G-Eazy Is Terrified Donald Trump Will Go Nuclear As Soon As He’s In Office

(AllHipHop News) Rapper G-Eazy wasn’t shy about his feelings towards Donald Trump on the remix to YG and Nipsey Hussle’s “F##k Donald Trump.”

On the remix G-Eazy likened the Republican’s Presidential nominee to the KKK and Adolf Hitler, who Donald Trump is frequently compared to.

G-Eazy fears those similarities will push the world towards all out nuclear war if Trump were to be elected President of The United States.

“It’s f—ing terrifying. He’s a racist. He’ll push the button the second he gets into office” G-Eazy told the USA Today. “It’s crazy to think already what we spend on war, so to imagine that going through the roof, it puts our country in a really scary place.”

The crowds at G-Eazy’s shows seem to appreciate the message of “F##k Donald Trump” as well.

The track received a warm reception during G-Eazy’s performance YG at the Barclay’s Center at the end of July as part of the pair’s “Endless Summer Tour” with Yo Gotti and Logic.

YG claimed officials at the Barclay’s blocked him from selling anti-Donald Trump merchandise during his performance there, because the billionaire owns a piece of the building.

Still, the pair performed the controversial single with raucous support from the audience.

“When you’re upsetting people at that level and the message is being heard, they feel scared and they feel like your influence is being felt. That means you’re getting to them,” G-Eazy concluded.

Montana Of 300 Says He’s The Only Way Drake Can Beat Eminem In A Rap Battle

The internet recently exploded when Hot 97 radio personality Ebro trolled the world into thinking that a potential battle between Eminem & Drake could soon ensue.

Fans across the board weighed in on the likelihood of such a feud and who would win if it were to go down.

Ebro even commented saying that his comments were complete jokes that people ran with, but it was too late, people were all in.

Interestingly enough, Montana of 300 says if Drake wants to beat Eminem in a rap battle, then he is the way. Can Chicago emcee Montana of 300 even beat Em?

50 Cent Raps One Of His Favorite Hip Hop Verses By Nas (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Queens gets the money and the New York City borough has no problem praising its own.

50 Cent was asked to spit his favorite Hip Hop verse, and the G-Unit leader picked bars from Nas’ “The Message” off It Was Written.

While the two emcees have feuded in the past, the reciting of “The Message” is not the first time Fiddy has shown love to his fellow Queens native in recent years.

Back in 2014, 50 named Nas as one of the inspirations for his Animal Ambition album. He also shared the stage with Esco during the much talked about G-Unit reunion at Hot 97’s Summer Jam concert that same year.

Read Nas’ lyrics for “The Message” and watch 50 Cent spit the lines in the video below.

Ebro Darden and Peter Rosenberg Respond To Drake Reportedly Saying “F-ck Hot 97” (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Reports of Drake saying “F-ck Hot 97!” at New York City’s Madison Square Garden swept across the internet last night (August 4).

Several personalities from the radio station responded on Twitter to the alleged comment nearly moments after the supposed diss took place.

The Ebro In The Morning program further addressed the controversy on Friday.

The show’s hosts claimed they were unable to find actual audio of Drake saying “f-ck Hot 97.” But video of the Toronto native rapping about how the station was lying on him as well as his call for Funkmaster Flex to be fired has made its way to the web.

Both Ebro Darden and Peter Rosenberg stated since there is currently no proof of the “f-ck Hot 97” remark it changes the dynamic of the situation.

Darden did go on to address his previous commentary where he claimed Drake and Eminem were close to getting into a potential rap battle. That statement is believed to be partly what led to the “One Dance” performer’s most recent signs of animosity toward Hot 97.

“Drake, you and I know that the Eminem thing earlier this week was a joke. People took it out of context and ran with it,” said Ebro. “I don’t think he’s really mad about that. I don’t think that’s an issue.”

However, Drake did add an Instagram post  before his MSG show that appeared to be a response to Ebro’s Eminem story. He wrote in the caption, “If they don’t have a story these days.”

Rosenberg also made it clear to Drake fans that Hot 97 was not going to fire Funk Flex just because the OVO Sound head asked for that outcome.

