Cassie Ventura Tried To Flee Balcony After Diddy Threatened Her With Explicit Tapes, Stylist Testifies

Cassie Ventura once tried to flee a hotel balcony to escape Diddy after he tracked her down and threatened to leak explicit tapes, according to testimony in his ongoing federal trial.

Celebrity stylist Deonte Nash told a jury that in 2013, Ventura was so terrified after learning Diddy had found her hiding at a hotel that she attempted to climb over a balcony to get away.

“She was going to climb over the balcony,” Nash testified. “She started heading that way.” He added, “It wasn’t the first floor.”

Nash said the two had gone to the hotel after Diddy kicked them out of his home. But when Diddy arrived at the hotel, Ventura panicked.

Nash testified that he managed to sneak Ventura out through a side door before she could act on her desperation.

According to Nash, Diddy repeatedly used the threat of releasing sex tapes—referred to in court as “freak-off” videos—as a tool to manipulate and intimidate Ventura.

Diddy would threaten to send the tapes to her parents’ workplaces “to get them fired.” He also allegedly told Ventura he was “the only one who could protect her.”

Nash also testified that Ventura confided in him about being pressured to attend sex parties and said she didn’t want to participate.

He claimed Diddy would insult her with words like “s###” and “ho” when she resisted.

The stylist described a pattern of abuse and control that spanned years, including threats to Ventura’s career and family, as well as physical and emotional intimidation.

Cassie Ventura, who recently testified for nearly a week in Diddy’s federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial, reportedly welcomed her third child—a baby boy with husband Alex Fine—on Tuesday (May 27). The couple also shares two daughters, Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 3.

Drake Just Beat Everyone In RIAA History With 10 Diamond Hits

Drake just made music history, racking up another mind-boggling accolade, but didn’t say a word about it.

The Toronto rapper now holds the record for the most Diamond-certified singles in RIAA history, hitting a total of 10 as of Tuesday (May 28).

The latest tracks to reach the coveted 10-times Platinum milestone are “Hold On, We’re Going Home” and “Best I Ever Had,” both certified in May. They join a stacked list that includes “God’s Plan,” “One Dance,” “SICKO MODE” with Travis Scott, “Life Is Good” with Future, “No Guidance” with Chris Brown, and “Love Me” with Lil Wayne.

The Recording Industry Association of America confirmed the milestone, stating: “Drake has the most RIAA Diamond Certifications of any artist, ever.”

That puts him ahead of Garth Brooks and Post Malone, who each have nine Diamond plaques to their names.

Drake is also the first artist to hit double digits in Diamond certifications across both singles and albums.

True to form, Drake acknowledged the achievement with a silent flex—posting the news to his Instagram Story without a caption.

But that wasn’t the only headline he made this week.

During a surprise appearance at Central Cee’s show in Toronto on Saturday (May 24), Drake dropped a bombshell. He revealed OVO Fest is officially coming back this summer.

“I’ll see you this summer, by the way,” he told the crowd. “OVO Fest will be back this year.”

He also turned to Central Cee and added, “We’ll need you there for that.”

The festival, which launched in 2010, hasn’t been held since 2022. That last edition featured a Young Money reunion with Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne. Drake is yet to announce lineup, venue or dates, but the return has already stirred buzz across social media.

Diddy’s Ex-Bodyguard Gene Deal Allegedly KO’ed YouTuber Outside Courthouse

Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deal allegedly assaulted a man who was harassing him outside of the Manhattan federal courthouse, where the Bad Boy Records mogul is currently on trial.

In a video shared by The Art of Dialogue, an interviewer reported Deal got into an “altercation” with a YouTuber who goes by “D Not.” Apparently, D Not had been calling Deal “Uncle Phil” and other nicknames before Deal decided to take action. In all fairness, Deal warned D Not he would knock him out if he continued, and he made good on his promise.

Following the incident, Deal was asked not to return to the courthouse for a few days.

A post shared by The Art Of Dialogue (@theartofdialogue)

Deal has been one of Diddy’s most outspoken critics amid his former boss’s ongoing federal trial for racketeering and sex trafficking. Deal, who has publicly shared his experiences and even authored a book about his time working for Diddy, has alleged that Diddy used Bad Boy Entertainment to organize illicit gatherings known as “freak-offs” for himself and others, suggesting that these activities point toward racketeering charges.

In recent interviews, Deal predicted that Diddy will not be able to withstand the pressure of the trial and will ultimately “crack” under the weight of the testimonies and evidence, possibly accepting a plea deal to end the ordeal.

Deal has emphasized that the courtroom environment, where Diddy must face allegations sober and without distractions, will be particularly difficult for him.

Beyond these predictions, Deal has also claimed that the prosecution has been somewhat lenient, arguing that there could have been even more charges brought against Diddy. He has connected the testimonies—especially those describing threats, violence and coercion—to the broader narrative of sex trafficking and abuse, asserting that Diddy’s alleged pattern of behavior extended far beyond isolated incidents.

