Turk On Lil Wayne/Baby Kiss: We All Used To Do That

(AllHipHop News) Back in 2006, a picture of Lil Wayne kissing his “father” Bryan “Baby” Williams on the lips surfaced online and many thought the photo would end the career of the Cash Money rapper. In truth, the reverse happened; Wayne went on to become a superstar.

That infamous kiss is still a topic of discussion today. The latest person to weigh in on that display of physical affection between Weezy and Baby is former Hot Boys member Turk.

During an interview with VladTV, the Louisiana rapper shared some of his experiences during his days at Cash Money and spoke about his own relationship with the company’s CEO.

“We was all like Baby’s kids at one time. He took us from our momma when we were young, so he was like a big brother/daddy for the ones who ain’t have it,” said Turk. “Only one that [Baby didn’t play the role for] was Juvenile, because even though his name was Juvenile, he was old. So he didn’t look at Baby the way we did.”

The conversation then turned to Wayne and Baby kissing. Turk expressed the media and fans blew the situation out of proportion.

“That’s just something n***as did in-house. Just like when n***a’s play basketball, n***a might make a shot, n***a hit him on his ass. That don’t mean he a fag, that means ‘good job’,” explained Turk. “We all used do that s**t. That was an in-house thing. N***as used to be like, ‘You got love for a n####? How much you love me?’ It just was a homeboy thing.”

Again, Turk revealed that Juvenile, being older, was the only one that did not participate in those actions. He also added he would not join in kissing other men now and that doing so at that time did not make him or anyone else at Cash Money gay.

The Long Beach, Cali-native recently inked his first major deal with Epic Records. Sha Money (VP of A&R) at Epic discovered NameBrand through producer Seige Monstracity (Busta Rhymes, Dr. Dre, Tyrese, Lil Wayne). This is hilarious. Stupid, actually. But, it seems like the dude SlowBucks and 50 Cent are all the way in a beef. But, here is the funny thing: it may actually result in some real beef. You know, old beef is hard to come by these days and, why I don’t advocate for the BS, a true beef would be a relief at this point. Since 50 called him out and allegedly got him robbed SlowBucks and the boys are back at it with this new diss song. Looks like all out war if 50 Cent and the reformed G-Unit engage. Too bad The Game didn’t come back to the reunion. That would have made this whole thing more interesting. Here it is:

The controversy rose out of the dirt when Deelish and the boy both posted images of themselves in her bedroom. But, she pleads her case and expresses discontentment with the “media” reports against her. She’s got a perfectly reasonable explanation and put it on her Instagram.

Fab also made a statement about the altercation:

Hip Hop Rumors: Kanye Shades Jay-Z For Missing Wedding?

According to RadarOnline:

“Kris Jenner may claim that Jay Z and Beyonce’s shocking no-show at daughter Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s Italian wedding “was the last thing on anyone’s mind”— but it seems the groom is actually fuming.

During his June 7 performance at the X Games in Austin, Texas, West, 37, suspiciously changed his lyrics to exclude his onetime best friend and music collaborator’s name.

In his song “Cold,” the star usually raps “Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.” But in his latest concert, West simply left “Jay” out of the line.

And in West’s tune “Blood on the Leaves,” he typically spews “I don’t give a damn if you used to talk to Jay-Z.” In the first performance since his opulent wedding weekend, he said “I don’t give a damn if you used to talk to (silence).”

Looks like West can’t take his mind off Jay Z and Beyonce’s snub.

As Radar exclusively reported, insiders say Beyonce actually refers to Kardashian as a “scandalous social climbing wh*re” behind her back, and Jay Z brushed off the extravagant Kimye wedding, calling it a “circus.””

Stevie J Out On Bond; Denies Owing $1 Million In Child Support

(AllHipHop News) Love & Hip Hop Atlanta‘s Steven “Stevie J” Jordan has been released from Georgia’s Fulton County Jail. The reality show star was arrested for allegedly owing $1 million in child support to former girlfriend Carol Bennett – the mother of two of Jordan’s children.

Prosecutors claim Stevie J was capable of paying the $6,600/month established in 1999 (later raised to $8,600 in 2011), but he has missed payments for the 17-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl repeatedly.

Stevie J reportedly makes around $193,000 for appearing on LHHATL and brings in more income from music royalties. He has produced tracks for Notorious B.I.G., Jay Z, LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, Mariah Carey, and many others.

The attorney for Stevie J, Daniel Meachum, claims his client does not owe Bennett “anything close” to $1 million. Jordan is currently free on $25,000 bond.

“It feels great. I’m home with my wife (fellow Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez),” said Stevie J. “I’m just ready to get this behind me.”

Jordan faces failing to pay child support charges in a Southern District of New York court. If convicted he could be sentenced up to two years in prison.