Miami Rapper Pablo Alvarez Attempts To Set World Record By Freestyling For 25 Straight Hours

(AllHipHop News) Pablo Alvarez wanted to see his name in the Guinness World Records. In order to do that, he took on the challenge of rapping for 25 hours.

“Originally, it started as a joke,” Alvarez told Miami New Times. “It came about from me joking that I could freestyle all day.”

The member of the Miami-bred band Good Bison streamed his day-long freestyle session on Facebook Live as fans of the group gave him topics to talk about by commenting under the videos.

Guinness World Records can take up to 12 weeks to confirm a new record, but Alvarez believes the visual proof should be enough to guarantee him the crown.

“I have the entire 25 hours on film, and there were witnesses present the entire time who were keeping track,” Alvarez says. “The interesting thing is the Guinness Book of World Records gives you a five-minute break for every continuous hour of activity. I didn’t take any breaks. I kept going 25 hours straight. I didn’t stop.”

The publication reports Alvarez did use the bathroom one time during the period. He also managed to drink water, a smoothie, and 5 Hour energy.

Los Angeles is the current home of Good Bison. The city is also the site where veteran emcee Murs plans to conduct his own 24-hour plus rap marathon live online during his Where You At? L.A. show on September 28.

“It’s not going to be a freestyle. I’ll leave that to the champion, Supernatural. It’s going to be like rap karaoke,” Murs informed AllHipHop.com last month. “I’m going to do some of my own songs, some songs from my new album that no one’s heard yet, and some songs that I never put out that I really like.”

Good Bison recently released their Buffalo Roots project. Watch Pablo Alvarez’s 25-hour freestyle here.

Dear America: Are You Ready For A Bulletproof Black Man Like Luke Cage?

DEAR AMERICA,

You love Luke Cage, eh?

cheo coker luke cageThere I sat inside the main hall of the 2016 Comic Con in San Diego. I mean, this was a room of geek having a simultaneous nerdgasm.

But all I saw was you, America. An hundreds of nerds were like Romans at a gladiator’s arena.

As a lifelong comic fan, I have seen my share of excitement around heroes, but this was remarkably unique. Marvel unveiled “Luke Cage,” a new series on Netflix that drops September 30. There were heroes before the comic legend once known as Power Man, but few have been as palatable and wildly popular especially to Black youth. But, for a moment in time I saw you, America, yelping approvingly for a beloved Black man.

Somehow a Black man has managed to slip into your world under the guise of a super hero, which is wildly confounding amidst today’s social and political conditions. White people cheering for a Black hero such as Cage. America, are you REALLY ready for a bulletproof man of color?

Fan boys and girls alike were in sheer unhinged bliss for a Black male superhero with bulletproof skin. Furthermore, Luke Cage is a convict deeply entrenched in the streets of Harlem. Falsely convicted of a crime, Cage still manages to overcome and use his super strength and durable body frame for good. In the Netflix series, Luke Cage is played by Mike Colter, who truly encapsulates the essence of the Marvel-made hero.

When bullets bounce off Cage in the official trailer, fans roared. When he tosses criminals around, they got more excited. It really is fascinating when you compare and contrast it with what is going on in the United States these days. The racial tension is thicker than I’ve ever encountered in my life. If Cage were real, would you be so supportive, America?

Doubt it.

You would probably be even more fearful of Cage than your average Black man. A man police cannot murder? AmeriKKKa’s real nightmare, indeed.

A 2014 study revealed that White people have a view of African American’s that causes them to stereotypically believe that Black folk have super strength, inhuman speed, an uncanny resistance to pain and other magical qualities. The study showed that that superiority didn’t apply to menial tasks and activities that required more thought. (Read: Whites See Blacks as Superhuman)

Cage is largely a creation of the times – the 1970’s and 80’s. He was inspired by Blaxploitation characters of that day like Shaft. With chest out and muscles bulging, he was not regarded as the smartest guy. However, he was the “every man” that a lot of kids gravitated to. Cage got his powers after he was illegally experimented on in jail and it went wrong. Sound familiar? (Hint: The Tuskegee Experiment.)  Going forward, he has been updated as a smarter, refined brother trying to flatten the wrinkles in his life. Sound familiar?

