MrBeast admitted he’s borrowing money from his mother to cover wedding expenses while pouring hundreds of millions into his content empire.

“I personally have very little money because I reinvest everything. I think this year we’ll spend around a quarter of a billion on content,” he wrote in response to a post praising his self-made status.
MrBeast is engaged to fellow digital creator Thea Booysen, and says he’s leaning on family to help fund the ceremony. “Ironically, I’m actually borrowing $ from my mom to pay for my upcoming wedding lol,” he added. “But sure, on paper the businesses I own are worth a lot.”

He also hosts Beast Games, an Amazon Prime Video reality series that handed out a record-setting $10 million prize in its first season.
During Amazon’s upfronts in May, the company confirmed Beast Games would return for Seasons 2 and 3, calling it Prime Video’s most-watched unscripted show.

The wedding date has not been publicly announced.
