Kanye West dismissed his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta’s latest lawsuit in Los Angeles as “fantasy fiction,” after she leveled new accusations of sexual battery, assault and false imprisonment against the Hip-Hop mogul.
The amended complaint marks the fourth version Pisciotta has filed and according to a Yeezy spokesperson, each one gets more “absurd and outlandish” than the last.
“Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced,” the spokesperson said. “Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined.”
The spokesperson called the allegations a “breathless new instalment of fantasy fiction” that “discredits all past, present and future testimony.”

They added, “The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury — an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
Pisciotta, who previously worked closely with West, claims in her lawsuit that she endured disturbing behavior while under his employment. Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, fired back at the statement, accusing West’s team of dodging the real issue.
“While Kanye West’s publicist has come up with a slickly worded (and outrageously false and defamatory) attack on Ms Pisciotta, Kanye himself has publicly admitted much of what she’s claiming,” Bloom told the Daily Mail. “Kanye’s publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high-priced spin team.”
No court date has been publicly confirmed as of now, but both sides appear ready for a legal showdown.
