AllHipHop.com caught up with Kiss to get his thoughts on the talk of New York Hip Hop falling off. The creator of the recently released album Top 5 Dead Or Alive is not buying into the idea that the Empire State is no longer a major player in the game.

“New York could never fall off as long as my heart is beating,” expresses Jadakiss.
