(AllHipHop News) Kanye West had the streets outside Webster Hall packed with thousands of people early Monday morning. The crowd was hoping to catch Yeezy at a pop-up show, but the non-event nearly became a riot.

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio offered Kanye some advice for the next time he wants to host something of that magnitude in the city.

He wrote on Twitter, “[Kanye West and Kim Kardashian] Great block parties are planned. [First Lady Chirlane] and I can throw one with you to benefit NYC kids.”

Kanye has yet to publicly respond to de Blasio.