Deal’s willingness to testify and his public statements have drawn both support and criticism, with some accusing him of trying to “drag Diddy’s name through the mud,” while others see him as a key witness with crucial insider knowledge. Deal maintains that he has substantial proof to back his claims and has stated he feels no remorse for Diddy’s current legal troubles, insisting that the consequences are a result of Diddy’s own actions.

Elon Musk Parts Ways With Trump Administration But Declares “DOGE Mission Will Only Strengthen”

Billionaire Elon Musk has announced that his tenure as head of Donald Trump’s cost-cutting task force is nearing its conclusion.

Posting on his social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, Musk expressed gratitude to Trump for the chance to help oversee the Department of Government Efficiency, commonly referred to as Doge.

Musk served as a “special government employee,” a role that allowed him to work in a federal capacity for up to 130 days each year. With Trump’s inauguration on January 20, Musk is set to reach that annual limit by late May.

His departure follows recent criticism of Trump’s signature budget bill—a cornerstone of the president’s legislative agenda—which Musk described as “big, beautiful,” but ultimately disappointing.

“As my scheduled time as a Special Government Employee comes to an end, I would like to thank President @realDonaldTrump for the opportunity to reduce wasteful spending,” Musk wrote on X. “The @DOGE mission will only strengthen over time as it becomes a way of life throughout the government.”

According to the BBC, the White House will begin the process of formally offboarding Musk from his government role on Wednesday night.

Musk’s exit comes after he voiced disappointment with Trump’s budget proposal, which includes multi-trillion dollar tax cuts and increased defense spending. In an interview with CBS, the SpaceX and Tesla CEO warned that the bill would expand the federal deficit and “undermines the work” being done at Doge.

Musk, a prominent Republican donor, leaves after a turbulent stint in politics that made him one of Trump’s closest advisers, even as Tesla’s profits declined sharply.

Tesla recently cautioned investors that financial challenges may persist, declining to provide a growth outlook and noting that “changing political sentiment” could significantly impact demand for its vehicles.

On a recent earnings call, Musk informed investors that his involvement with Doge would “drop significantly” and that he planned to dedicate much more of his time to Tesla.

Donald Trump Pardons NBA YoungBoy—Rapper Says It “Opens The Door” To His Future

NBA YoungBoy received a presidential pardon from Donald Trump on Wednesday (May 28), clearing the rapper’s federal convictions tied to two separate gun possession cases in Louisiana and Utah.

The Baton Rouge native, born Kentrell Gaulden, had been sentenced to nearly two years in federal prison after pleading guilty in December 2024 to charges stemming from a 2020 arrest during a music video shoot and a later case in Utah.

His legal team confirmed the pardon, though they did not submit the application themselves. The 24-year-old artist addressed the news in a statement posted to Instagram.

“I want to thank President Trump for granting me a pardon and giving me the opportunity to keep building – as a man, as a father, and as an artist,” he wrote. “This moment means a lot. It opens the door to a future I’ve worked hard for and I am fully prepared to step into this.”

NBA YoungBoy’s legal troubles began on September 28, 2020, when he was arrested outside his grandfather’s home in Baton Rouge while filming a video.

Authorities found a Masterpiece Arms 9mm and a .45 caliber Glock Model 21 in his possession. He later faced a separate charge in Utah, which was included in his plea deal.

The rapper is currently preparing for his first headlining tour, the MASA Tour, which launches in Dallas this September.

NBA YoungBoy now joins a growing list of rap artists who have received clemency from Trump.

Lil Wayne was granted a full pardon in January 2021 after pleading guilty to federal firearm possession. He had faced up to a decade in prison before Trump intervened.

Wayne had publicly endorsed Trump during the 2020 campaign, citing his criminal justice reform efforts.

Kodak Black also benefited from Trump’s clemency in 2021. He was serving a 46-month sentence for falsifying information on federal firearm documents.

Trump commuted Kodak’s sentence after he had served nearly half his term, citing his charitable work and community support.

Smokey Robinson Claims Accusers Fabricated Crimes In $500M Countersuit

Smokey Robinson, the 85-year-old Motown singer, has filed a $500 million cross-complaint for defamation and elder abuse against four former housekeepers, who accused him of sexual harassment and rape in a $50 million lawsuit earlier this month.

Robinson’s countersuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges the women and their attorney, John W. Harris, conspired to make “slanderous statements” about him and his wife, Frances Robinson, at a press conference on May 6, with the intention of extorting money from the couple.

Robinson claims the four women and Harris fabricated the sexual assault allegations and used a press conference to make defamatory statements outside the protection of litigation privilege. The countersuit specifically references Harris calling Robinson a “serial and sick rapist” at the press event, arguing that while legal privilege may protect statements made in court filings, it does not extend to statements made to the media.

The complaint accuses the women of deleting text exchanges and photos from Frances Robinson’s phone, but includes purported texts showing friendly communications, such as birthday wishes and invitations to family events.

