(AllHipHop News) Rapper G-Eazy has announced his pop up shop in Oakland, which will celebrate the one-year anniversary of his album When It’s Dark Out.
Reps for G-Eazy have confirmed the activation will take place at the Cathedral Building, and will include a retail shop, a barbershop and even a coffee shop.
The pop up will open on December 10 and will run until December 16. It will coincide with G-Eazy’s homecoming show at Oracle Arena on December 14.
The Oakland native will bring special guest performers Lil Yachty, P-Lo, Rob Stone, Marty Grimes, Caleborate and others to help him celebrate his platinum-certified, When It’s Dark Out, which has racked up over 1.5 billion streams since its release in December of 2015.
Other events during the week include a G-Eazy meet & greet, a Too $hort listening party, a Nef The Pharoah signing and a special listening session with P-LO & Kool John along with other events throughout.
G-Eazy is also encouraging fans to bring toys and clothing items, since the pop up shop will serve as a charity hub for Mistah F.A.B.’s Annual Toy Drive.
He’s also collecting donations for the victims of the tragic Ghost Ship warehouse fire in Oakland, which killed 36 people.
