DRAKE’S GOING TO ATLANTIC!!!!!

Well, well all know that Universal and Atlantic Records have been in a bidding war for the artist known as Drake. Well, I have news for you…or a rumor rather. From what I understand Drake is now listed as getting down with Atlantic Records. I can’t reveal how I obtained this information, because it will compromise my source. Nevertheless, I am here to let you fiends know that Drake is reportedly looking for beats for his upcoming album and he is already working with artists like Jay-Z. I also heard that he is at the top of the list on their releases. I am not sure how exactly…perhaps it’s alphabetical order or something. Drake was listed as a release on ATF Records/Atlantic Records, but had no planned release. Also in Rumor Land, Drake officially started on his album as of June 1. By the way, ATF stands for All Things Fresh. There are a couple other ATF Records out there.

EMINEM AIN’T TALKING!

All the paps keep asking Eminem about the damn Bruno butt, but Eminem isn’t talking. I’ve seen a number of videos that show the Shady rapper making some moves. People are even saying that Nick Cannon might have done this, but one of the MTV Awards' writers said that it was a total gag.

Actress Taraji P. Henson dropped a dime to USA Today about the Eminem stunt.

"That was staged! Do you really think it wasn't? They would not put a man's naked a** in Eminem's face and not let him know. Come on! They're not stupid. When something crazy didn't jump off, I was like, 'Oh, OK! He knew!' "

Jay Z and Eminem were in LA and it was a party for Activision who publishes Guitar Hero. They are now crafting DJ Hero which Em and Jay are reported to be working together on it. I know people got the invites, and one person gave me some insight. It was reportedly at the Wiltern Theater in LA. Jay-Z got on stage first, Em followed. DJ AM was on the 1’s and 2’s and so was Z-Trip. Eminem made no mention of the MTV stuff so he’s probably not that mad. I was told it was a dope show that lasted about 110 mins. I lost for not being in L.A. for it.

CASSIDY CONFIRMS AMBER ROSE FLING?

Shout out to Shorty Buster for sending this to me. Looks like Cassidy found his way back into the game! He’s done a remix of “Ego” and he basically says – without saying – that he bedded Kanye’s Rose.

OH SNAP! Its going down! Well, the rumors are back. I am hearing, once again, that Dipset is going to re-unite at the Summer Jam Event. I just got word from somebody that knows somebody that knows somebody. They are saying that this reunion is chiefly centered around Jim Jones and Cam'ron, but will likely include Juelz and others. From what I was told, Jim and Cam'ron don't really have any sort of serious beef anyway. Remember how Cam said he and Jim talked on the phone? They've been talking, but they haven't been working together. This is good, if it turns out to be true.

MONICA RETURNS!

I scooped this from Tiffany Long of Atlanta Gossip. R&B songstress Monica is preparing to release her highly anticipated fifth album, Still Standing, this November. The album will coincide with her reality show of the same title that will be airing on BET. The show is set to document the recording process of the new album. Here we have two newly leaked snippets. The first snippet “Betcha She Don’t Love You” is an 80s inspired mid-tempo produced by Missy Elliott. The other, “Stay or Go” gives us classic Monica vocals with production from Ne-Yo. It’s a really nice, straight-up R&B joint.

I don't know what Chamillionaire is planning but I'm confused. I've heard rumors that his much hyped Venom album is not going to come out at all now. His website used to be a nice official looking site with videos and where you could buy mixtapes and clothing and stuff. I know I'll be on there at that time tomorrow to see what's up.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol fight with an EMT unit which is taking an emergency patient to the hospital. They even put their hands around the man’s throat and he’s attempting to save a life. EPIC FAIL OF THE DAY

The home of the Wu Tang Clan…Staten Island. 8^th grade student Dennis Reynolds came to Barnes Intermediate School with half his head shaved. There is no code or regulation about coming to school with half of your hair cut off. IF he came to school half dressed that would have been a different story. But according to reports, the kids said, "The assistant principal told me my hair cut wasn't good enough.” They basically sent him home for the same reason I would have: to tell his damn MAMA “don’t let this boy come to school looking all crazy again!” I decided to join him with Half-A-Fro, as you can see above.

BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder police are searching for a man who tried to a rob a Subway sandwich shop but failed to take any money Tuesday afternoon.

The attempted robbery happened at about 2:55 p.m. at 4550 Broadway in north Boulder. According to witnesses, the man walked into the store with a three-inch knife and demanded money. But before he could get any cash, he fled on foot or on a bicycle, according to police.

The suspect was described as 5-foot-9 with a medium build. He was also wearing a black mask with several white skulls arranged in a pattern on the mask. He was wearing a blue or gray hooded sweatshirt with jeans, police said.

No one was injured in the robbery attempt, and police have set up a perimeter near the store to search for the man.
