Future Pops Up The Falcons Game and The Seahawks Lose

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper Future popped up at the big playoff game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Atlanta Falcons.

The rap star’s appearance is notable, because the Seahawks’ quarterback is Russell Wilson, the husband of Ciara and Future’s ex-fiancé.

Prior to the Falcons’ win, Future’s fans were calling on the team to blast his music before and during the game, to annoy Russell Wilson.

The Falcons’ coach, Dan Quinn, was eventually forced to make a statement on the matter, shooting down any chance of playing the rapper’s music to gain an edge over the Seahawks.

The controversy didn’t stop Future from popping up at the Georgia Dome, to watch the Falcons beat the Seahawks 36-20.

Or it could also simply be that things are cooling down between Future, Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara, who once claimed the rapper wanted to kill the NFL star.

Last week, Ciara dropped the remaining portion of a $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future in a battle over their child together, baby Future.

Aaliyah Appears, Then Disappears From Streaming Platforms

(AllHipHop News) Fans of Aaliyah have been left disappointed after the late R&B star’s hits disappeared from streaming services just a day after their upload.

The “Try Again” hitmaker’s back catalog has long been kept away from digital music platforms, so devotees were pleasantly surprised earlier this week, when they were able to stream her compilation album Ultimate Aaliyah on Apple’s iTunes and Apple Music.

However, all of the tracks vanished less than 24 hours later, with no explanation for the sudden change.

Reports suggest officials at Craze Productions, who leaked Aaliyah’s music online in 2013, had acted illegally by making the tunes available for streaming this week.

Representatives for Aaliyah’s estate have yet to comment on the news.

The rights for the tragic singer’s entire discography are currently owned by bosses at Reservoir Media, after previously being held by the star’s manager and uncle, Barry Hankerson.

Aaliyah was killed in a plane crash in the Bahamas in 2001.</ She was just 22.

Taxstone Puts Wack100 On Blast Over Chris Brown/Soulja Boy Beef

(AllHipHop News) Soulja Boy’s manager, Wack100, could find himself on the card for the fight he’s promoting in Dubai this March.

Wack, who manages Soulja, Game, Kay Slay, Ray J and others, is also embroiled in a bitter feud with hit podcaster, Taxstone.

Their beef started with some unpleasant words for each other during the Meek Mill/Beanie Sigel/Game feud after Wack100 left a threatening post on Taxstone’s Instagram page.

Taxstone addressed Wack’s behavior in various interviews, which prompted another IG post from admitted West Coast Piru gang member, who promised Tax a “good ‘ole American ass whoopin.”

In the latest round, Taxstone, who is the host of the hit podcast “Tax Season” roasted Wack100 for promoting the beef between Soulja Boy and Chris Brown.

“Why this old bi##ch ni##as, Wack100 keep talking about me? Shut up, you old bi##ch. The ni##as’s an old bi##ch. Every ni##as your age got mad millions and s###. You out here sucker … Who the f##k is you?” Taxstone fumed while puffing on a cigarette. “Yeah, the West. The West ain’t even say nothing with you. You said that by yourself. You want to bring the West in it. The West. Now, ain’t nobody looking for help. Taxstone by his self, ni##as. f##king old bi##ch. All that West s###. Jimmy Henchman was a rat. ni##as, Jimmy Henchman was managing Game out on the West Coast all f##king day. ni##ass ain’t do one thing to him. Tupac hated him. ni##ass ain’t do s### to him but screaming that West s###. Ya’ll ni##ass is p##sy.”

Black Ink Crew’s Ceaser Says He Can Put Puma’s Chicken Wing Drop Aside To Make Up

(AllHipHop News) VH1’s “Black Ink Crew” is set to return for its fifth season next week, and this season focuses on new friendships, businesses and even a new Ceaser?

During a recent sit down with AllHipHop.com, the Black Ink boss explained that he was turning over a new leaf, especially when it came to beefing.

In season 3, Ceasar infamously feuded with former employee, Puma. The beef turned physical, after Puma dropped a half eaten chicken wing on the floor of the Black Ink Tattoo Studio in Harlem.

Their feud was a central storyline for season 3 and 4.

However, season 5, which will debut this Wednesday (January 18) with a two-hour premiere, showcases the opening of the new “Black Ink” shop on 125th street in Harlem and the trials and tribulations of running the new shop.

