Former KKK Wizard Calls Nicki Minaj's Music 'Disgusting And Horrific'

During a rant on his online radio show, former grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan David Duke bashed Nicki Minaj and the “absolute filth, drugs and violence” that he says she promotes in her music.

While slamming the Young Money rapstress, he blamed her rise to fame on “Jewish-dominated media and our Jewish-dominated awards ceremonies.”

Why do people blame blacks like Minaj?” he asked. “Because Minaj wouldn’t be a pimple on somebody’s rear end except for the fact that she is promoted by the Jewish record producers and the media, the mass media, the powerful media that promotes absolute degenerates like her.”

He went on to call The Pinkprint emcee’s music “disgusting and horrific and violent and drug-drenched.”

During this hour-long outburst, he also called hip-hop “absolutely sickening” and claimed that “rap music is not something blacks are really responsible for, saying that “it was the Jewish record producers who promoted this degenerate and sick and horrific music.”

SZA Talks Writing On 'Feeling Myself' For Nicki Minaj And Beyonce

TDE’s resident songstress SZA is making quite a name for herself. She’s fresh off the road from touring with Jhene Aiko and recently revealed that she was tapped as a songwriter for Nicki Minaj and Beyonce’s collabo “Feeling Myself.”

During an interview with Sway’s Universe, the 24-year-old songbird said she wrote “a nice chunk” of the track and spoke about meeting Queen Bey herself.

“It was dope meeting Beyoncé, she’s tight, she’s perfect actually,” said the “Warm Winds” singer. “The call just got put in and then I arrived [laughs], I have no idea. Hit-Boy produced and I wrote the lyrics so Nicki and Beyoncé are singing some of the things that I wrote to it.”

SZA also gave a few details on her upcoming A project, which she said is “getting there” and named a few of the producers.

“I mix a lot of people that don’t normally go together there. When you have people like Hit-Boy putting 808’s and Thundercat adding live bass…Sounwave, Chris Calor who produced all of Isaiah Rashad’s album but all of them on one song and Terrace Martin, there’s a lot going on but it’s just like I’m more committed to creating a sound so on these songs I just want to congeal moments that don’t really go together.”

Master P Offers Reward To Help Solve A Murder Case

To prevent an unsolved murder from turning into a cold case, Master P is offering a reward to anyone who helps solve the murder of 22-year-old Charles Fambrough. Fambrough, who resided in Louisville, Kentucky, was shot and killed on Christmas day in 2012.

The entrepreneur hopes that offering this reward will inspire someone to come forward with details about the murder.

“Somebody sitting around bragging at home thinking it’s a joke. It’s not a joke,” the No Limit CEO told WHAS 11. “You took somebody up from somebody’s loved ones that really miss that person that should be here with their family.”

The amount of the reward has not been revealed but Master P is willing to pay “as much as necessary” to help find Fambrough’s killer. He recently teamed up with Fambrough’s fiancee to give bikes to Loiusville children for the holidays.

Fambrough left behind a now 3-year-old son.

Chris Rock Divorcing Wife Because He 'Just Wasn't Happy'

The reason behind Chris Rock’s divorce has been revealed and it’s pretty simple: he just wasn’t happy in his marriage anymore. A source that is close to the couple informed TMZ that the comedian just did not want to continue to be in a marriage that wasn’t fulfilling.

Rock filed for divorce in a New Jersey court earlier this month from his wife of 19 years, Malaak Compton-Rock. The source also told TMZ that the divorce process will be simple and that all the Top Five star wants is shared custody of his 12-year-old and 10-year-old daughters, whom he says his soon-to-be ex-wife has been keeping away from him. However, Compton-Rock issued a statement (Dec. 30) refuting these allegations.

“Malaak is saddened and disappointed that Chris has accused her of keeping their children from him, which he knows is untrue and can be so easily disproved,” her attorney David Aronson said in the statement. “We all know Chris leads a very busy public life while Malaak and their children definitely do not. She hopes the privacy of their children is still as important to Chris as it is to her and that it will be respected. They will always be the main focus of her life.”

