Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued For Copyright Infringement While Behind Bars

6ix9ine is being sued just as he plans to testify against his old friends

(AllHipHop News) Tekashi 6ix9ine is still behind bars in federal prison, but that’s not stopping him from being sued.

A man named Alan Bradley aka “Al Profit” has filed a lawsuit against the New York rapper.

Bradley is a filmmaker who created a documentary titled “Streets of New York” in 2009. He obtained a copyright for his work before posting it to YouTube.

He claims 6ix9ine sampled about :20 seconds of the film and used the snippet on one of his songs called “69.”

Bradley claims the “GUMMO” rapper never got permission to use his material, nor did he pay him and he believes 6ix9ine made a good amount of money from the track.

6ix9ine is being sued for copyright infringement and seeking unspecified damages.
