Damon Dash Unleashes New Artist Nicky Licky On Cam’ron With New Diss Track

Damon Dash used new artist Nicky Licky to take aim at Cam’ron and 50 Cent in a bold diss track tied to their “Paid In Full.

Damon Dash threw more fuel on his beef with Cam’ron and 50 Cent by rolling out his new artist Nicky Licky and letting her fire shots in a diss track called “Checkmate.”

The track takes aim at both 50 and Cam, with Nicky clowning 50’s age and comparing Cam’ron to Fredo from The Godfather Part II—basically calling him a backstabbing clown.

The song was previewed by Dame himself, who seems more than happy to use his new artist as a lyrical missile in drama with the two Hip-Hop heavyweights.

This whole beef is tied to their ongoing war over the “Paid In Full” franchise. Cam’ron, who starred in the original film, is reportedly working with 50 on a new series version of the movie.

Dame, who helped produce the OG flick, is definitely not cool with that.

He claims he’s working on his own version of the story—a docuseries for Revolt—and says 50 didn’t own anything during his heated Breakfast Club appearance on Tuesday (September 16).

As for Nicky Licky, Damon Dash introduced her as a “White lesbian Aaliyah,” saying she writes her own stuff, sings, and plays instruments. He’s clearly betting big on her and using this diss track to put her name on the map.

This beef has been simmering since Dame’s bankruptcy, and now it’s spilling into the music. With “Checkmate,” Dame’s making it clear he’s not letting anyone rewrite his story without a fight.