“With Puma now, I’m proud of him. Yeah, we went through our bulls##t, but as a man, what you’re doing on your own, I’m proud of you bro’,” Ceasar told AllHipHop.com in an exclusive Q&A.

“Even though you have malice toward me and you have hatred, I don’t have that,” he continued. “He don’t remember that we know each other. I know what you been through, just like you know what I been through. You might sit there and say, “f##k Ceas.” I’m not saying that. I still got love for you, homey.

According to Ceaser, he was, and still remains open to reconciliation with Puma, especially since they’re both experiencing unprecedented success with their tattoo shops.

Drake’s Promises “Incredible New Features” For Disappointed U.K. Fans After Tour Dates Postponed

(AllHipHop News) Drake’s fans in the UK are crying foul, after the rapper announced he was rescheduling some dates on his highly anticipated “Boy Meets World” tour.

According to a statement by O2 Arena, Drake’s three dates in the UK (January 26, 28, 30) are being pushed back until March.

Fans with tickets to the January shows must wait until March (20, 22, and 23), to see their favorite rapper.

Representatives for the O2 Arena said Drake blamed the delay on production setbacks.

“Drake wanted to create a special experience for fans in Europe and the UK so he added some incredible new features to an already spectacular production,” the statement reads. “Unfortunately due to unforeseen production it will need a little more time to be ready. Drake can’t wait to see all his fans so he can deliver an amazing and memorable experience.”

So far, the rest of the “Boy Meets World tour” which will hit 35 cities in Europe is expected to go on without any other issues.

YMCMB Reunion: Have Lil Wayne & Birdman Settled Their Differences?

(AllHipHop Rumors) Is it Young Money Cash Money again?!

As you know Lil Wayne has been screaming f-ck Cash Money and Birdman any chance he gets.

Birdman gave fans a little bit of hope for their reconciliation when he announced on Travis Scott’s Beats 1 radio show that Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter V’ would in fact be coming out. This lead many to believe that Wayne and Birdman had possibly reconciled.

An insider close to Wayne claims that Weezy still hasn’t spoken to Birdman, and that it’s still f-ck Birdman until he hears anything about his $51 million lawsuit. Apparently Weezy expressed that until there is a settlement with the lawsuit, nothing will change.

Wayne has promised his fans new music via his Facebook this year, and now another thing has caught Lil Wayne’s fans’ eyes.

Birdman’s artist BTY Young’N posted a photo to his Instagram account of him and Lil Wayne with the caption,

“@Liltunehi #YMCMB #Youngstunna #Cashmoney #RG.”

This makes us all wonder have Lil Wayne and Birdman made up and reached a settlement?

Remember rumors have also been swirling that Birdman allegedly met with Universal Music Group to try to come up with a price that will satisfy Lil Wayne.

I’m sitting here like is this an old pic? Is this photoshopped? What’s really going on?

I mean after all, fans couldn’t help but to notice that BTY Young’N bought a car on the spot last month, while Lil Wayne is still waiting to be paid by Cash Money.

We shall see; we shall see.

Rapper Plies Got Too Drunk Last Night, So He’s Giving Up Liquor

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Plies is starting off the New Year with a serious promise to himself – he’s giving up liquor.

Last night (January 13), Plies posted a series of drunken videos of himself to his 4.8 million followers on his Instagram account.

Although he was in the front seat of a vehicle, Plies didn’t appear to be driving, although he was highly intoxicated, as sang along to Mary J Blige’s single “I’m Goin’ Down.”

“I’m going to go and share something with y’all. I ain’t drinking no m############ more. I ain’t. I ain’t drinking no m############ more. I’m getting too m############ young for this s###, oh man,” Plies lamented.

The “Bust It Baby” rapper could have suffered serious consequences for his actions. Since the keys were in the ignition, police could have argued that he had an intention to drive, and hit him with a DUI charge.

Plies also blamed his friends for encouraging and him to drink, while enabling his liquor habit.

“It’s all of my motherf##king friend who just sit there and just motherf##king let me get this motherf##king drunk. Y’all ain’t s##t. Ain’t none of y’all s##t, because y’all know when I get that motherf##king look in me…I ain’t drinking no motherf##king more.”

Issa Mess! 23 Savage Drops A Diss & Webbie Is Fed Up

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like we aren’t the only ones fed up with all of these “Savages”!

