Kodak Black: I Will Beat Lil Wayne’s Stupid Ass (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Kodak Black has once again taken aim at Lil Wayne.

Back in December, the Florida rhymer declared on Twitter that he was the “best rapper alive,” not Weezy.

Kodak continued his digital assault against Wayne with a new Instagram video.

“Tell Lil Wayne – fight me,” stated the 2016 XXL Freshman in the clip. “I’m finna knock that stupid ass n-gga out. And if he whoop me, he’s the best rapper alive.”

The “Skrt” performer went on to say he wants to get in the ring with Wayne in the same manner of the much talked about Soulja Boy vs Chris Brown boxing match.

“Tell Lil Wayne fight me in the ring and I’ma beat his stupid ass and I bet everything on it,” said Kodak.

He added, “I don’t even need no trainer.”

Floyd Mayweather is reportedly training Soulja Boy and Mike Tyson is reportedly training Chris Brown.

Chris Brown & Soulja Boy Reportedly Planning To Fight In Dubai

(AllHipHop News) It appears Chris Brown and Soulja Boy are taking their supposed boxing match overseas -“Thrilla In Manila” style.

According to TMZ, the one-time teenage performers are planning to organize their fight to take place in Dubai,  United Arab Emirates.

The Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson supported bout was said to take place in Las Vegas, but certain regulations could make it difficult to host the event there.

The website is also reporting that all the pay-per-view proceeds from a Soulja Boy-Chris Brown boxing match may not be going to charity with the artists possibly earning money from the face off.

Kim Kardashian’s Longtime Paris Driver Arrested – Report

(AllHipHop News) Kim Kardashian’s Paris driver has reportedly been arrested in connection to her armed robbery ordeal in October (16).

According to French paper Le Monde, the family’s longtime city chauffeur was arrested on Monday (January 9), amid ongoing reports suggesting the raid on Kim’s Paris apartment was an inside job.

The 27-year-old limousine driver was one of 16 suspects arrested in connection with the heist.

Kim, her husband Kanye West and other members of the extended Kardashian-Jenner family regularly used the limo company he drives for while traveling in France.

Police are keen to determine if the unnamed driver passed information on to the thieves, which they used to pinpoint the best moment to plan their raid.

Another one of those arrested criminals is 72. The Paris media suggests he may have organized the crime.

The latest development comes days after model Naomi Campbell revealed she had been attacked at gunpoint in Paris in 2012.

She suggested the limousine driver who picked her up from the airport in the city was an inside man, claiming he refused to put the car’s windows up or lock the doors.

LL Asks President Barack Obama To Pardon Black Mafia Founders Big Meech and Southwest T

(AllHipHop News) Rapper LL Cool J has appealed to Barack Obama to pardon incarcerated drug kingpin Big Meech and his brother before the U.S. President leaves office this month.

Meech, real name Demetrius Flenory, headed up infamous crime organization the Black Mafia Family (BMF) and launched his own drug-funded music business called BMF Entertainment, before he and his brother, Terry ‘Southwest T’ Flenory, were imprisoned in 2005.
The siblings are each serving 30-year sentences, but LL Cool J has thrown his support behind the brothers in a bid to have them freed by an executive order.

The rapper/actor has outlined his argument in a lengthy post on Instagram, alongside a picture of the Flenorys during their early days on the street.

“I think these two guys who are both products of my generation could do a lot of good in the community if they were pardoned,” LL wrote. “They were incarcerated for non violent drug offenses.if they were pardoned I’m sure they would do the right thing (sic). It’s a matter of character. From the outside looking in I think they both have it.”

The hip-hop veteran goes on to insist the brothers have shown promise of turning their lives around if given the opportunity to regain their freedom sooner than planned, and could “potentially bring a lot of healing and inspiration to a down trodden community and show all our citizens that the USA is a country where second chances are possible.

“I don’t condone what they did but I understand why they did it,” he continued, insisting those living in rough inner cities will do anything to escape their struggles.

“I really think these guys… should have their cases reviewed. They should receive either a full pardon or at a minimum a sentence reduction. 30 years for a ‘non violent’ charge no matter how large the case may be; Still feels heavy handed to me.”

LL concludes his note by adding, “Let’s all hope it happens for them. Keep your heads up fellas. I’m praying for you. I love our country. I believe this would be a just decision. Pardon Meech and Terry Flenory.”

Obama has yet to comment on the pardon effort, but he doesn’t have much time to take action – U.S. President-elect Donald Trump will take over the White House following his inauguration on 20 January.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s Story May Be Headed To The Big Screen!

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like another great biopic may be on the way.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s story just may be headed to the big screen.

Apparently after traveling across the country with Snoop Dogg on the Puff Puff Pass Tour, the Hip Hop group got a chance to think of their future and celebrating as well as chronicling their legacy.

bonethugs

After all, the Cleveland legends certainly have a story to tell between Grammys, Eazy-E’s premature death, health issues, fights, breakups, prison sentences, other run-ins with the law, and some great music!

Bone Thugs is apparently thinking about collaborating with their “uncle”, the West Coast’s own, Ice Cube, to bring their story to life.

Krayzie Bone sat down with Hip Hop DX to explain why he believes their story should be told!

“Flesh did 10 years. It was really hard, especially when you know what you were taken away from. Flesh knows his actions—he had to man-up for the way he was acting. He was wilin’ out in the worst way imaginable. It supposed to be a movie already,” said Krayzie.

Krayzie actually envisions the biopic picking up from where a scene out of ‘Straight Outta Compton’ left off. The scene showed their cassette tape being brought into the hospital room where Eazy-E was, and that’s where they want it to pick back up.

