Hip-Hop Rumors: Meek Mill And Roc Nation Beefing Already?!

MMG rapper Meek Mill just signed a management deal with Roc Nation in May, and it looks like there may already be trouble in paradise. Although Roc Nation has just scored Meek a lucrative endorsement deal with Skull Candy, the rapper blasted the management company on his Twitter account, calling them “dumb.” Check out his tweet below:

Meek’s beef with Roc Nation stems from a performance at a nightclub he was booked for in Brooklyn. We hear security was not up to par, and although Meek was in the venue, he was forced to forfeit his performance.

Instead of being upset with the club, Meek lashed out at his management company over Twitter. As you know, Roc Nation is owned and operated by Jay-Z. I wonder how he feels about Meek Mill essentially calling him a “dumb ass?”

(AllHipHop News) The funeral rapper Lil JoJo turned into chaos, when hundreds of people attended the services for the 18-year-old, who was shot and killed on September 4. Memorial services for Lil JoJo took place at the Jones Funeral Home in Chicago. According to the Chicago Tribune, police had to clear the funeral home, when the rapper’s casket was nearly knocked over during the services. Outside, hundreds of people gathered and played Lil JoJo’s music, while others chanted “BDK (Black Disciple killers),” a direct respect to the Black Disciples Street gang. After police cleared the funeral services, they received a “shots fired” call along the funeral procession. Hip-Hop Rumors: Chelsea Handler Reveals 50 Cent Intimacies!

The 50 Cent stuff is down the page…but first….

ROHAN SPEAKS!

Rohan Marley was the bad man for having five kids with Lauryn Hill, then breaking out like the chicken pox. But, it would seem that there is more to the story. He conducted a recent interview and he ran it down.

“As a man, there are certain things I don’t accept, and it just so happened that I didn’t accept certain things [in the relationship].

[Our relationship] is good as in… in terms of being a mother and father to our children, it’s good. It’s not as perfect as one might want it to be. It’s just the way the road went.”

And, you know, she had a kid from another man after Rohan. Perhaps it was during? I don’t know, because its still vague to me.

OJ SIMPSON IS BACK!

OJ is a loon. Back in the day, I thought he was a Black man that repped for us brovas! But now he’s pretty cray. He’s now included Khloe Kardashian in his will because he thinks she is is daughter. Meanwhile, he’s taken his real daughter out of his will. What he got now anyway? A glove? Anyway, OJ tapped Kris Jenner on the affair tip. And she talking about Kim.

And he cut his real daughter out of the will.

Arnelle reportedly spent all of OJ’s NFL pension.

CHELSEA LATELY DROPS DIMES ON 50 CENT!

You remember 50 Cent dated Chelsea Handler…? Right? In a recent interview, she goes and reveals quite a lot. She has a new book and spills the beans. Peep:

On how 50 got the draws:

This is how it started, he was on my show. He was cute, and you know I flirt with all the cute guys on my show. And I thought he was just adorable. Then, he started sending me flowers but ridiculous amounts of like 50 white roses, and it was like laughable. I was like, “Get these out of my office! This is so embarrassing.” Then he started to call my office, and my assistant was like, “50 Cent is calling and I swear I think it is him.” And I’m like, “Oh, my God.” So I got on the phone, and he’s not like a grammatical genius and it’s kind of like silly. You should’ve seen some of the texts he used to send me. I’m like, “This is so stupid.” He said some silly line, but it was very cute and I was like, “He’s sweet. He’s not carrying a gun right now.”

I was going to Nashville I think to do a show; I was on tour for my last book. I said, “I’m going to Nashville.” He said, “I was in L.A, and I was trying to get a hold of you, but I’m in New York now.” I told him, “I’m going to Nashville this weekend,” and he said “Can I meet you there?” I was like, “Yeah, why not?” So he came to Nashville to my show. Then, we had sex. Then, he moved to L.A because he was tape recording so we kind of saw each other for a few of months.

We went out. We dated. We had sex. My friends all loved him. My friends fell in love with him. They we’re like, “This huge gangster guy is like the sweetest.” So we dated for a couple months. And this is the best part, he was going to come with my family, because I was going to Anguilla, to go to Christmas vacation, and I go someplace every year with some of my family. He had met my family in Newark–he would come to see a lot of shows, and he would come and meet me a lot of places.

On How and Why They Broke Up – And How She Dissed 50 Cent….

It was so dumb. it’s almost embarrassing. I really can’t remember the exact the details, but I’ll tell you what I can remember. I think one of his ex-girlfriends was coming on my show and she’s one of those singers -I can’t remember her name. She’s really hot. He was dating her I guess previous to me.
Right before Anguilla, Ciara–that’s her name!–was coming on the show, and he called me to tell me something about her like she still calls him all the time, and she still tells him that she loves him or something. And I’m at my job, and I go “Curtis, honestly this is like eighth grade sh*t. Why are you telling me this?