The Robinsons describe their treatment of the housekeepers as exceptionally generous, providing gifts including money for dental work, vacations, concert tickets, and even a car. The countersuit asserts that while the Robinsons were generous, the plaintiffs were allegedly plotting an “extortionate plan” to obtain more money and destroy their reputations.

Robinson’s team has moved to dismiss the women’s lawsuit and requested that the plaintiffs refile using their real names rather than pseudonyms, arguing the allegations are so detached from reality that they cannot identify who’s being accused of what.

The countersuit also includes claims of emotional distress and financial elder abuse, and alleges theft of a safe and bank records from the Robinson household, suggesting possible involvement by one or more plaintiffs.

The four women, identified as Jane Does, allege Robinson isolated them at his homes in California and Las Vegas, repeatedly forcing them into non-consensual sexual acts over many years, with the earliest alleged incident occurring in 2007.

Each woman claims to have been raped, and their lawsuit seeks $50 million in damages for sexual assault, sexual battery, false imprisonment and gender violence. The women say they were reluctant to report the alleged abuse due to fear of job loss, immigration consequences and intimidation by Robinson’s celebrity status.

California law permits plaintiffs in civil cases, especially those involving sexual assault, to proceed under pseudonyms (such as Jane Doe) if revealing their identities could result in specific harm, such as retaliation or further stigmatization. The court must balance the plaintiffs’ privacy interests against the defendant’s and the public’s right to know the parties’ identities.Smokey Robinson is seeking $500 million in damages for defamation and elder abuse, naming both the four women and their attorney as defendants.

The original sexual assault lawsuit against Robinson remains pending, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has initiated a criminal investigation into the allegations. Attorneys for the women haven’t commented publicly on the countersuit as of the latest filings.

MAGA Rapper Dances With Deportation As Donald Trump Pardons Criminals

El Funky, Deportation and Trump: A Cuban Rebel’s American Irony

WTF is El Funky? This dude and deportation were made into a dynamic duo in 2025. The Donald is not even thinking about him right now. But here we are. The Cuban rapper faces deportation proceedings in the home of the brave, land of freedom of speech. Well, he might be back in Cuba singing his hit song soon.

El Funky is a voice on the song “Patria y Vida,” the blistering 2021 protest anthem that lit up Cuba’s government. The song rallied against communism and people noticed. Even U.S. lawmakers took note. Florida Senator Marco Rubio used the song as a political weapon.

Funky Man, a card carrying MAGA Hermano, is now 30 days away from being forced out of the country. His residency application under the Cuban Adjustment Act, a law specifically created to offer safe haven to Cuban dissidents, was denied.

“If I could vote, I would have voted for Trump,” he recently said. “He’s the strongest president when it comes to Cuba.” The MAGA crowd is not coming to his rescue, but there is hope.

Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar, a Republican out of Florida, is pushing to keep him here. “El Funky is a political refugee who deserves the full protection of U.S. immigration law,” she told Politico. “We are working with the USCIS to ensure they understand the serious risk of torture and political persecution he faces if returned to Cuba.” Maybe he can make a red hat that says “MACA” – Make Cuba Great Again! Get the heck outta here with that MAGA mess.

He’s asking for help. “I have 30 days to leave the country or I will be deported,” he said on Facebook. “I ask all my Cuban brothers and sisters who know of my anti-communist history and the members of Congress of this country, who need your support more than ever today.”

Nah, buddy. Trump is helping his lighter-skinned comrades in MAGA.

Donald Trump announced Tuesday (May 27) that he plans to fully pardon Todd and Julie Chrisley, the reality TV couple best known for their hit show, Chrisley Knows Best.

The Chrisleys became household names for showcasing their picture-perfect, Southern, faith-driven family. It was all a facade. In 2022, the couple was convicted of orchestrating a scheme that defrauded banks in Atlanta out of more than $30 million and attempting to dodge federal taxes. BLOOP!

Now, despite their prison sentences, they’re being granted a get-out-of-jail-free card — courtesy of Trump.

Donald Trump Commutes Larry Hoover’s Prison Sentence—But There’s No Release Date In Sight

Larry Hoover had his federal life sentences commuted by former President Donald Trump on Wednesday (May 28) under the First Step Act.

The Gangster Disciples co-founder was convicted in 1997 of running a nationwide criminal enterprise from inside prison.

Federal prosecutors said Hoover continued to do it direct gang operations while locked up, which led to six life sentences on top of his original state conviction.

Hoover is still serving a 150-to-200 year state sentence in Illinois for a 1973 murder, with no release date in sight, so the pardon doesn’t mean the 73-year-old will be walking free anytime soon.

Larry Hoover’s attorney Jennifer Bonjean issued a statement to the Chicago Tribune regarding the pardon.

“The courts have demonstrated a complete unwillingness to consider Mr. Hoover’s rehabilitation,” Bonjean wrote. “Sometimes the courts do not do the right thing. But thanks to the work of so many advocates and supporters keeping Mr. Hoover’s voice alive and ultimately the president taking action to deliver justice, we are thrilled to see Mr. Hoover released. Now it’s time for the IDOC to do the right thing.”

