Cardi B's Social Media "Freestyle" Goes Viral

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B had been lying low on social media for the last several days. However, the Bronx native showed back up online Monday night to offer her followers some new rhymes.

A video of Cardi rapping a “freestyle” in a kitchen went viral. The clip picked up more than 1 million views on Twitter and 7 million views on Instagram in under 8 hours.

“Just [a little] something something ……hair on healthy.” wrote Cardi in the vid’s caption. Previously, the Grammy winner uploaded images of herself in the studio to Instagram Stories which led her fans to believe she is currently recording her sophomore album.

Cardi B released her debut LP, Invasion of Privacy, in 2018. The former #1 has been certified 3x-Platinum by the RIAA and spent 83 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. Invasion of Privacy hosts the hit singles “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves),” “I Like It,” “Be Careful,” and “Bartier Cardi.”
