(AllHipHop News) It’s almost time. After a four-year hiatus, The Boondocks is headed back to television on April 21st.
Adult Swim released the trailer for season four of Aaron McGruder’s animated program about the Freeman family and the other residents of Woodcrest.

(AllHipHop News) Rick Ross is scheduled to hit the stage at this year’s SXSW festival, and fans of Rozay will be able to watch the entire concert live from their homes. Myspace is hosting a live stream of the event from the FADER FORT in Austin, Texas.

Along with the Maybach Music Group boss, Travi$ Scott and Julian Casablancas are also on the bill. The stream will begin on Saturday, March 15th at 7:45 EST with Ross’ set to start around 9:25 EST. Special guests are also expected to be in attendance for the show.

(AllHipHop News) According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Brown apparently violated a court order issued by the judge in his 2009 Rihanna assault case.

Brown was to remain at a rehabilitation facility for anger management therapy despite completing his original 90 days of treatment. The judge ordered the R&B singer to stay in rehab until a separate assault case in Washington, D.C. was settled in April, but Brown was reportedly kicked out of the center this morning for breaking unknown “internal rules.”
It had previously been established that if Brown left rehab before the court mandated time he would have to go to jail. Brown was apparently picked up by authorities earlier today.

(AllHipHop News) Lil Boosie has seven children, four different mothers of his children and soon he could have a reality TV show to tend with. Today (March 14th), the mothers of Boosie’s children’s pilot trailer for their upcoming reality TV show.
The unnamed TV show is set to feature all of the mothers of all of Boosie’s children, Trivia Weatherspoon, Tracey Taylor, Gerlissa Hayes and Walnita Decuir. Walnita even reveals that she was so dedicated to Boosie that she is now a convicted felon for the rest of her life for “trying to be a down a*s bit*h”:
On June 17th, 2010 I was arrested for smuggling drugs into the Dixon correctional institution. It was the most embarrassing moment of my life. I was given five years probation, no jail time. I will be a convicted felon for the rest of my life for trying to be a down a*s b*tch.
The show has not been picked up by any networks yet but TMZ reports that the trailer has been shopped to Oxygen, Fuse and WE among others.
This is the second time in the past year that the mothers of a Southern rapper’s children have attempted to have a reality show based on their lives. Last January, a prospective reality TV show based around Shawty Lo’s 10 baby mothers and was set to be called All My Babies’ Mamas. Oxygen had originally agreed to air the show, however after receiving numerous opposition, including a petition that raised over 38,000 signatures, the network decided to cancel the show before it aired.
Lil Boosie has not commented on this upcoming show as of yet.

(AllHipHop News) Master P’s former support base is shrinking by the day. Four days after his brother C-Murder said he does not love P any more on the Boosie collaboration “Came 2 Da Can”, divorce documents claim that his estranged wife is down on her luck and P is being negligent.
According to divorce documents obtained by TMZ, Sonya Miller claims to be in bad financial straits and forced to live with her son, Lil Romeo. In addition, the documents claim that Sonya is currently receiving welfare.

In the documents, Sonya claims that P has ignored her divorce petition and has been fined $10,000 by a judge for such negligence. TMZ reported that Sonya went to court in 2011 in an attempt to attain child support from Master P, but did not officially file divorce documents until October of 2013.

(AllHipHop News) Kevin Hart and Ice Cube are looking to make Black history again during Martin Luther King Jr weekend. Today (March 14th), Universal Pictures announced that the sequel to their hit movie Ride Along will be released during Martin Luther King Jr weekend in 2016.
Ride Along broke the record this year for highest grossing Martin Luther King Jr weekend opening with $41.5 million.
Kevin Hart is looking to monopolize that famed weekend for the next few years according to his upcoming release schedule. Hart and Ride Along producer William Packer are preparing to release The Wedding Ringer on January 16th, 2015. The movie finds Hart as a stand-in best man hired by a socially awkward groom.
With Martin Luther King Jr Day falling on January 18th in 2016, you can expect, Ride Along 2 to be released on January 15th, 2016.

The mother of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ first child wants the rap mogul to help her fight the foreclosure on her home, but new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal he wants nothing to do with it.
In a response filed with the New York County of Westchester court on March 7, 2014, Diddy “denies knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth or falsity of the allegations…except denies that he was properly notified of any default of the mortgage or note.”
In legal documents filed last June, the bank claims Diddy’s ex, Misa Hylton-Brim, stopped making payments on the 3,215 square-foot New York home in 2010 — a home Diddy took out a $712,000 mortgage on.
Citibank claimed they are still owed a whopping $622,000 on the house, but in Diddy’s new response he denies that he defaulted or failed to make any payments, pushing the responsibility on Hylton-Brim.
Diddy claims they cannot take legal action against him because he had a deal in place with Hylton-Brim in which she agreed to pay the mortgage.The producer has asked the judge to dismiss him completely from the lawsuit.

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West’s elaborate wedding proposal to Kim Kardashian last year was a huge spectacle with several celebrities in attendance including YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.
While Kanye and Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, were happy to let E! film the occasion, they insisted that no other video be taken. Hurley did record the moment and posted the vid on his new media platform MixBit.
West and Kardashian ultimately sued Hurley accusing him of violating the confidentiality agreement he signed agreeing not to release any information about the event.

Hurley is now asking a judge to throw out the lawsuit on the grounds that releasing video of the Kanye-Kim proposal falls under his First Amendment right of free speech as a matter of public interest. He also claims that the couple has benefited from the publicity the video garnered, and they have not attempted to sue other media outlets or individuals who have also shared the video publicly.
According to THR, Hurley’s court documents address the entertainment website TMZ specifically:
Plaintiffs jumped through hoops to be the named plaintiffs in this suit, acquiring purported rights under the Release from E! Entertainment Television LLC, inexplicably leaked the complaint to news outlets before Defendants were even served, and failed to go after other parties, including TMZ, that continue to display postings of the purportedly offending video even to this day…
Plaintiffs have still not sued TMZ or requested that TMZ remove the copy of the proposal that remains on its website.
Hurley’s attorneys also argue since TMZ removed MixBit’s branding from the video, added its own branding, and exported the video to its own player (not an embed), the company has no control over removing the video and eliminated MixBit’s ability to benefit from it.
