TMZ reports Garbett, Allen & Roza are suing Wayne for $80,000 in unpaid lawyer fees. The firm represented Wayne in another lawsuit filed by the private jet leaser Signature Group.

Even though Wayne lost the $2 million suit, Garbett claims they never received payment for their work on the case. Wayne’s current attorneys argue Garbett received a $12,000 retainer when the firm was hired in 2014.
