Meet Joe-N-Box, two Jersey bred rappers who just might teach you something. The dynamic duo was introduced to the art of hip hop by Box’s older brother, Justin, who sadly passed away from a heroin overdose in 2011. To honor Justin’s memory, the two decided to find a way to turn their hobby–hip hop–into a profession. They also decided to spread a different a message in their music: unlike so many other rappers, they refuse to advocate lean, pills, and any other “hard” drugs.
They set themselves apart in other ways as well. They refer to themselves, their friends, and their fans as The Swines; a group of open-minded, unique individuals who live by the phrase “F-ck Being Ordinary”. The Swine logo is a flying pig, used to represent accomplishing the impossible, based on the old saying “When pigs fly.” The Swine ideals are found throughout Joe-N-Box’s music as they rap about things like refusing to be ignorant, refusing to conform, and never growing up.
P### star Kagney Linn Karter took to Twitter to expose Chris Brown for allegedly harassing her after she refused his sexual advances.
In a series of tweets, Karter says that Brown paid her $2,500 to be an escort for him for one night. Karter claims that she had no plans of having relations with the “New Flame” singer. She says that when she refused to sleep with Breezy, he had a fit and began sending her explicit pictures of himself (one can be seen here), bullying and stalking her. In her tweets she said the night she spent with him was “the worse night of her life” and deciding to be his escort was the “worse decision she ever made.”

Many were introduced to Nikko as he appeared on the second season of VH1’s#### reality show, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Nikko became a cast member thanks to his rekindled romance with Mimi Faust whom also appears on the show. Although love brought him into millions of homes on Monday nights, it’s Nikko’s God given musical talents that will eventually make him a household name.
Looking to start the new year off the right way, Nikko serves up a new track titled “Exclusive.” The single is a smooth, slowly-winding R&B anthem dedicated to making that special woman feel like she’s a queen by giving her the most exclusive romance of her life. With a sound that’s ready for the radio, expect a lot more from Nikko London as we move forward in 2015.

At the time Masta Ace created Masta Ace Incorporated it was purely based on financial reasons. I asked Brian Coleman, author of "Check the Technique: Vol 2”, whether this reason changed his opinion of what he thought of Masta Ace Incorporated:
"The stuff they were making was very dark, very murky. The SlaughtaHouse single is amazing. It's just so underrated because it is so over the top…people didn't get it…It was obviously a joke." Brian continued " I think it was a great move on Masta Ace's part because he's clearly since then gone back and forth…He just goes with just whatever he feels at the moment. I think that the group was great. I think that Slaughterhouse is as good, if not better then Take A Look Around which was a great record too. If anything it just increased his range to me and made me more impress. "

Kendrick Lamar’s comments in his Billboard magazine cover story may have caused quite a stir on Twitter, but it may have brought him a step closer to collaborating with Taylor Swift. In her own Billboard cover story, Swift gushed about how much of a fan she was of Lamar’s and now the Compton spitter has shown that the feeling is mutual.
In a video, the good kid talks about the possibility of him hopping in the studio with the “Shake It Off” singer after watching her spit “Backseat Freestyle” word for word and listening to her chat about her wishing she was his best friend.
“Talented artist. She’s passionate about her craft,” K. Dot said. “I think it’s this: when you put two people in the studio we all have to have the same type of passion in the music in order for it to be right. It gotta make sense. It’s not really just about the names. It’s about where we are sonically and creatively to push out the best music.”