Webbie has let it be known that he is NOT here for the fact that everyone is now claiming that they are savages.

If you thought the beef between 21 & 22 Savage was too much, check out this 23 Savage cat.

A 22 Savage emerged out of nowhere last year basically blasting 21 Savage. The “rapper” not only bit his name and style, but he basically mocks the rapper’s complete persona.

Issa mess! Now the rapper comedian just may have met his match as a Youtuber known as The Diss Rapper has taken on a new moniker with, 23 Savage.

23 has now released a diss track aimed at 22 called “Ain’t No 22.” The video already has close to a million hits as it quickly went viral.

23 Savage hops on 22’s beat as he picks up a semi-automatic pistol.

“You think he got acne way his face is full of red dots,” raps 23.

This video is a tragedy especially with the friend throwing up gang signs throughout.

I’m patiently waiting for the other two Savages to respond to their new clone. I mean hell all of the Savages should just get together and form a super group, or the better idea would be for all of them to disappear.

Meanwhile, Webbie doesn’t believe everyone should be able to call themselves savages especially since he put in work for that title.

“Everybody a Savage now.. a n-gga had to earn dem stripes. #DaDumway,” tweeted Webbie.

Today’s Hip Hop keeps getting more and more depressing I swear!

In your opinion, what does it take to be considered a savage?

Ceasar of Black Ink: Color Corrected

Ever since it hit the airwaves fives years ago, the chronicles of the Black Ink crew have kept heads on the edge of their seats as they struggle through everything from drug abuse to crazy baby mamas… with a side of tattoos.

With the new season about to start with a two-hour premiere on Wednesday (January 18) and old gripes still in the air, team leader Ceasar sat with AllHipHop.com’s @MrMecc to take about new business, old beefs, fresh starts with old enemies health, money and of course… Dutchess.

AllHipHop.com: Taking care of yourself now, the business is up and popping. You’re free and single. Your circle is back tight again.

Ceaser: Yeah, my circle is back tight.

AllHipHop.com: I got to tell you, it hurt my feelings when you and Puma fell out. I used to go to those parties in the backyard-

Ceaser: I ain’t going to lie to you bro’, it hurt a lot of people’s feelings. It’s something that I felt like it was like, we could’ve mended it but it’s gone now. You feel me? It’s too many people in between us. Like we can’t sit here and talk like … it’s too much this and there’s too much of a past bulls##t. If we can’t sit here and be like, “You know what, man? The past is the past. Man, f##k with this blame game. Who did this and who did.” You got what you got and I got what I got. We ain’t bad right now. You got your own business. I got my own business. What the f##k are we even beefing about, bro’?

AllHipHop.com: My father always said, “If didn’t nobody f##k nobody’s wife, send nobody to jail, or kill nobody’s kids, we can work it out.

Ceaser: It’s nothing when you look at like, “ni**a, we fought over chicken.” Like, come on bro’. Like we really don’t have nothing that we sitting here like man, f##k that n*gga, f##k that. Why? It’s nothing. It’s no … I have no malice towards you. I don’t hate you, no nothing; but when it comes down to it, it’s just like everything that comes on that side, like “f##k Ceas, f##k Ceas, f##k Ceas.” So, I just keep to myself, bro’. I don’t want … like, I’m not going to sit there and instigate nothing, bro’. I was never a person who instigate. I don’t be on the offense. I’m always on the defense, you know? I’m not going to sit out there and just come at you like that. You feeling me?

I feel like when you do s##t like that, you’re begging for trouble. You know?

AllHipHop.com: I’m holding out hope that y’all can squash it. I think it can be squashed. I think it can get back right. Maybe y’all won’t be hanging out at each other’s houses like you used to, but I’m holding out hope that there will be a party that you guys throw together, and everybody be good like that.

Ceaser: I tried last summer. Went down there, talked to him. Like go see if he really want to squash this bulls##t, just been going on too long. It was a whole bunch of other s##t, like … At the end of the day, I wish that man the best. I mean like, he has a family and regardless of how he think I think about him, I wish his family the best.

He, Puma, how can I say this? With Puma now, I’m proud of him. Yeah, we went through our bulls##t, but as a man, what you’re doing on your own, I’m proud of you bro’. Even though you have malice toward me and you have hatred, I don’t have that. He don’t remember that we know each other. I know what you been through, just like you know what I been through. You might sit there and say, “f##k Ceas.” I’m not saying that. I still got love for you, homey. That’s why I can sit there and say, “I’m proud of you.” At the end of the day, I know it ain’t the same, how you feel towards me. So, I keep my distance. At the end of the day, I got to stay positive. I can’t be going back to that old bulls##t.

