(AllHipHop News) Jeezy just dropped his seventh studio album Trap Or Die 3.
While the Atlanta native extended his veteran career with another project, Jeezy still keeps his ears open to some of the newcomers in the culture.
Power 105’s Angie Martinez interviewed Jeezy, and the “Let Em Know” spitter named a few of the new era rappers he is vibing with at the moment.
“[Lil] Durk, YG, all day. As far as young cats, definitely Dave [East],” said Jeezy. “Them cats got energy. I just want to give that knowledge, cause it’s little things that help a cat go a long way.”
He continued, “It could just be them hanging around and seeing certain stuff. But it’s always like that for me. If you’re a real one and you’re really about what you do, then I want to see you succeed.”
Jeezy also gave a major co-sign to buzzing New Yorker Young M.A. last week.
The “OOOUUU” performer was brought out during Jeezy’s set at the Powerhouse 2016 concert in Brooklyn.
“Shout outs to her. She killed it,” added Jeezy.
