Legal Dispute Breaks Out Over DMX’s Latest Album “Undisputed”
(AllHipHop News) A legal dispute is broken out over the rights to distribute the latest album by Hip-Hop superstar DMX.
Seven Arts Entertainment recently filed a lawsuit against music industry executives Craig Sussman and Charles Gullo, of In The Zone Entertainment.
The lawsuit claims Sussman and Gullo are interfering with Seven Arts’ rights to the Undisputed album by DMX, since the pair are also claiming distribution rights to the release
According to lawsuit, Seven Arts purchased the rights to an album titled Redemption of the Beast in February from the original rights holder, who is not named in the complaint.
Sussman and Gullo had been hired by the first owner of the album to distribute DMX’s release via their label In The Zone Entertainment Group (ITZ), but ITZ never follow through with paying almost $500,000 in fees associated with obtaining the rights to the album.
Seven Arts was the party that eventually paid for the rights to distribute DMX’s album, but Sussman and Gullo allegedly keep attempting to interfere with the distribution of the release.
Seven Arts is seeking an injunction against Sussman And Gullo, in addition to $6 million in damages.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Are Floyd Mayweather, 50 Cent and Manny Pacquiao Conspiring To Save Boxing?
I don’t know if boxing even needs saving, but I am hearing there are forces up at the top of the food chain that think it does need it.
And there is a three-headed monster that is diligently working at it. This monster is Manny, Floyd, and 50.
From what I am getting, these dudes all put their collective heads together and deduced they need to get boxing into a more entertaining space like WWE or MMA. And they are setting it off with this soap opera-like story of Manny/50 Cent, 50 Cent/Floyd and Floyd in general. Plus, Manny hasn’t performed all that well in his last couple outings, leading some to believe he is falling off. Floyd is getting older. And 50 Cent is just in transition from music, it seems, even though he’s got a CD on the way.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Delusional? Shyne Says That He Saved Diddy And J.Lo’s Lives!
Shyne has been very outspoken as of late, and in a recent interview with WGIV in Charlotte, he offers more details about that faithful night in NYC when he shot up the club protecting Diddy. While he’s telling the story, he comes to the revelation that he saved both Diddy and J.Lo’s lives. Check out what he said below:

Hip-Hop Rumors: Wyclef Said Lauryn Hill’s Son Zion Was Too “Yellow” To Be His Baby
According to Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill led him to believe that her first child, Zion, was his baby all the way up until the baby was born. In a recent interview with the “Wendy Williams Show”, Wyclef revealed that the baby was too light-skinned to be his child.
Check out what he said below:
“I was there, I came to the hospital (and) I just knew. When I looked (at the child)… all babies don’t look alike, that was a yellow baby, that wasn’t my baby.”