Clearly, it is easy for Marvel fan boys and girls to show love to Luke Cage, America. As Black as he is, wouldn’t that somehow translate into some compassion for Philando Castile and Aston Sterling, two Black men that died from police bullets? Not so much. If you look at Cage, he’s a lot like those guys, or even Mike Brown, who was murdered August 9, 2014. Luke Cage’s past was far from perfect, as a product of you, America (wink, wink). The treatment of Cage is consistent with the treatment of most celebrated characters – until they somehow manage to upset White folks. And then they are almost never forgiven. They are almost always dismantled and destroyed.

The looming Netflix series is helmed by the legendary Hip-Hop scribe Cheo Hodari Coker, who is now a heavy in Hollywood. However, Coker – the series show runner – is able to bring authenticity that would certainly escape others. At a round table press conference, he told a group of us journalist-types that it was no coincidence that Mike Colter frequently dons a hoodie has he plays the Harlem-bred. hero. It honors Trayvon Martin, who was murdered by vigilante, George Zimmerman (He was recently punched in the face for bragging about it). And at the press conference, Coker took it a step farther and told all of those fans: “The world is ready for a bullet-proof Black man.” Raucous applause ensued at Comic Con.

America, are you REALLY ready for a bulletproof man of color?

I’m going to say no. The outright acts of injustice are increasing. Fear-mongering may as well be a governmental job. The militarized police are becoming more and more prevalent. And you know, Luke Cage can bleed with the right type of bullet. Almost every time an unarmed Black man is shot, the police/media description sounds something like Luke Cage. The stats of Black men that are wrongly accused, falsely convicted and then exonerated are staggering (read about some of that HERE). The dude is a former criminal that is a menace to some. He’s typically larger than life or, in 12-year old Tamir Rice’s case, can seem really threatening if you are already fearful. Whoever the Black man is, he is almost always more powerful/more threatening/more dangerous/more bulletproof than reality calls for. When Alton Sterling was tackled by a pair of cops, the cop pumped six fatal slugs directly into his chest at pointblank range.

We’ve all universally celebrated Superman (aka Perfect Man), even though Kal-El should be Black according to scientists (Read: Science Says Superman Should Be Black). And we’ve loved the genius of Batman, the tortured vigilante (Should be a Black man too! Smile.). When I saw Cheo Coker, I immediately told him I am proud of him. I don’t use those words often. That was based on the quality of “Luke Cage,” but it was also deeply rooted in the messaging within the story’s narrative. Change. The way Hip-Hop is infused in the storyline. The nods to Trayvon Martin. The complexity of the characters. That truth that “normal” Black people do good – a lugie in the face of the age-old, false narrative that we are all criminals. The notion that there are heroic Black people.  The notion that Black Lives f**king Matter, America.  I hope you get it, America, because they are subtle nuances. Nonetheless, tremendously significant.

White America, are you REALLY ready for a bulletproof man of color?

If the answer is yes, then some of you are going to have to conduct yourself a bit differently. White Silence is beyond annoying at this point, but its downright hurtful when you cheer for a super hero who would be a “menace” if he were real. Giving life to Cage, but offering death to us normal folk..what a quandary. Don’t be afraid to speak out against injustice. Talk to your friends. Vote for people that support progressive reform. Listen to what we are saying. Give money to organizations that fight daily for quality. Use your powers of privilege for good. Hell, treat us all like Luke Cage.

Yes, Luke Cage is fiction. So was Cliff Huxtable, but that character served to unify and uplift us all. Anyway, I’ve already seen a lot of the Luke Cage Netflix series and I am certain you are ready for this. It is greatness. I just hope you are ready for the rest of us, because we are coming too.

Waves of greatness, America. Waves.

Blac Youngsta Goes Off On Walmart Employee After Caught Stealing Twix Bar

Sometimes it seems like rapper Blac Youngsta continues to set us all back.

The braggadocious rapper can often be spotted throwing up money on Instagram and screaming in the camera about how rich he allegedly is while simultaneously putting down those he feels are beneath him.

Well Hip Hop hit a new low when Blac Youngsta was caught stealing a Twix candy bar from Walmart.

