2Pac & Jada Pinkett Characters Featured In ‘All Eyez On Me’ Movie Clip (VIDEO)

CHECK OUT THE NEW VIDEO FROM THE UPCOMING BIOPIC

(AllHipHop News) All Eyez On Me, the Tupac Shakur biopic, is ready to hit theaters next month.

A new clip from the movie was premiered during last night’s MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The video features Pac (played by Demetrius Shipp, Jr.) reading a poem to his longtime friend Jada Pinkett (Kat Graham).

All Eyez On Me is expected to present Tupac the human, rather than just Tupac the icon.

“We know the famous Tupac. We know all that. We’re going to give you a splash of that too, but we’re spending our chips on that drama of: Who is this guy? Where did he come from?said Eyez producer L.T. Hutton in a 2014 interview. “Everything else is out there. You can find that, but what you can’t find is what made this guy who he is – that earlier part, 16, 17 years old.”

All Eyez On Me is scheduled for release on Tupac’s birthday, June 16.

Besides Shipp and Graham, the Benny Boom-directed film stars Danai Gurira, Dominic L. Santana, Jamal Woolard, and Jamie Hector.
