UPDATE: The hit and run charges against Chris Brown have been formally dropped.
(AllHipHop News) Chris Brown may have taken one step closer and another step back in his quest to avoid jail time for a probation violation following being charged in a hit-and-run incident.
According to TMZ, the lawyer of the victim in Chris Brown’s#### and run incident met with the Los Angeles City Attorney and informed them his client does not wish to pursue any further legal action on Brown. In a weird twist of bad luck, it is reported that the L.A. City Attorney will continue to pursue prosecuting Brown even in the face of the victim’s wish to dismiss.
The case has a court date today at 10 AM PST/1 PM EST.