Trump’s decision came after a petition was filed under the First Step Act, a bipartisan law passed in 2018 that allows retroactive sentencing relief for certain federal inmates.

Hoover’s legal team argued that his federal sentence was excessive and that he no longer posed a threat to society. Still, the commutation only affects his federal time.

The Illinois Department of Corrections confirmed Hoover must continue serving his original sentence for the 1973 murder of William Young, a drug dealer he ordered killed. That conviction alone carries a term that could keep him imprisoned for life.

Hoover’s name resurfaced in pop culture when Kanye West and Drake joined forces for the “Free Larry Hoover” benefit concert in Los Angeles on December 9, 2021.

The event, held at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, was intended to raise awareness about prison reform and advocate for Hoover’s release.

The two rap giants performed together after years of tension, with West saying the goal was “to show people that we can be unified.”

The concert drew national attention and reignited debate around Hoover’s incarceration and the broader issue of sentencing reform.

“WORDS CAN’T EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR OUR DEVOTED ENDURING PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP FOR FREEING LARRY HOOVER,” Kanye West wrote on Twitter (X) in addition to thanking Drake.

In a 2022 court filing, Larry Hoover renounced his association withThe Gangster Disciples, saying, “I am no longer a member, leader, or participant in any gang and I denounce and disassociate myself from any gang activity.”

Shannon Sharpe “Nightcap” Tour Axed During $50M Lawsuit Battle

Shannon Sharpe has postponed his 2025 Nightcap NSFW Tour with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson as he faces a $50 million sexual assault lawsuit filed in Nevada.

The decision was announced during an episode of their podcast, where Sharpe addressed the situation directly.

“We’ve decided to postpone the Nightcap tour,” he said. “It’s going to be even bigger, even better. But Ocho and I have come to the conclusion that this is the best thing as of right now, was to postpone the tour. We look forward to seeing each and every one of you in 2026.”

The eight-city live show was initially set to kick off June 13 in Baltimore, with scheduled stops in Philadelphia, Charlotte, Detroit and Los Angeles.

But with serious allegations now surrounding Sharpe, the tour has been pushed back a full year.

The lawsuit, filed April 20 in Nevada, accuses Sharpe of rape, emotional distress and sexual battery during what the plaintiff described as a “rocky consensual relationship” that lasted two years.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Sharpe recorded private encounters without her knowledge and threatened her life.

She claims he raped her twice, including once in January, without using protection.

Sharpe has denied the allegations. His attorney, Lanny J. Davis, dismissed the case as “filled with lies” and called it a “cynical attempt to shake down Mr. Sharpe.”

In addition to postponing the tour, Sharpe has stepped away from his role on ESPN’s First Take.

Ticket holders are being advised to retain their passes, which will be honored when the tour resumes in 2026.

Is Suge Knight Snitching On Diddy Or Riding For Capricorn Clark?

Hmmmmm…what do we have here?

Look, I’m no street disciple, so don’t quote me like I’m quoting the Ten Commandments of the code. But from what I understand, if you start talking about someone else’s case to help get them jammed up, that’s snitching. Those are the rules, right? And if I’m wrong, feel free to check me in the comments.

READ ALSO: Diddy Reportedly Uses Crazy Method To Communicate With Mom In Court, Per Rumors

But I gotta ask: Is Suge Knight snitching on Diddy?

Let’s be clear. Suge isn’t trying to get out of jail. He’s already doing a lot of time. But is he helping build the perception that Diddy was abusive and running a criminal organization? That’s where things get complicated.

Suge recently chimed in from behind bars, backing up Capricorn Clark’s testimony. She used to be Diddy’s personal assistant and also used to work for Suge Knight. That part alone is CRAZY WILD. How did someone go from Death Row to Bad Boy? That’s like switching teams during an all-out war (it was the early 2000s). Did she carry secrets from one camp to another? Was she some kind of insider? It’s suspicious no matter how you look at it.

Clark testified in court on Tuesday (May 27), claiming she was terrified of Diddy. Suge Knight doubled down on that in an interview with TMZ, saying she feared Diddy would kill her if she crossed him. Suge might not be under oath, but that kind of statement still hits hard in the court of public opinion.

Remember, Diddy once left a “freak-off” with a gun just for Suge. That’s not just industry drama, that’s warfare. Capricorn was in the middle.

So here we are: Suge Knight, a man once considered a silent enforcer—a “mad man”—is talking more than a little. Not to save himself but maybe to bury Diddy.

Snitching or setting the record straight? You decide.

Wu-Tang Clan Unveils Time Capsule Vault On Final Tour As Dave Chappelle Watches

Wu-Tang Clan kicked off their farewell tour plans with a surprise performance in Ohio on Friday (May 23) and the debut of the Wu-Tang Forever Time Capsule.

The traveling vault will accompany the group across all 27 dates of their final run, Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber, launching on Thursday, June 6, in Baltimore.

