(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop star Ludacris may have feuded with Bill O’Reilly and the Fox TV Network, but rival CNN has tapped the rapper and an all-star cast of judges, who will name the Top 10 CNN heroes of 2010. CNN host Anderson Cooper will host the fourth annual “CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute,” which will broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Thanksgiving night (November 25th). The show spotlights everyday people who are doing their part to make the world better a better place. According to CNN, over 10,000 nominations for CNN Heroes were received from more than 100 countries. The top 10 CNN heroes will be selected by a “blue-ribbon” panels of judges. In addition to Ludacris, Muhammad Ali, Richard Branson, actor Rainn Wilson, Ricky Martin, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, actress Holly Robinson Peete, supermodel Alek Wek and actor Hill Harper are also participating as judges. “CNN Heroes has illustrated the best of humanity through the telling of stories of selfless acts of kindness, courage and perseverance” said Jim Walton, president of CNN Worldwide. “We are honored to bring these Heroes the recognition they so deserve. It is a program the entire CNN family is proud of and excited to share with our viewers on Thanksgiving night.”Each of the Top 10 CNN Heroes will receive $25,000, while the Hero of the Year will take home $100,000 for their handwork and contributions to society. “CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute” airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CNN, November 25th.