It was bad enough that he would steal candy (especially being so “rich” and well ethics), but even worse that he would film and belittle a female employee for “snitching.”

I don’t know Youngsta, your “fans” are saying that the money in those videos might be a bit fake.

Future Brings Out Young Thug During ‘Summer Sixteen Tour’ Stop In NYC (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Drake’s verbal assault against Hot 97 was not the only news making moment at the first Madison Square Garden stop of the “Summer Sixteen Tour.”

Two of Atlanta’s biggest rap stars shared the stage last night in New York City. Future ended any talk about a possible feud with Young Thug when the Freebandz leader brought out the YSL representative during his set.

Earlier this year, Future and Thugger both posted tweets that were viewed as subliminal disses towards the other.

However, they both appeared on “Who” off DJ Esco’s recent Project E.T. mixtape and there have also been reports the ATL rhymers could be working on a joint project together.

Check out picture/footage of Future and Young Thug in NYC below.

Drake Blasts Hot 97 During NYC Tour Stop; Hot 97 Personalities Respond

(AllHipHop News) Drake made his return to New York City for the “Summer Sixteen Tour” on Thursday night. While performing at Madison Square Garden, the Canadian rapper took some shots at local radio station Hot 97.

“F-ck Hot 97,” Drake is quoted telling the NYC crowd. “They’re telling lies about me on Hot 97. I told them fire Funk Flex and I’ll do your show.”

Drizzy appeared to be referring to Hot’s morning show host Ebro Darden publicly relaying a supposed conversation he had with the OVO Sound leader where Drake allegedly made comments about wanting to battle Eminem.

Ebro later posted tweets stating he was joking about the encounter, but that was not enough to prevent social media users from believing Drake was really ready to diss Em.

Funkmaster Flex and Drake have a contentious history as well. The longtime radio host was the person to release the Quentin Miller reference tracks used by Drake for songs such as “10 Bands,” “Know Yourself,” “Used To,” and “R.I.C.O.”

As the news of Drake’s MSG comments began circulating online, several people connected to Hot 97 responded on Twitter. Ebro, Flex, and Peter Rosenberg each offered their thoughts on the situation.

Funk Flex even warned that he planned to expose something about the YMCMB representative this weekend, writing, “Sat I got a story to tell! [Drake] u gonna learn!”

Read their tweets below.

UPDATE:

Complex was the original media outlet to report – through its Complex Music Twitter feed– that Drake said “F-ck Hot 97” during the MSG show.

The website has now retracted that report, writing: “while audio of the Flex slight have surfaced no audio or visual evidence of Drake slighting the station as a whole has been produced. While our staffers maintain their recollection of events, as an outlet we must rescind that report until further evidence is produced, and apologize to both parties, as well as our audience, for our rush to publication.”

Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning radio show responded to the controversy during Friday morning’s program. See what Ebro and Rosenberg had to say about the situation HERE.

George Zimmerman Punched In The Face For Bragging About Killing Trayvon Martin

(AllHipHop News) George Zimmerman is not dead, but he is trending on social media for another reason.

Zimmerman was supposedly bragging about killing teenager Trayvon Martin an a man punched him in the face for it. The former security guard promptly called 911 to report the alleged assault.

Zimmerman refuted that he was bragging about killing Trayvon, but said that he obliged when asked if he was indeed the one that killed the young man. “I love your tattoos, my name is George Zimmerman, you know that guy who killed Trayvon Martin?,” he reportedly said.

That is when another man – apparently large in stature – approached him. “You’re bragging about that?,” the man said before punching Zimmerman in the face. He also knocked the cell phone out of Zimmerman’s friends hand.

Zimmerman called 911.

“He said he’s going to kill me. You need to send like three or four cops,” Zimmerman said on the 911 call. The man then rode off on a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The man who punched Zimmerman is wanted for battery.

Is Jon Connor Close To Releasing His Aftermath Debut Album ‘Vehicle City’?

(AllHipHop News) Three years ago Aftermath Entertainment signed promising Midwest emcee Jon Connor.

Since that time, fans of Connor and Dr. Dre’s label have waited for an official album to arrive from the partnership. For the past few months, the Flint, Michigan native has provided updates on the LP via Instagram.