It’s never that serious. It wasn’t about no money. It was just egos, bro’. Then when men have their ego problem, what we do? We scrap it out. Yo, we come back, we hug. Guess what? We knew each other too long to be saying, “f##k you.” When everyone want to say “f##k you,” it’s like, “Alright, f##k it. f##k me now.”

Ticket To Tyson-Seldon Fight Tupac Held The Night He Was Shot Go Up For Auction

(AllHipHop News) It looks like owning a piece of Tupac’s history is turning out to be big business.

Just a week after it was announced that a steamy XXX letter Tupac wrote to a fan from jail was going up for sale, more of the deceased rap stars’ memorabilia is hitting the net.

This time, it’s the actual ticket Tupac held from the Mike Tyson-Bruce Seldon fight, on September 7, 1996.

The ticket is valuable, because that was the night Tupac was shot on the strip along with Death Row Records CEO Marion “Suge” Knight.

The ticket for the fight is owned by a man who claims Tupac gave them to him after Tyson Koed Seldon in the first round.

The owner of the ticket, which is expected to fetch at least $25,000, had it verified, and now he’s looking to sell.

“This incredible piece of music history has been graded Authentic and encapsulated by PSA/DNA (04778918),” according to Goldin Auctions’ website. “A third edition copy of Cathy Scott’s ‘The Killing of Tupac Shakur’ with bookmarked passages regarding the Tyson-Seldon fight is also included in this lot.”

Tupac would die six days later, in a Las Vegas hospital on September 13, 1996 from his gunshot wounds. His murder remains unsolved.

DMX Accused Of Abandoning His Own Pitbull

(AllHipHop News) DMX is known for his love of dogs, but he’s could be becoming just as known for his mistreatment of them, too.

This time, DMX is accused of abandoning a pitbull named “X” at a boarding facility in Warwick, Rhode Island. The owner of Four Paw Pets claims DMX dropped the dog off at the facility just before his tour last summer, and hasn’t been back for the animal since.

“I was able to get him on the phone and I asked him very specifically if he would like us to assist him and adopt out his dog,” Four Paws Owner told ABC6 in Warwick. “He said, ‘Yes.’ So, I asked him to send us a letter relinquishing ownership of the dog and we’d be happy to help. He agreed, but then a month went by and we didn’t hear from him again.”

This is not the first time DMX has been in trouble over his dogs.

In May of 2008, DMX was arrested for a variety of charges that included seven misdemeanors for illegally possessing 12 pitbulls, which were seized and removed from his house.

In 2014, DMX was also forced to deny a fake news story that stated he was arrested for participating in a dogfighting ring.

Timbaland Lands New Reality Looking For A Pop Star

(AllHipHop News) Music producer Timbaland is heading to reality TV to discover the next big pop star.

“The Pop Game” will follow Timbaland, who has worked with Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, and Missy Elliot, as he works with aspiring singers and their parent-managers while they navigate the music industry.

At the end of the show, one of the contestants will be crowned the winner and signed to Timbaland’s Mosley Music Group label.

“Being a mentor is what’s missing in music,” Timbaland told Billboard magazine.

“It’s really artist development, and this is part of owning a record label. Now, everything is on the phone and everything is visual so I think this is the new way of showcasing artists. If I show you how the process is done, I think you’ll respect it more.”

Singers JoJo, Macy Gray, Nelly Furtado, and Jordin Sparks will also appear on the show, which will be executive produced by fellow hip-hop stars Queen Latifah and Jermaine Dupri.

“It helps that I went through the same thing, basically, that these kids are going through (on American Idol),” Sparks said. “They have so much passion and they’re excited. I remember that excitement and also the feeling of the unknown. My prayer for them is that they continue to have that wonderment and that they’re able to exude that passion and fire.”

“The Pop Game” will premiere on America’s Lifetime network next month.

Man Accused Of Organizing Kim Kardashian Robbery Indicted

(AllHipHop News) French police have indicted six more suspects in their investigation into Kim Kardashian’s armed robbery ordeal last year.

