(AllHipHop News) People have been questioning when will the Rae Sremmurd run come to an end with the inevitable breakup. Speculation that a split was coming soon jumped into hyperdrive following Swae Lee’s recent platinum side hustles with Beyoncé (“Formation”) and French Montana (“Unforgettable”).

Then with the announcement of the duo’s 3-part SR3MM LP – which features separate Swae Lee, Slim Jxmmi, and Rae Sremmurd projects – there were even more assumptions the two brothers were on the verge of parting ways professionally. That still does not seem to be the case, but Slim did speak on the perception that a sibling rivalry exists.

“If people see me out and I have a stank face on, they think I’m mad because of that, but I’m mad at them because they want me to be mad,” Jxmmi told Billboard. “I’m always singing ‘Unforgettable’ when it come on in the club, but people look at me like, ‘Is it OK if I dance to this?’ It’s no competition. We’re brothers. At the end of the day, we’re getting a bag.”

SR3MM is expected to land sometime this month. Jxmmi has already dropped “Brxnks Truck” and “Chanel.” Additionally, Swae Lee let loose his own cuts “Hurt To Look” and “Guatemala.” They both joined with Juicy J for the Rae Sremmurd-credited “Powerglide.”
