending topic on Twitter after the collaboration hit the net.

Snoop Dogg’s ‘Neva Left’ Certifies His Legendary Status

(AllHipHop Reviews) Having been a fan of Snoop Dogg since before he dropped “Doggy” from the middle of his name, I had very high expectations when I first saw the cover art for Neva Left last month.  Fortunately, the album doesn’t disappoint and I believe it is a landmark release in Snoop’s iconic discography.

Coming less than one year after his Coolaid LP, Snoop Dogg’s fifteenth solo release finds him at the top of his game.  The Doggfather succeeds at tapping into every phase of his 25-year career in just over an hour.  In the hands of a lesser artist, it could easily seem like he or she is spreading themselves too thin.  However, with Snoop, that is not the case.  In a recent interview with AllHipHop.com, he said, “I am the voice of the people that can’t speak,” and I commend him for using his stature to speak for people from so many different walks of life.  Neva Left is him doing that in musical form.

The title track and album opener has Snoop rhyming over The Charmels’ 1967 cut “As Long as I’ve Got You”, which is better known to Hip-Hop audiences as The Wu-Tang Clan classic “C.R.E.A.M.”  And he does the track justice just like Raekwon, Method Man, and Inspectah Deck did almost a quarter of a century ago.  Elsewhere, on “Bacc In Da Dayz,” A Tribe Called Quest’s “Check the Rhyme” is sampled as Snoop flows perfectly over the J-Massive produced track.

Other highlights include the synth soaked “Go On” with R&B singer October London and DJ Battlecat’s remix of Snoop’s “Vapors” cover both of which will hopefully make their way onto numerous summer playlists.  Then there’s the politically-charged “Lavender (Nightfall Remix)” which has lyrics just as powerful as the video which was released in March with S-N- double- O-P aiming a fake gun at 45, a/k/a President Donald Trump.  “Stay black, payback from way back / I’m the homie, but the motherf****n’ homie don’t play that.”

One of the few criticisms I have of this album is that it is a bit too littered with features, especially since Snoop didn’t collaborate with writers this go round and had a clear purpose.  That issue is very minor though because Snoop never feels like a guest on his own project, and, in fact, he makes use of his collaborators exceptionally well.  KRS-One delivers a very memorable performance on “Let Us Begin” where he and Snoop kick knowledge without sounding at all preachy.  The two weed-themed songs “420 (Blaze Up)” and “Mount Kushmore” are both dope and all the rappers on each song come off more like a united ensemble cast as opposed to trying to outshine one another.  And other than a trap record with Atlanta rapper K. Camp which misses the mark (“Trash Bags”), this album is a true testament to Snoop Dogg’s ability to create hit music with a wide range of sounds and artists.  The only thing that Neva Left is still missing guest-wise, for something that’s quite nostalgic, is an interlude from DJ Saul T. Nuts over at W. Balls 187.4 and a beat from Dr. Dre.

Neva Left finishes strong with Kendrick Lamar on the intro of “Still Here,” the album’s penultimate track, where he informs a young Hip-Hop fan that even after decades since his entrance in the rap game, Snoop didn’t ever move away from it.  And then the project’s closer, “Love Around the World,” is a self-explanatory song about how Snoop receives admiration “from the streets to the suites.”

No other entertainer, for 25 years straight, has consistently changed with the times, delivered quality content, and shifted popular culture like Snoop Dogg.  Ever since he made his first appearance on “Deep Cover” in 1992, he has been in the public eye.  From having a role in an Academy Award winning movie [2001’s Training Day] to being “America’s Most Lovable Pimp” to co-hosting a cooking show with Martha Stewart and everything before, after, and in between, none of it would have been possible without the charisma and credibility he first garnered as a rapper and that is why it’s something Snoop never left behind.  And based on the quality of this 16 track collection, hopefully he doesn’t plan on leaving it anytime soon either.

Rating: 9/10

Nicki Talks Nas Relationship…Its ON.

(AllHipHop Rumors) I guess this isn’t a rumor, but I feel there is something more to the story than we know. So, I am keeping my eyes open on this one. Ellen is really slick. I like how she segued in on the Nas situation. In the video, Nicki she says Nas is the King of Queens and she’d like to think “I’m the Queen of Queens.” Nicki said sleeps over Nas’ house but he hasn’t slept over her house yet. They have not done anything yet sexually. This is a bit weird for now, because Nas is so reclusive. This is so public. But, it could be a dope thing for Nas in the grand scheme of things.

Drake & Tory Lanez’s Beef Reportedly Ended By Mutual Friends

(AllHipHop News) After years of throwing shots at each other on records, Drake and Tory Lanez came together for a couple of pics posted on Instagram.

The photos were viewed as representing an end to their longstanding feud, but it was not clear what led to the Toronto-bred performers finally settling their issues.

According to TMZ, Drake and Tory spoke on the phone a week before the pictures were added to IG.

The call was apparently set up by mutual friends and it eventually got the two rapper-singers to meet in New York.

Tory and Drake’s public beef went all the way back to 2010 when Lanez offered to pay Drizzy $10,000 if he did not like music from the then-teenage artist.

Before their détente, both Canadians threw shots at the other on songs, in freestyles, in interviews, and on social media.

Young Dolph Questioned About Beef With Yo Gotti & Blac Youngsta’s Arrest (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Just days after Blac Youngsta dropped his Young Dolph diss track “Birthday,” Dolph sat down for an interview with Real 92.3

The Q&A included the radio crew asking Dolph about Blac Youngsta being arrested for allegedly being involved in his vehicle being shot up in Charlotte.

“Let’s talk about something else. I don’t even want to talk about Charlotte,” Dolph stated. “That sh-t’s over with. I win and everybody else lose.”

Blac Youngsta declared his innocence on “Birthday,” and he suggested Dolph actually fired at his own truck.

“I ain’t got nothing to do with it, don’t give a damn about it,” replied Dolph when asked about the shooting.

Dolph has also been involved in a back-and-forth feud with Youngsta’s label head Yo Gotti.

The two Memphis representatives released diss records aimed at the other.

Nicki Minaj Helps An Indian Village Get Clean Water

(AllHipHop News) Rap superstar Nicki Minaj has been secretly sending money to help provide villagers in India with access to clean water and basic education.

The “Starships” hitmaker has taken to Instagram to post a video clip of a man showing off a new water well and expressing his thanks to donors including Pastor Lydia Sloley, the New York-based minister who first brought Nicki’s attention to the cause in 2015.

“This is the kind of thing that makes me feel the most proud,” she captioned the clip. “The money I’ve sent to this village in India for the last couple years (via my Pastor Lydia Sloley), has gotten them a Computer Center, a Tailoring Institute, a Reading Program and 2 WATER WELLS.”

“We complain about the most ridiculous little things when some ppl (people) don’t even have clean water,” she continued. “Blessings to India. Our work is far from done. I’ll tell you guys more about my charity work in the near future in case you’d like to be a part of it. Love”.

Nicki did not reveal exactly where the village is located, but she proudly shared another pair of photos showing female residents praying in one of the new buildings and posing beside new sewing machines.

“I’m so proud of our sisters in India,” the hip-hop star wrote. “God is so good. Their desire was to have water wells & places where they can worship, places where they can learn technology, computers, reading, etc. We’re just getting started. These women are us and we are them!”

Fans were quick to applaud Nicki for her charitable gesture, but it’s not the first time the rapper has decided to share her wealth with those in need.

Earlier this month, she went on a spending spree on Twitter after agreeing to cover the costs of various students’ education costs and college needs, as long as they provided proof of their hard work. Nicki subsequently announced plans to establish an official charity to help pay off student debts.
