If you commit a felony and someone dies in the comission of said act you get that murder charge. His youtube videos and actions on the outside of the courtroom probably contributed to the sentence.  During a trial you gotta turn your image into the uber conservative church going person if you hope to get a light sentence.  Look at what Ti did before the sentencing for an example.  Judges dont just judge on the crime...They look at the person and decide if that person is remorseful or if they could possibly be involved with the same type of crime again.  I agree that he should do time for the dumb ass crime but 75 years is a bit excessive for a man that didnt even pull a trigger.  Weve got presidents blowing up other countries with body counts in the millions and theyre living nicely with no repurcussions.

I wasn't going to comment on this, but i feel like the reason you get in the game is to try to make money and get away from the streetlife.