The Hip-Hop legends introduced the capsule during an unannounced show at comedian Dave Chappelle’s YS Firehouse venue in Yellow Springs, where Chappelle joined the group on stage and contributed a signed vinyl from his personal collection.

“This band is a miracle of cooperation,” Dave Chappelle said. “What happens when friends can get through the tough times of their friendship and stick together? What could they accomplish? They didn’t do it for the money. They didn’t do it for the fame. But my god, they did it for love and they did it for the culture.”

The intimate performance, part of Chappelle’s “Soundcheck Series,” provided a rare preview of the tour for approximately 250 attendees.

“From the basements of Staten Island, we created something timeless. And now we invite you to be part of that inspiration,” said RZA, the group’s founder. “In every city, we will be putting something new inside this time capsule. Something from your city to connect with all the Wu cities and Wu fans around the world. This Wu-Tang Forever Time Capsule will only be seen in the Shaolin Temple VIP. We invite you to be part of this legacy.”

The Shaolin Temple VIP Experience includes premium seating, limited-edition merchandise and the opportunity for attendees to contribute a personal item to the vault.

Each city will add something new, creating a collective archive of the tour’s journey.

Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber will hit major cities, including Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Seattle and Chicago. Shows in Boston, Philadelphia and New York have already sold out. The tour will also feature Run the Jewels as special guests.

“Wu-Tang Clan has shown the world many chambers throughout our career; this tour is called The Final Chamber,” RZA said. “This is a special moment for me and all my Wu brothers to run around the globe together one more time and spread the Wu swag, music, and culture. Most importantly to touch our fans and those who have supported us throughout the years. On this tour we’re playing songs we’ve never played before to our audience and me and our production team have designed a Wu-Tang show unlike anything you’ve ever seen. And to top it off we’ve got the amazing Run the Jewels on our side.”

The tour will spotlight tracks from the group’s entire discography, including deep cuts and unreleased live performances, as well as hits from their debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and their Grammy-nominated, quadruple-platinum sophomore release Wu-Tang Forever, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Wu-Tang Clan recently wrapped the first-ever Hip-Hop residency in Las Vegas.

Keefe D Sentencing For Jail Has Fight Pushed Back Over Trial Drama

Duane “Keefe D” Davis had his sentencing postponed after a judge agreed to investigate claims that a juror improperly discussed jail violence during his trial for a detention center brawl.

The delay comes after Keefe D’s attorney alleged that one juror shared personal experiences about inmate fights with fellow jurors during a lunch break.

The convo potentially violated court rules that prohibit trial discussions before deliberations.

Judge Nadia Krall ruled that the conversation qualified as “newly discovered evidence” and ordered an evidentiary hearing, during which all 14 jurors and a witness will be questioned under oath.

The defense is pushing for a new trial, arguing the juror’s comments may have swayed the panel’s decision and compromised Keefe D’s right to a fair trial.

The juror’s alleged remarks only came to light after the verdict, according to his legal team, which claims the information was not available during the trial.

Judge Krall said the hearing will determine whether the juror’s statements had any influence on the outcome and whether a retrial is warranted.

Keefe D, who was convicted earlier this year for his role in the jailhouse altercation, faces two to 12 years behind bars if the sentence stands.

According to Court House News, the sentencing delay adds another legal wrinkle for Keefe D, who is also facing a high-profile murder charge in the 1996 killing of rapper Tupac Shakur.

His murder trial, tied to the Las Vegas drive-by shooting, has already been pushed to 2026 as prosecutors build their case. He has pleaded not guilty.

The evidentiary hearing on the jailhouse fight case is scheduled for July 2, 2025.

Cassie Ventura Gives Birth Mere Days After Diddy Testimony Ends

Cassie gave birth to her third child on Tuesday (May 28) in New York City, just days after testifying for four days in a federal courtroom against her ex-boyfriend Diddy in a high-profile sex trafficking and racketeering case.

The singer and model welcomed a healthy baby boy with her husband, Alex Fine, by her side. The newborn arrived slightly ahead of schedule, but both mother and child are reportedly doing well.

The timing of the birth came amid a tense legal battle involving Diddy, who is facing federal charges linked to sex trafficking and organized crime.

Cassie’s testimony became a focal point of the proceedings, with federal prosecutors accusing Diddy’s legal team of dragging out her cross-examination.

A post shared by Casandra Fine (@cassie)

They warned the court that she could go into labor while testifying and labeled the defense’s approach as “strategic delay tactics” aimed at forcing a mistrial.

Cassie, who previously dated Diddy for over a decade, ended their relationship in 2018. She married Fine in 2019, and the couple now shares three children: daughters Frankie and Sunny, and their newest addition, a son.

According to reports, Cassie was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the labor and delivery unit on Tuesday morning.

The birth followed less than two weeks after her emotionally charged courtroom appearance.

The couple has not yet shared the name of their son.

Cassie’s testimony and her new arrival mark a significant chapter in her life, both personally and legally.