This girl is coming on the show tomorrow, and now I have to look at her and think you guys have some weird thing going on or had going on.” It was so juvenile. I’m at my work and I work my ass off all the time, and I have million different things and even though it’s not like important work, I am working hard. I’m doing sh*t. He said, “I want you to hear this conversation” and he was like calling someone like a 3-way phone call.

I go, “So you’re telling me this girl wants to get back together with you, but she’s upset that you’re dating me, is that what you’re saying?” He’s like, “Yeah, so I just want you to know when she comes.”

I think I called him the worst thing you could say to a black person short of calling him the N-word. I said something like you’re like a street person basically. Something along the lines of being a gangster, and it was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.

EXCLUSIVE: Xzibit Previews New Album “Napalm” Featuring Dr. Dre, Game, Wiz Khalifa, Alkaholiks and More

(AllHipHop News) AllHipHop.com sat with Xzibit yesterday (September 14) in his studio in Los Angeles, to get an exclusive listen to his new project Napalm.

The album is Inspired by trips to United States bases in Iraq.

Xzibit gives fans 18-tracks that convey the raw emotion of the war that United States troops endure on a daily basis, while living in a combat zone.

The project also pulls together a host of features that X acquired over the course of a year and a half of recording.

While at the listening session Xzibit told stories of how the threat of violence was real when he was visiting Iraq.

From the threat of getting sniped in a helicopter, to dodging RPGs, the rapper saw what it was like to be in a real war zone, while touring nine bases in five different cities throughout Iraq.

“The response was dope, we were on the base that had Iraq and U.S. soldiers. Someone was screaming, ‘Concentrate,’ I could hear people were requesting my songs,” Xzibit told AllHipHop.com of his tour.

Xzibit was so inspired by the trip that he even included actual members of the United States Armed services in the song “Meaning of Life,” as Xzibit called on retired Staff Sgt. Shilo Harris to speak on the song.

The lead single on the project is titled “Up Out the Way” featuring E-40, while Xzibit’s son Tre Capital, who is now 17, is featured on Napalm also.

The album also features the introspective and emotional “1983” that features Xzibit’s late mother and “Enjoy the Night” which features Wiz Khalifa and is produced by and featuring David Banner.

Dr. Dre also makes an appearance on the project, as X joins forces with Tha Alkaholiks and King T for the track “Louis XIII”

“The lyricists of the West Coast, we take our s### very personal we got myself, Game, Crooked I, and Slim the Mobster,” Xzibit said of the West Coast inspired anthem “Movies.”

Next Friday, Xzibit hosts his birthday party with Power 106 in Los Angeles.

Napalm is due in stores on October 9 and via iTunes here

Hip-Hop Rumors: Which Hard Core Rapper Is Turning To God?

Well, there are actually two hard core rappers that are turning to GOD on their next albums. DMX is fresh off of the release of his seventh studio album, Undisputed, which is in stores now, and the rapper is already planning his next album. DMX has confirmed to MTV’s RapFix that his next album will be a Christian album. The rapper, who is highly religious, told AllHipHop.com that he also plans on turning his life over to the church in the near future and will stick to it and not flip flop like some other rappers out there.

Rapper #2 is a huge surprise as this rapper never really speaks about GOD in his music and usually beefs with other artists. In a recent interview with Jenny Boom Boom, West Coast rapper GAME has revealed that he has found a new faith in GOD, and it is all thanks to Kanye West!

The rapper has revealed that his new album will be called Jesus Piece, and it will be a Christian album. Check out what he said below:

“I’m calling it Jesus Piece cause last year in August I got baptized and so I’ve been going to church, but I still been kinda doing me out here. I still love the strip club and I still smoke and drink. I’m faithful to my family, so I wanted to make an album where you could love God and be of God, but still get it poppin’ in your life.”

“I called in Kanye and he gave me some ideas and we had done a song called ‘Jesus Piece’ on my original album and so once I switched the title, I just kept that song and ‘Celebration,’ and I then redid all the rest of the songs to fit the concept of Jesus Piece.”

That’s pretty dope! I think Hip-Hop fans are ready for a different genre of music to start making the Billboard charts. How many times can one stand to hear “Pop That” and songs of that nature on the radio? Don’t get me wrong, I love to party to that type of music, but sometimes a little inspiration in your music is good for the soul!

You can check out GAME’s full interview below, where he also talks about his new reality show and how he and his wife go “ham” on the show, interesting!

Will you be watching GAME’s new reality show when it drops later this year?