It turns out that the Rocks have been preparing for their divorce since November and identified the community property that will be split between them once they divorce. However, here may be some drama when it comes down to how much spousal support Compton-Rock gets. Since they have been married for almost two decades, the pre-nuptial agreement that they signed back in 1996 has expired. Rock pointed out in the divorce documents that Compton-Rock  has the “ability to work and contribute to her own support,” which may be an attempt to pay the bare minimum of spousal support or not pay any at all.

Nicki Minaj Speaks On Police Violence & Criticism That Black Celebrities Are Not Addressing Social Issues

(AllHipHop News) Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj shared her thoughts on the ongoing race related issues taking place in the country. The creator of The Pinkprint album gave an interview with Rolling Stone where she was asked about police violence.

“It’s gotten to the point where people feel like there’s no accountability,” said Nicki. “If you are law enforcement and you do something to a Black person, you can get away with it.”

There has been criticism that Black celebrities are not doing enough to address the issues of African-American and poor communities. Many performers have shown support for victims of police killings like Michael Brown in Ferguson and Eric Garner in New York, but some of the people on the front lines of the protests have publicly called out famous entertainers for not doing more.

“We got all these Black athletes, Black rappers, all these one-percents, record label owners, CEOs – that’s not saying nothing, that’s not bringing nothing to the community. You’re bleeding the community dry,” St. Louis Hip Hop artist/activist T-Dubb-O told Rolling Stone. “The shoes we buy, the clothes we buy, the music we play, the videos we watch. You glorify being from the hood, but do nothing for it. You glorify being from the trenches. but do nothing for it. When they’re killing us, you stand by silent.”

Minaj addressed the complaints that celebrities should be more visible in confronting social issues. She contends in today’s world Hip Hop performers that voice their opinion on these matters are shunned and attacked.

“I feel like when Public Enemy were doing ‘Fight the Power,’ we as a culture had more power – now it feels hopeless. People say, ‘Why aren’t Black celebrities speaking out more?’ But look what happened to Kanye when he spoke out. People told him to apologize to Bush,” Nicki stated. “He was the unofficial spokesman for hip-hop, and he got torn apart. And now you haven’t heard him speaking about these last couple things, and it’s sad.”

Those totals would put Cole at 4 and Nicki at 5 respectively.

Fabolous’ previous album Loso’s Way debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 99,000 copies in first week sales. With that 2009 LP, Fab is still only one of five New York based rappers to have a number one album since that year. The others include Nicki, Jay Z, Nas, and A$AP Rocky.

Faith Evans Claims 2Pac Asked Her For Oral Sex (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Nearly two decades after his death Tupac Shakur is still being brought up in relation to The Notorious B.I.G.’s wife Faith Evans. The R&B performer spoke with VladTV, and during the interview she claimed that at one point Pac tried to get her to perform oral sex on him.

Faith was recalling her experience recording with 2Pac during the onset of the Death Row/Bad Boy feud. She reiterated her claims she was not aware Pac was associated with the West Coast label at the time. She then went on to address allegations she made in her autobiography that the “California Love” rapper pursued her sexually in order to cover the $25,000 she was allegedly owed for doing the feature.

“In a very surprising and offensive way, for sure. By that time, I think it was pretty clear to me that that was kind of like a plan. Like, ‘You’ve been kind of got,’” said Evans about the supposed offer for oral sex. “I allowed myself to be played and allowed myself to get into this situation, because this is totally not how I operate. That ain’t how I do business and that was never even up for discussion as far as that being an exchange. My whole point for being in L.A. was to be out there making my money. I’m very much about the coins.”