Janet Jackson May Be Kanye’s West’s Secret Supporter For All The Wrong Reasons

UPDATE: Janet Jackson’s team has reached out. They said that the singer is not aligned with Kanye West at all. In fact, they said that he thanked the designer of the white tank. Although this is the rumor section, we do make corrections when needed.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Janet Jackson (@janetjackson)

Janet Jackson has been pretty low-key ever since she got caught repeating misinformation about Kamala Harris. She lost a lot of people after that. I’ll admit, she lost me, too.

But recently, it seems like some folks have decided it’s OK to give her a platform again. The other night at the American Music Awards, Janet was in the building. She performed but honestly, it felt like a pretty uneventful moment. And that’s not hate—it just didn’t have any buzz or controversy attached.

READ ALSO: Janet Jackson Earns Music’s Highest Honor At 2025 AMAs

Well… maybe there was a little drama. Some eagle-eyed (pun all intended) viewers noticed something odd about her outfit. Janet wore a white ensemble and on her tank top was a specific symbol that some folks online say is connected to Kanye West. That symbol? Apparently German. You already know where this conversation could go. OR HAS GONE.

What’s strange is why Janet Jackson would seemingly throw support behind Kanye West, especially when his name has been tied to antisemitic rhetoric. I’m not going to get deep into the theories, but the word floating around—speculative, alleged and probably wrong—is that Janet blames a certain group of people for Michael Jackson’s death. Is that true? I always thought it was a Black doctor who was held responsible in court.

Why rock what appears to be Kanye West gear? And if it’s not from his collection, why are so many people convinced it is? Most people saying it are Kanye fans who seem to believe she’s aligning with him on some level. That’s wild considering what Janet has stood for over the years. He represents something totally different, almost the opposite of the message she carried in her early career. Has she changed? I don’t know. I will say this: I looked. And that bird logo looks eerily close to those hateful symbols.

What I do know for sure is that she went after the first Black woman vice presidential candidate in recent history and never walked it back. She didn’t apologize, didn’t explain. That’s her right. But I believe her reasoning was totally off base. It honestly feels like she and her brother Randy might’ve (definitely based on the reports we saw) gotten pulled into that whole MAGA mindset. That’s that sh#t I don’t like!

Anyway, if someone out there can help me figure out what that symbol really means or what’s going on here, I’d truly appreciate it. Go look at that shirt and tell me what you think.

DMX Estate Threatens Legal Action Over Auction Of Priceless Memorabilia

DMX memorabilia tied to his early career and unreleased recordings is at the center of a brewing legal fight as his estate pushes back against a high-profile auction they say was never approved.

GottaHaveRockandRoll, an online auction house, is offering more than 30 items connected to the late Hip-Hop icon, including handwritten lyrics, vintage performance footage, and unreleased music from 1992 to 1994. Some of the rarest pieces — cassette tapes featuring freestyles and diss tracks — are expected to sell for over $10,000 apiece, with the total auction projected to bring in between $20,000 and $40,000.

But DMX’s estate says the sale is unauthorized and potentially illegal.

“We were surprised and disappointed to learn of this auction, which is not authorized and was not cleared by the Estate of Earl ‘DMX’ Simmons,” the estate told TMZ. “The Estate holds rights in the recordings and written materials being offered for sale — including significant intellectual property rights — all of which we will fiercely protect.”

They added, “We consider this a violation of the Estate’s rights and will be pursuing appropriate action.”

The auction includes a poster from a 1994 show where DMX opened for Wu-Tang Clan, a music video for an unreleased track, and handwritten lyrics from his 1993 debut single “Born Loser.”

GottaHaveRockandRoll President Dylan Kosinski told TMZ the items originated from one of DMX’s earliest close associates in the music industry, not a relative.

DMX’s Ex-Wife Says “His Children Benefit” From Auction

DMX’s ex-wife Tashera Simmons slammed the auction, saying the seller has no known connection to the family.

“The seller is not a family member to our knowledge,” she told the outlet. “The auction is disheartening and insensitive as these precious items should go to Earl’s children. These are Earl’s memories. His children should benefit, not outsiders.”

Last month, Simmons lost her legal bid for half of his music rights after a judge ruled she had no ownership over his intellectual property.

DMX died in 2021 at age 50, leaving behind 15 children and his fiancée Desiree Lindstrom.

The estate is currently managed by his family and representatives, who are also responsible for settling his debts.

The auction is currently live on GottaHaveRockandRoll’s website and is expected to close later this week.

EXCLUSIVE: “Free Diddy” Mystery Has Likely Been Solved

You guys know I don’t just let things slide. I keep digging until I get to the bottom of it. So about a week ago, there were reports floating around that people were being paid to stand outside the courthouse in support of Sean “Diddy” Combs. We know: he stands trial for trafficking and RICO-related charges, along with a laundry list of alleged violations. Blah, Blah, Blah! Then, just like that, it vanished from the headlines in a day or two.

But I kept digging. And now I’ve got it. This is an exclusive, and if you use this information, give me credit! The one and only illseed!