On July 27, Connor uploaded a picture of his musical mentor in the studio with the caption, “Y’all thought I was playing? The big homie Dr. Dre came through to put his final touch on #VehicleCity.”

The “Fresh Water For Flint” spitter may have upped the ante. A photo is circulating online allegedly from Connor’s Snapchat account which appears to show Vehicle City is being sent to be mastered.

Audio mastering is one of the final steps before a project is ready to be released. That could be a sign that Connor’s long-awaited Aftermath debut is set to arrive in the near future.

OG Maco Claps Back At Those Ridiculing Him For Losing An Eye

Rapper OG Maco has had it hard since the release of his hit “U Guessed It.” Recently he was involved in a pretty serious car accident that caused him to lose his right eye.

Not only did OG Maco lose his right eye, but he also suffered from a cracked vertebrae, heart palpitations, broken eye socket, and multiple skull fractures.

Because we live in a very crazy world (which is evident on social media), many took time out to poke fun and crack jokes about OG Maco losing his eye. Some even called him a “Fetty Wap.”

OG Maco did clap back at haters and the negative folks, but he also kept it positive and humorous as he said,

“On the bright side, my plastic surgeon says I can’t get any uglier so fixing my face should be easy.”

As far as his response to negative individuals he took to Instagram to reply by saying,

“Y’all bastards had all these jokes like I really didn’t lose a eye real quick. I don’t mind. Just remember I never did a thing to you. ?? To see a world where the do-ers and dreamers are ridiculed more than losers and conformity is to worse than missing an eye.”

Prayers up for OG Maco!

President Obama’s Planning A Hip Hop Bash For His Last Birthday In The White House

(AllHipHop News) Beyonce, Jay Z, and Usher will join President Barack Obama on Friday to help him celebrate his last birthday at the White House.

The Commander-in-Chief turned 55 on Thursday, and sources tell the New York Post’s Page Six column that First Lady Michelle Obama has organized a star-studded party on Friday night to mark the special occasion.

Other guests invited to the big bash include Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, while Vice President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party’s 2016 presidential nominee Hillary Clinton are also expected to attend.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar and Usher will provide the entertainment for the night, according to the publication.

“All the preparations and the guest list are being kept top-secret,” the insider tells Page Six. “The plan is to throw a party for the president to really let his hair down. There will be performances and a dance party that will go late into the night. Social media will be banned.”

The First Family is no stranger to star-studded celebrations – Beyonce performed for the First Lady’s 50th birthday party in 2014, when Michelle was also serenaded by John Legend in front of guests such as Wonder and Paul McCartney.

If the White House party news is true, Beyonce and her rapper husband Jay Z will be jetting in from her Formation World Tour, after completing the European leg of the trek in Barcelona, Spain on Wednesday.

The R&B superstar wrapped up her latest run of gigs in style by treating local fans to the Spanish version of “Irreplaceable.”

Video footage of the rare performance of “Irreemplazable,” filmed at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys venue, has gone viral, showing the audience singing along to every word.

“Irreemplazable” featured as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of her B’Day album in 2007.

Rapper Quan assisted fellow Virginia native Pusha T on a new song titled “All On Him.”

The video, which was inspired by the death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, was directed by Chip Stackin’ and is deeply personal to Quan, who lost his own son.

“The concept I chose for this video was the Tamir Rice tragedy, because I can’t fully understand why those cops shot that baby,” Quan told AllHipHop.com. “However, in my video he lives instead of dies. We were able to save him. The same way God saved us many times over. The key to the change is peace, great music and God. ‘Cause it’s all on Him. My friend Max profit who plays one of the police officers, was killed during the shooting of this video. That kid [at the end of the video with his hands up] is my son, an angel.”

Tony Sunshine and Big Pun’s Son Chris Rivers Drop “Danger”

Bronx native Tony Sunshine has returned with a new video for his song “Danger” featuring Big Pun’s son Chris Rivers, who has been putting work and building his own legacy, which would make his dad proud.

Tony Sunshine’s song “Danger” features the pair dreaming of what it might, or might not be like, spending the day with their fantasy girl.

Tony Sunshine is currently in the studio working on new music.
