Octavian’s ex-girlfriends claims of abuse is having a serious impact upon his career.

Rapper Octavian has been dropped by his record label bosses following allegations of physical and emotional abuse.

The hitmaker’s ex-girlfriend has taken to social media and claimed he “frequently kicked and punched” her during their three-year relationship – allegations he has strongly denied.

“Thank you to the Essie Family for staying strong through this storm. The enemy’s can’t hurt us and never will. We mentally touched different levels, we are all finally ready,” Octavian said. “Thank you to my sisters my nephews for always giving great advice. Thank you to the people who produced and stuck with me through my crazy mind whilst making this album. Biggest thank you to all my fans my friends who send me bueatiful [sic] message everyday I cannot thank you enough.”

But executives at Black Butter Records have decided they no longer want to work with the rap star.

“We at Black Butter have taken the decision not to continue working with Octavian and we will not be releasing his album,” a statement reads. “We do not condone domestic abuse of any kind and we have suggested Octavian seeks professional help at this time.”

Octavian’s ex has also posted a thread of videos and photos online, hoping to prove her claims are true.

In an Instagram video posted on Thursday, Octavian acknowledged the accuser is an ex, but insisted he was never abusive towards her.