What happened to the folks who were outside the courtroom with those “Free Diddy” shirts? They’ve been dismissed! They were banished. I don’t know exactly how or who made that call, but it happened.

Apparently, this whole stunt was organized through Craigslist. Yes — Craigslist! Do you remember Craigslist? I didn’t even know it was still alive and kicking, but it is! So someone decided to run ads targeting a very specific slice of the population. If you’re still scrolling Craigslist in 2025, you’re in a niche demographic. I’m not knocking it, I’m just saying it’s a particular crowd.

These ads reportedly offered $20 an hour for people to wear shirts that said things like “Free Diddy” or “Free Puff.” But the people wearing them? Many didn’t seem like actual supporters. Some looked like vagrants, others may have been struggling with addiction, and a few probably didn’t even know who Diddy is! I’m not posting any photos. These are real people, going through real struggles, and clearly, they needed that money.

So how did it all fall apart? After the Craigslist ads went up, I was told, the info ended up in a WhatsApp group. Or is that Signal? Either way, you get what I am saying. From there, it spread like wildfire. One of the people in that group — a mental health patient — told their therapist. The mental healthy specialist someone else, who told another person… and eventually, it got to me.

Whew.

Now, for whatever reason, they’re not letting people stand out there in that capacity anymore. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. People are yelling at reporters, causing scenes, harassing others. Total chaos. One guy was even promoting an old book against Diddy. I give him credit: he was early!

But yeah, it’s a mess. An absolute mess. I can’t wait until this whole thing is over. But, there you go. Mystery solved.

Patriots Head Coach Responds To Cardi B Boat Video With Stefon Diggs, Alleged Pink Cocaine

Stefon Diggs appeared in a viral yacht party video where he pulled out a small bag of pink powder during a Miami boat outing with Cardi B, prompting questions about the substance and a response from his head coach.

Cardi B is not featured in the clip, which quickly spread across social media. Stefon Diggs is surrounded by women calling him “daddy” while dancing and interacting with guests.

At one point, Stefon Diggs opens a metal container and reveals a plastic bag filled with a pink substance. Online speculation erupted, with many users suggesting the powder resembled “Tusi,” also known as pink cocaine — a synthetic party drug often made from ketamine, MDMA and methamphetamine.

When asked about the video and the substance during a media session, head coach Mike Vrabel acknowledged the situation but kept his remarks measured.

“Well, it’s something that we’re aware of and obviously we want to make great decisions on and off the field. We’re making great decisions and so the message will be the same for all our players that we’re—we’re trying to make great decisions and any conversations that I’ve had with Stefon will remain between him and I and the club,” Vrabel said.

Neither Diggs nor Cardi B has addressed the footage publicly.

The couple, who confirmed their relationship in May 2025, appeared together on the boat and have not commented on the nature of the substance.

The pink baggie moment has fueled speculation, but no official investigation or disciplinary action has been announced.

Victoria Monét Admits She “Fell Deeply” For Stormzy Before Split

Victoria Monét didn’t hold back when asked about her short-lived romance with Stormzy, revealing on Keke Palmer’s podcast that she “fell deeply” for the British rapper and called him “a really special guy.”

The Grammy-winning singer shared that their first real hangout was actually the moment paparazzi caught them kissing in a parking lot last year.

“We would have wanted to announce on our own time when everything was official,” she said, reflecting on how the relationship became public before they were ready.

Despite the split, Monét made it clear that there was no bitterness between them. “We had a blast together,” she said, adding that their time together was built on “mutual respect.” She emphasized, “There’s no bad blood.”

Monét also hinted there’s more to the story but kept it vague. “We’ll have to talk,” she told Palmer, leaving the door open for future revelations.

The romance first made headlines in October 2024 when the pair were photographed kissing at London’s Heathrow Airport.

The sighting came shortly after Monét confirmed her separation from longtime partner John Gaines, with whom she shares a daughter, Hazel. The couple had quietly ended things ten months earlier but delayed the announcement to avoid speculation.

Stormzy Ready To Settle Down With New Partner

Stormzy, who had also recently ended his on-and-off relationship with TV personality Maya Jama in July 2024, added fuel to the gossip fire earlier this month when he dropped his new track “Sorry Rach!”

In the song, he reveals he’s now in a new relationship and ready to settle down.

“I told the boys I think I met my wife. Baby, if you have my baby, then you’re set for life,” he raps on the track before adding, “I think I’ve got a type; she’s like the two before.”

Monét didn’t comment on the new lyrics, but her remarks suggest she’s moved on with grace—and maybe a few stories still untold.

Diddy May Have Been Destroyed By Capricorn Clark If RICO Is Established

Has RICO Been Established in the Diddy Case? Inside the Explosive Testimony of Capricorn Clark

In a dramatic day in court, former Diddy employee Capricorn Clark took the stand and it was a lot. She offered emotional, detailed testimony—and she broke down. And it could be pivotal in what many believe is shaping up to be the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) people have been looking for. Cassie Ventura, they said, was just showing that he was a terrible, abusive person. Kid Cudi was not the slam dunk they wanted, but it certainly forecasted what was to come.