Lord Jamar Says Eminem Is No Different Than Macklemore Or Justin Timberlake

(AllHipHop News) During the recent public discussions about the appropriation of “Black music” by White artists, one Caucasian entertainer closely connected with Hip Hop has relatively gotten a pass. Eminem is regarded by many as one of the greatest to ever pick up a microphone, so his skill set (and his acknowledgement of the history of the culture) usually provides him with cover from accusations he is “stealing” from African-Americans.

Brand Nubian’s Lord Jamar does not think Em should be left out of the conversation. The 25 year Hip Hop veteran tells VladTV that there is no difference between Eminem’s take on Hip Hop than what Macklemore and Justin Timberlake has done.

“He’s doing the same thing that they’re doing. Why not be thrown in with them?” asked Jamar. “What are we saying bad about them? We’re just stating facts. They’re all White people that do Black music. What’s different about him?”

Jamar does recognize that Em is a talented emcee and he studied the culture. Later in the interview, he even states he enjoyed The Slim Shady LP, but for Jamar, the Detroit rhymer is not the most skilled emcee he has experienced.

“He’s good, but at the end of the day, I don’t feel Eminem. Most people that I know don’t feel him,” he added. “Cause he talks some s**t Black people don’t really relate to. I don’t relate to killing my mother and my f**king girl, taking pills, and all this stupid s**t. That’s what a lot of White dudes rhyme about – how far they can take it on the crazy meter… I don’t care technically how good it is… There’s no soul in that s**t.”

Previously Jamar gave another opinion about the comparison between Eminem and Macklemore. In March, he suggested to VladTV that Em winning rap Grammys was not the same as Mack taking home the same trophies.

“Eminem is a different kind of story. He came up worshiping Black emcees. He was the first one that White people were able to look up to and worship,” said Jamar. “But you gotta look at the altar he originally worshiped at. It was the altar of the Black emcee. He did the study.”

Jamar’s most recent sit down also includes him claiming he does not have a problem with Eminem or Macklemore. But the New York rapper/actor does not want to see White artists promoting ideas that he feels are not “customarily acceptable” in Hip Hop.

Yo Gotti Gives Back With 3rd Annual Christmas Carnival

Having previously gone as far as to hand deliver gifts throughout his community, Memphis emcee Yo Gotti decided to expand his charitable efforts this holiday season, teaming up with NBA veteran Penny Hardaway to host the Third Annual Yo Gotti Christmas Carnival.

Speaking to WMC Action News 5 he explained, “We just want to bring people together and have a good time, touch a lot of kids and just give them the holiday spirit. Of course give them toys, but to me it’s bigger than the toys. It’s the spirit that you should get from the family. That’s why we bring the rides out, the reindeers out and bring a lot of kids so they can play with each other so they can have fun.”

Nicki Minaj Opens Up About Her Past "It's Something That's Haunted Me All My Life"

Nicki Minaj has grown refreshingly more candid as she’s#### the road in promotion of her Billboard chart listed “The Pinkprint” album, finally providing a more intimate look into the trendsetting raptress.

Gracing the cover of  Rolling Stone, she opened up about an abortion she underwent as a teenager while attending Manhattan’s Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Minaj first referenced the incident inside of a 2008 track titled “Autobiography.”

Explaining her initial thoughts after discovering she was pregnant at 16, “I thought I was going to die. I was a teenager. It was the hardest thing I’d ever gone through.”

Arrests Drop After NYPD Implements A "Work Stoppage"

Staging their own protest of sorts, the NYPD is reportedly only offering limited policing in response to the deaths of Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who they claim were killed as a result of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio showing favoritism towards those advocating for an end to police brutality.

The New York Daily News and New York Post has reported a sharp drop in a variety of low level offenses including drug arrests (down 84%,) traffic tickets (down 94%) and felony arrests (down 44%.) Denying that the continued anger towards the Mayor is the cause, the NYPD has instead cited a concern for their safety as the reason behind the decline in police work.

Seen as being “too soft” on police critics, de Blasio originally rode into office on claims that he would reform law enforcement within the city; following complaints that they relied too heavily on racial profiling and unwarranted “stop and frisks.”