Authorities arrested 17 people on Monday (January 9) over their alleged involvement in the October 2016 attack, when the reality TV star was bound, gagged, and held at gunpoint as masked men raided her Paris apartment and escaped with valuables including her $4 million diamond engagement ring – a gift from husband Kanye West.

Four people were formally charged on Thursday (January 12), and now the remaining six detainees still in custody have been slapped with related counts.

The latest crop of suspects is made up of five men and one woman, all ranging in age from 44 to 72, reports the AFP.

Among those is a man identified as Omar A., who is believed to be the mastermind who planned the robbery.

Reports suggest it was his DNA which was found at the scene of the crime, on the tape and plastic tie used to restrain the mother of two.

The charges filed on Friday include being in an organized gang, kidnapping, and criminal association, as well as acquiring and possessing ammunition, and impersonating and holding false administrative documents.

According to reports, one member of the alleged gang, a 70-year-old known as Christiane G., is also facing an additional weapons count for possessing an AK-47.

Kim, who withdrew from the spotlight for the rest of 2016 after the traumatising incident, recently opened up about the robbery in a trailer for the upcoming season of the family’s reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

In the footage, the star broke down in tears as she recounted the attack to sisters Khloe and Kourtney.”

‘They’re going to shoot me in the back. There’s no way out’,” she recalled of her frantic thoughts at the time. “It makes me so upset to think about it.

“Kim only resumed her professional duties on Friday, when she joined her longtime make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic for a cosmetics masterclass in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, her first official appearance since the attack.

Can’t Get Enough Of Empire? Lee Daniels Confirms A Spin-Off Series Is On The Way

(AllHipHop News) Writer/director Lee Daniels is moving forward with plans to expand his hit hip-hop drama “Empire” with a new spin-off series.

The “Precious” filmmaker co-created the music-themed series, which stars Terrence Howard as a rap mogul and Taraji P. Henson as his ex-wife-turned-record label executive.

The show was renewed for a fourth season this week, and now Lee has confirmed plans for another “Empire”-related series.

“We’re in talks,” he told The Hollywood Reporter at the Television Critics Association’s winter press tour, where he was promoting his latest TV drama series, “Star.”

“We’re finally figuring it out. It takes a minute, you know? We just really had to build the foundation of ‘Empire’… It looks like it’s going to happen.”

Lee has yet to share any details about what the planned “Empire” spin-off will be about, but he is not opposed to the idea of using it as a prequel to explore the backstory of Taraji’s beloved character, Cookie Lyon.

“It could be (about a young Cookie),” he mused. “We really are in deep talks about it, and we’re having all these ideas thrown around to figure it out. But I can officially say that we will be having a spin-off.”

The Emmy-nominated show earned Taraji the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama, but she recently admitted she was hesitant about signing on to play Cookie, because the character was similar to others she had previously played onscreen.

“I’ve been deemed as the edgy one in Hollywood sometimes,” she told U.S. chat show The Talk. “In your career, when you’re building, you’re trying not to pigeonhole yourself and so I’ve been the girl in the hood, I’ve been the pregnant prostitute, I’ve done the woman that could be stereotypical and so Cookie scared me.”

This Is The Gunman Who Shot Young Mazi Inside Of Waffle House

(AllHipHop News) Police in Atlanta are one step closer to catching the gunman who shot Atlanta rapper Yung Mazi inside of a Waffle House.

The incident occurred on December 27th, when Yung Mazi was inside the restaurant and a gunman walked in and open fire.

Mazi was struck once in the shoulder, and taken to the hospital, treated and released.

He told police officers he had no idea who the gunman was, or why he was shot.

Police hope the surveillance footage will help identify the unknown gunman.

Yung Mazi, who claims he’s been shot over 10 times, believes “God has made him bulletproof.”

Soulja Boy Accused Of Stiffing His Landlord and Making Trouble At His Hollywood Hills Mansion

(AllHipHop News) It’s been a rough week for Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy, who’s in the middle of a gang/social media feud with R&B singer, Chris Brown.

Earlier this week, it came to light that Soulja Boy’s Hollywood Hills home was burglarized, and the bandit’s made of with tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry and cash.

Luckily, Soulja wasn’t home when the burglary occurred, but sources said that the bandit’s face was captured on film.

Now, Soulja could be facing legal action from the landlord of the mansion, who claims the rapper is nothing but a troublemaker who is thousands of dollars behind on his rent.