I’m here for the biopic just off of the strength of the Bone Thugs, Tupac, Biggie, and Big Pun elements! They recorded with everyone! Even Big Pun’s first debut was on the ‘Flesh-N-Bone’ album.

Cube and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony even have another dope musical connection based off the fact that where a ‘Straight Outta Compton’ studio scene for “F-ck The Police” was shot, Bone got harassed by the police there, and they recorded ‘Thuggish Ruggish Bone’ there.

I’m certainly here for a Bone biopic! It’s good to see Bizzy is on board too! Are you here for it?

Jamie Foxx Takes Down Attacker At A Hollywood Restaurant

(AllHipHop News) Oscar-Award winning actor Jamie Foxx was involved in an altercation in West Hollywood last night when a patron went ballistic on him.

According to reports, Jamie was minding his business on the porch at Catch, when a patron complained that the actor and his guests were being too loud.

After some jawing back and forth, the unruly patron lunged at Jamie Foxx and the group at his table, prompting a scuffle.

Jamie’s training for his upcoming action thriller “Sleepless” opposite of Michelle Monaghan must have come in handy, because witnesses said Foxx took the guy down with a choke hold and held him until security came.

The trouble maker and his entourage were tossed from Catch.

Check out some footage below.

Donald Glover: Migos Are The Beatles Of This Generation (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Donald Glover produced one of the most talked about moments from last night’s Golden Globe Awards.

While accepting the trophy for Best Comedy Series, Glover shouted out Atlanta rap group Migos and their hit record “Bad and Boujee.”

The rapper/actor/writer continued his praise for the trio during a backstage press conference when a reporter asked Glover why he chose to mention Migos during his acceptance speech.

“I think they’re The Beatles of this generation. They don’t get a lot of respect outside of Atlanta,” Glover responded. “There’s a generation – sort of like the YouTube generation that I came up with – there’s a generation of kids that are growing up with something that’s separate from a whole group of people. Honestly, that song is just fly. There’s no better song to have sex to.”

Glover is not alone in his views on Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff.

The Migos-Beatles comparison has been an online discussion for years.

Besides his show Atlanta winning Best Comedy, Glover also took home the award for Best Actor in a TV Comedy Series for his role on the FX program.

James Rosemond On His Murder Conviction Being Overturned & Future Plans

(AllHipHop News) Last fall, James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond learned his murder-for-hire conviction was overturned.

Rosemond was found guilty of being involved in the killing of G-Unit associate Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher, but the Manhattan U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the judge in the murder case made errors.

However, the former music artist manager is still serving a life sentence for a separate drug trafficking conviction.

He is appealing that sentence as well.

Rosemond’s longtime friend and acclaimed actor Michael K. Williams (The Wire, Kill the Messenger) penned an op-ed about the supposed head of the illegal drug operation of referred to as The Rosemond Organization.

Williams also conducted an interview with the man known in Hip Hop circles as Jimmy Henchman, and AllHipHop.com has access to some excerpts from the exclusive Q&A.

James Rosemond on his state of mind since the conviction has been overturned:

I feel awesome. However my battle isn’t over, but my faith is stronger. A victory vanquishes a lot of things: rumors, haters, lies and myths. It has given me a clean conscience which in turns gives me strength.

I know my God is real and I’ve been able to identify the devil. That’s what victory does, it makes things clear on many levels. It fortifies me also to keep doing the right thing while I’m in here: helping guys get their G.E.D and helping guys learn to read. It’s not a coincidence that majority of these young men in here are illiterate, and I’ve mobilized a few guys to help eradicate it around us, so that’s us doing a little at a time. You would be surprised how grateful guys are.

They don’t have a chance in society without the fundamentals of reading. But one thing that I’m happy about is my children can proudly say their father isn’t a murderer.

Rosemond on his plans after his potential release:

I would first and foremost give thanks for any such blessing, then I would visit the grave of my mother, and third, go see my family. I am not a young man anymore and my mentality is more clear to me. I had to search hard to forgive and to ask for forgiveness.

The wickedness of men runs very deep, sometimes deeper than the kindness of God. Whoever said that jealousy implies affection is wrong. Jealousy has only implied hatred to me. I would keep my friends far and my enemies further.

The experience has traumatized me but I am not broken. I’m sure I will be suffering from PTJD (post traumatic jail disorder). However, my new mantra is, “The will to be free is tantamount to the will to live.” I put too much faith in men before. I will always put God and my family first. You deny me freedom, then God will give it to me. Self exile is an idea but movies is where my passion was at.

Michael K. William is involved in the docu-series Unjust Justice which examines Rosemond’s life and career as well as the drug conspiracy and murder-for-hire cases.

The fourth installment of the Go To Ground production was also recently released. Watch it below.

Nobody’s Safe: Are Future & Young Thug Beefing?

future2(AllHipHop Rumors) What’s going on with Future and Young Thug?!

Over the last few months it has appeared that Future and Young Thug’s relationship had been perfectly restored. It now seems that there may be trouble with their bromance. Their alliance may be a little shaky.

Remember when Future took to Twitter to warn us all that no one was safe, and that 2017 would belong to him. He even unfollowed everyone on Instagram except his DJ, DJ Esco.

Thugger responded days later to Future’s claim, but his response has us all scratching our head, like wth did we just read. Thugger tweeted,

“I wish u would n-gga… my seat better have my name engraved in it.”

Before Thugger updated the tweet, Young Thug tried to let Future know that his name needed to be “in-graned.” Whatever that means, whatever that implies. LOL

Is Young Thug telling Future that he can write everyone else off except him? Is there beef between the two? You know Young Thug loves him some Future as, at times, he has expressed that he wishes he was his real brother.

Perhaps Thug was just in his feelings and or gone off some substance. Carry on.