Clark’s testimony painted a picture of an alleged criminal enterprise involving manipulation, intimidation, sex trafficking, drug distribution and silence by force. Although the court has not officially confirmed RICO charges yet, they are getting there. Legal experts have said the government’s line of questioning, the allegations of abuse and the use of subordinates/workers to get procure drugs and silence victims is exactly what they need. Then it fits the criteria of a potential RICO case.

Loading RICO Patterns

Capricorn Clark testified:

  • She was tasked by Diddy to obtain drugs, including “Colombian dancing dust” (street slang for cocaine) and pills for Diddy and his associates.
  • When Diddy was allegedly blacklisted from obtaining prescriptions in Miami, she was forced to put medications under her own name, suggesting a potential pattern of criminal behavior involving identity misuse and prescription fraud.
  • Diddy engaged in elaborate and disturbing acts of control, including degrading rituals targeting Cassie Ventura in front of others. These acts allegedly contributed to her psychological manipulation and emotional trauma.
  • Drug-fueled parties and coercion were commonplace, with various members of Diddy’s circle participating or helping facilitate illegal acts.

These statements could—not quite proven—suggest Diddy operated more than a solo criminal endeavor. He allegedly ran a structured and ongoing organization with employees carrying out illegal activities on his behalf. That’s a textbook basis for RICO.

Clark reportedly broke down while recalling these events, including being blacklisted from the industry and intimidated into silence. She claimed Diddy had settled with her privately. He cut the checks. These financial hush agreements may have obstructed justice and maintained the alleged criminal enterprise.

The defense might have made it worse, according to some people I know. They focused on inconsistencies in her story, mostly minor things like the names of security from decades ago. Critics have called this a tactic of high-level gaslighting and victim-blaming. They didn’t debunk the abuse she described, from what I was told.

Why RICO Is THE “Thing”

To establish a RICO case, prosecutors must prove the following:

  1. An enterprise existed.
  2. The defendant was associated with the enterprise.
  3. The defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity.
  4. The enterprise’s activities affected interstate commerce.

If prosecutors can link Diddy’s alleged actions to a broader network of employees and enablers, it would likely check every RICO box.

What’s Next?

There are plenty more witnesses coming forward. There are about to be fire investigators and digital evidence analysts set to testify! By the way, Cassie recently went into labor! The Feds are expected to present a crazy report that will link timelines with text messages and testimony.

Again no official RICO charge has been confirmed publicly…but prosecution is laying the groundwork like crazy. For the record, here is exactly what they are alleging against Diddy:

Criminal Charges:

  • Racketeering Conspiracy: This charge alleges that Combs engaged in a pattern of criminal activity through his various business ventures, violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
  • Sex Trafficking: Combs is accused of using force, fraud, and coercion to recruit, harbor, and transport women for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts, according to ICE.
  • Transportation for Purposes of Prostitution: This charge relates to the allegation that Combs transported women across state lines with the intent that they engage in prostitution.

Diddy’s Legal Team Moves For Mistrial Over Destroyed Evidence

Diddy faced a dramatic courtroom moment Wednesday (May 28) as his defense team called for a mistrial over testimony from a Los Angeles arson investigator who described a suspected Molotov cocktail attack on a Porsche tied to the case.

The motion came after arson specialist Lance Jimenez told jurors he believed someone intentionally set the car ablaze by cutting a hole in the roof and dropping a flaming bottle.

He testified that the bottle was an Olde English 800 malt liquor container with a silky designer scarf used as a wick. He also mentioned finding a lighter and a burned handkerchief inside the vehicle.

Jimenez said he was told the partial DNA profile recovered from the scene was consistent with a female contributor, though he admitted he didn’t understand the implications of that information.

He also confirmed that the fingerprint cards from the investigation were destroyed in 2012 at the request of someone within the LAPD, not his team.

Defense attorneys for Diddy argued that prosecutors crossed the line by suggesting Diddy may have authorized the destruction of those fingerprint records.

Lead attorney Alexandra Shapiro told the judge the only proper remedy was a mistrial.

Prosecutors pushed back, saying the defense had opened the door to the line of questioning by raising issues related to the investigation.

The judge denied the mistrial request, stating that objections had been sustained and that the jurors had already been instructed not to treat the questions as evidence.

The mistrial motion followed explosive testimony Tuesday (May 14) from Capricorn Clark, Diddy’s former assistant, who claimed the music mogul once drove to Kid Cudi’s home with a gun and declared he intended to kill the rapper.

Clark said the incident occurred in December 2011 after Diddy became enraged over Cudi’s relationship with Cassie Ventura, who had also dated Diddy.

Clark also testified that Diddy threatened her life after discovering she had previously worked for his longtime rival, Suge Knight.

“He told me that he didn’t know that I had anything to do with Suge Knight and that if anything happened, he would have to kill me,” she said.

Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty to federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting individuals for prostitution. The trial is set to continue this week in New York federal court.