It’s all too much for the landlord who is citing Soulja Boy’s recent arrest on gun charges and probation violation, in addition to the recent burglary and Soulja’s apparent cash problems, as the reason for his issues with the rap star.

If Soulja doesn’t cough up the money by the end of the week, the landlord is planning legal action against the rapper, who frequently showcases the lavish mansion on his Instagram and Snapchat social media networks.

Donald Glover’s ‘Atlanta’ Delayed Until 2018, Signs Production Deal With FX

(AllHipHop News) Sorry Atlanta fans. The popular series will not be returning to television this year.

Deadline reports season two of the Donald Glover-led FX comedy series is scheduled to air in 2018.

Glover’s production schedule is causing the delay in more Atlanta episodes.

The Stone Mountain, Georgia representative is set to star as a young Lando Calrissian in the Han Solo Star Wars prequel.

FX is “fully supportive” of the postponement.

“We are thrilled for him,” stated the network’s CEO John Landgraf about Glover’s turn as Lando.

The cable channel’s openness to waiting a year for more shows could be due to the fact Atlanta was a commercial and critical success.

Atlanta’s premiere episode drew the highest viewers for cable comedy since 2013.

Glover recently won a Critic’s Choice Award (Best Actor – Comedy Series) and a Golden Globe award (Best Actor – Musical or Comedy).

The Golden Globe for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy was also rewarded to Atlanta.

There are also reports that Glover signed a production deal with FX.

Atlanta was just the beginning, the breakout comedy of the year and a series revered as much for its originality as its honest look at the experience of being aspiring, young and black in that legendary city,” said Nick Grad, president of Original Programming for FX. “We’re proud to partner with Donald in an overall deal that will allow him to continue turning his creative vision into incredible television.”

The Rapper Who Would Play For Trump, Isn’t

(AllHipHop Rumors) The headlines were stunning and the “fake news” went bonkers on poor Flo Rida.

Celebrity guests have been turning down Trump administration requests to perform at the inauguration ceremony in droves but one rapper may have agreed…

A source close to rapper Flo Rida tells Radar Online he’s set to perform at the inauguration, and will even get $1 million for it!

Well people went crazy after RadarOnline published this tidbit of info. People went IN on the Florida rapper, his rap style and even his hairline. WHY? FAKE NEWS!!!!

GossipCop shot the rumor down, but the damage was done!

Flo Rida is NOT performing at Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration, despite an inaccurate webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told it’s “B.S.”

And, Flo Rida even took a stand against Trump previously and people didn’t praise him for it.

Flo Rida, however, is the same rapper that pulled out of performing at the 2015 Miss USA pageant after Trump made comments about Mexicans being “rapists.” The site notes this in its piece, but then alleges that the rapper has accepted the supposed $1 million offer because he has tax problems.

Salute, Flo Rida. He has the mainstream on smash and the IRS on his back. That mean’s he’s making a lot of money.

Kodak Black Responds To Lil Wayne During Awkward Interview With ‘The Breakfast Club’ (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Kodak Black’s most recent interview with The Breakfast Club aired today, and the radio show sit down was filled with several awkward moments.

The Q&A began with Charlamagne Tha God asking a masked Kodak about his decision to challenge Lil Wayne to a fight for the “Best Rapper Alive” title.

Kodak ignored CTG’s question and then told Angela Yee, “I don’t even want to talk about him. He’s too old… That’s what I said. Y’all ain’t finna have me tweeting right now.”

Later in the conversation, Charlamagne brought up Wayne again.

“Were you upset when Lil Wayne said he didn’t know who you were?” asked the host.

“Yeah that. N-gga, you know who I am. Nicki Minaj knows who I am,” said the South Florida rapper.

Yee attempted to defend Wayne by suggesting the Young Money head “lives in a bubble” and may not be aware of what’s happening outside his own immediate world.

“He just don’t wanna say, ‘Yeah I know bruh,'” Kodak responded. “Cause he knows I’m pressure.”

In a 2016 interview, Lil Wayne did state he was not familiar with new artists Lil Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, or Kodak Black.

“I swear to God I didn’t know you were saying people’s names just now, so that should probably answer that question. I just do my own thing,” said Wayne.

Kodak answered back with a tweet that read, “Lil Wayne ain’t the best f-cking rapper alive… I am.”
