(AllHipHop News) Rappers Jim Jones and Juelz Santana have been hit with a lawsuit in Philadelphia, over a botched 2010 concert.

According to the Philadelphia Daily News, Black Box Promotions filed a lawsuit against the rappers in Common Pleas Court.

Raheem Jefferson, of Black Box Promotions, claims that the rappers were booked for an April 2010 concert at The Blue Horizon.

Jefferson claims the rappers showed up to the event late, drank Moet champagne – and then refused to perform.

Jefferson and Black Box claim the rappers kept a $12,500 deposit, despite showing up to the venue and never performing.

A representative for Jim Jones and Juelz Santana blamed the promoter and said that the contract allowed the artists to exercise the right to not perform, if less than 200 people showed up to the venue.

Black Box Promotions is seeking over $50,000 in damages.
