Puffy’s
problems continue to mount. In addition to being sued by a former
tenet for allegedly renting a house that was "infested with
vermin" in Beverly Hills and his high profile shooting case,
Puff is now the plaintiff in a civil case against a journalist,
who failed to produce his autobiography.
Mikal Gilmore breached an agreement
that called for Gilmore to start working on the book by March
1st of last year. The book was to be published by Ballantine Publishing
Group. The suit seeks $325,000 that Gilmore received and damages.
Gilmore is no stranger to controversy.
He is a veteran writer for Rolling Stone magazine and he penned
a memoir "Shot In The Heart" about his brother, murderer
Gary Gilmore, who successfully called for his own execution in
1977.
