(AllHipHop News) A photo of an alleged confrontation between Atlanta rapper Trinidad James and New York rapper Mysonne hit the internet recently, and the pic sparked speculation about what exactly took place when the two met face-to-face. Mysonne alluded to the incident on Twitter, but it was not until a sit down with VladTV that he spoke directly about the encounter.

Mysonne revealed that he was approached by a mutual acquaintance from New York who was with Trinidad at the Sole Con event in the city. The middle man apparently attempted to open a conversation between Mysonne and Trinidad.
“He came to me respectfully and was like, ‘Yo, listen I respect you, and [Trinidad] wants to know if there is any way y’all can settle your differences,” said Mysonne. “I expressed to him our differences is the same differences you should have. You from here.”
From there Mysonne spoke with Trinidad expressing to the southern performer his problem with the now famous “south runs New York” rant and non-apology afterwards. He says he also stated his commitment to NYC and refusal to let anyone disrespect his hometown.
Mysonne confirms that the meeting did not turn violent implying that he did not take that route because Trinidad James is just a rapper and not someone from the street like him.

Alex Rossi, 20, of South Carolina, allegedly beat down his 54-year-old father over an argument they had over instant macaroni and cheese. A powdered cheese packet that creates the cheesiness went missing and all hell broke loose.
Via the NY Daily News:
Alex Rossi, 20, allegedly freaked out after his 54-year-old pop Brian yelled at him for finishing off the cheese he wanted to use in the dish.
Deputies claim the young buck “ran after his dad and began to punch him in the face and head.”
He then “eventually took his father to the ground and continued to hit him.”
When officers arrived at the pair’s Spartanburg home, they saw that “Brian had a fresh laceration beneath his left eye with bruising and swelling.”
The Smoking Gun reports that, during questioning, the younger Rossi confessed to punching his father in the face.
But he also claimed that he’d been hit, too.
The son was arrested for misdemeanor assault and battery.
Since his major production debut in 2011, Mike WiLL Made It has crafted some of the illest beats in hip-hop. From Future’s “Turn on the Lights,” to “Bands A Make Her Dance,” from Rihanna’s “Pour it Up,” to 2 Chainz “No Lie,” his hits have been the soundtrack for two summers and contributed to millions of records sold. Mike WiLL also won Producer of the Year at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards.
This week, Mike WiLL hosted a live event called Mike WiLL Been TriLL in collaboration with Been Trill and The Overthrow with exclusive merch items for purchase, live performances, and never before heard music from the mixtape of the same name.
The evening started with a DJ set by P-Nasty and Marz, two producers that are a part of Eardrummers Entertainment. Their set was followed by a DJ set from Heroes x Villians, and then one from Virgil Abloh, founder of Been Trill. Mike WiLL hit the stage to a packed house and, along with DJ Osh Kosh and DJ Kash, partying with the crowd and running through through the full slate of his hits, bringing out guests along the way. Guest performances came from: Project Pat, Migos, Trinidad Jame$, 2 Chainz, T.I., Young Jeezy, and more. Check out these pics.

Lyricism is making its way back into the game. Several up and comers have helped to restore hardcore lyricism into the rap game. Chox-Mak is among these artists redefining hip hop as it is known. Working his way up the ranks, Chox-Mak has caught the attention of heavy-hitters. Earlier this year, Chox-Mak and DJ YRS Jerzy linked up. Finding immediate chemistry and identical work ethics led to the two coming together. The mixtape features the single “It’s On” with Fluid. Other standout tracks from the project include “Far Away,” which features crooner, N-Tone. Putting the finishing touches on a defining year, Chox-Mak has more heat, but for now it’s all about Death by Design.
(AllHipHop News) Dr. Dre is releasing something music related in a month. No it’s not Detox, but instead is his much anticipated music streaming service Beats Music he is releasing through Beats By Dre.
Formerly known as “Daisy”, Beats Music is a collaboration between Dr. Dre and Nine Inch Nail’s Trent Reznor and is aimed at “helping people re-discover the magic in the experience of listening to music,” according to Jimmy Iovine in March of this year. The service aims to provide playlists and suggestions for new music curated by music experts and musicians as opposed to computer generated results.
The service received a $60 million investment in March from Access Industries and a group of private investors. The service is still in beta, however anyone can pre-register their username for the service before its January release date.
Y’all know Rashidah Ali from Love & Hip-Hop and who also got off for allegedly giving a buck fifty to a NYC bouncer, right? Welp, we haven’t seen much of her on this season of Love & Hip-Hop but the latest news is that she’s getting a spinoff show.
Ali told Bossip that she was working with Executive Producer Shaunie O’Neal with Mona Scott-Young’s blessings, to produce a reality docu-series about her wedding. Does anyone else think there will be mucho shenanigans of the ratchet variety?
Today is Jay Z’s birthday. HOORAY!
I love Jay Z as much as the next stan and will certainly indulge in the social festivities to a degree. However, I have come to feel terrible about the fact that there are several other stars that also have a birthday on this dear day of December 4!
That said, it is high time that we properly and justly recognize this other celebrities that have blazed trails in their own respect.
Lets get started with a Hip-Hop legend!

Duval “Masta Ace” Clear, legendary rapper from the Juice Crew and creator of the masterpiece album SlaughtaHouse before for those 4 rappers got together.

Tyra Banks – Actress, model and personality that
Grouchy Greg’s still has a crush on.

Cassandra Wilson, jazz singer that you mother f**ks need to know!

Its a group of men with mad celebrities in it (Lionel Richie, Roland Martin, Duke Ellington, Doitall of Lords of the Underground, Keenan Ivory Wayans and more) – Happy Birthday/Anniversary to the men of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc!
Sergey Bubka, Olympic pole vaulter – he’s just here!

Fred Armisen, former SNL actor that does a mean Obama impression even though he’s quite close White…or something.

Chelsea Noble, actress from 80’s sitcom “Growing Pains”

Lauren London, the lovely actress and unfortunate (for me) Lil Wayne baby mama

Tony Todd, The Original Dark Man X – google that!

Jeff Bridges, That Jeff Bridges

Orlando Brown, actor…that’s been arrested recently

Patricia Wettig, the one and only actress. Get to know her.

Marisa Tomei, she’s still hot through all these years!

Bernard King, retired NY Knick, once regarded as the King of New York, but now seems to give Jay Z the side eye.

Anyway, Happy Birthday Jay!
