Mariah was a guest on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday night. The legendary diva was asked to say three nice things about Nicki, and the lack of response was telling.

“Can you?” Carey fired back to host Andy Cohen.

The star of the Mariah’s World docu-series added, “I always felt it was more important with that situation, not to plead the fifth, but just to stay above the fray. Because you don’t want to be déclassé. You just want to move it along.”

Cohen’s “Plead The Fifth” game also included Mariah being questioned about the rumors Beyoncé’s Lemonade album is a response to Jay Z cheating. The 5-time Grammy winner downplayed the gossip.

“When we write songs as artists, a lot of the time it’s a made-up story,” explained Carey. “I didn’t speak to either one of them about it, so I would never be like, ‘Here’s my opinion.'”

Affiliate Of Rapper Bobby Shmurda Sentenced to 98 Years In Prison

(AllHipHop News) An alleged member of Bobby Shmurda’s GS9 crew has been convicted of multiple charges including murder and sentenced to almost 100 years in prison.

According to the New York Daily News, Rashid Derissant, 24, was sentenced to a little over 98 years in prison earlier today (May 17).

Federal authorities claim Derissant, 24, was the triggerman behind the death of a 19-year-old rival in Brooklyn back in February 2013.

He was convicted of a littney of other charges as well, the most serious among them being murder and attempted murder.

Bobby Shmurda is expected to be tried this September and will face the same charges according to reports.

The rapper, birth name Ackquille Pollard, has pleaded not guilty. He has been held on $2 million bail since he was originally arrested with 14 others on conspiracy and gun charges in December of 2014.

The “Hot Boy” rapper, who attempted to have his bail lowered seven times to no avail, nonetheless denied the charges against him.

“Bullst. I’m gonna say st like that. That s### is bulls**t,” Bobby Shmurda told Billboard in a lengthy Q&A in February of 2015. “I come from a bad neighborhood. They’re mad – they’re upset that somebody my age made it out and is making so much money and stuff like that.”

Another New Lil’ Wayne Preview Snippet Surfaces

One thing that is for sure is the fact that Lil’ Wayne is a dedicated artist. With that said we may see new music from him sooner than later. We can expect that the music will be good as Lil’ Wayne has expressed in the past, that whenever you ask him what his favorite music of his own is, he will say the last effort as he’s always trying to get better than his last project.

Well yet another new snippet of an unreleased Lil’ Wayne song has surfaced online.

The snippet is being played in the background of the video as Wayne’s friends chill on his tour bus.

Allegedly this snippet is from a ‘Dedication 6’ track. How’s it sounding to you?

Judge Orders Master P To Fork Over $825K In Reality Show Earnings To Ex-Wife

(AllHipHop News) The ongoing drama surrounding Master P’s divorce continued in court today, when a judge ordered the mogul to fork over almost $1 million in back support.

The judge ordered Master P to handover the $825,000 he earned from Season 2 of “Master P’s Family Empire” to his ex-wife Sonya Miller.

According to TMZ.com, the amount is just enough to cover the back spousal and child support he owes to Sonya.

The ruling is the latest twist in the three-year battle, which began in 2013, after Sonya filed for divorce after 24 years of marriage.

Last year, a judge presiding over the case ordered Master P to pay over $27,000 a month to his ex-wife.

Sonya also won the right to live in the Calabasas, California home they shared together, despite Master P’s allegations that she was partying in the house.

In an earlier statement, Master P, born Percy Miller, accused his wife of being under the influence of nefarious attorneys.

“I am praying for my ex-wife, she is being strong armed by her attorneys for money. Drugs have destroyed a lot of families but we will get over this. I have a lifetime commitment to my kids,” Master P. told AllHipHop.com in December of 2015.

No word if the family drama will be featured in his upcoming biopic “King Of The South: Ice Cream Man, Master P.”

NYPD Commissioner Crushes Thousands of ATVS In Crackdown on “Nitwits and Knucklehead” Riders

(AllHipHop News) R&B singer Chris Brown is very fortunate that he wasn’t riding his ATV on the streets of New York, since the city is having a major crackdown on the sporty little vehicles.

Commissioner Bill Bratton recently called people who ride the bikes “screwballs, idiots and morons” in reference to New York’s latest crusade to destroy illegal bikes and ATV’s confiscated by the police.

Commissioner Bratton commented and had this to say at the latest crushing, which took place at Red Hook’s Erie Basin Auto Pound earlier today (May 17).

“We want to send out a very strong message to the nitwits and knuckleheads who insist on operating these illegal vehicles on the streets, sidewalks, parks, and housing developments of the city of New York, creating dangers not only for themselves but more importantly members of the publics,” Bratton said as motorbikes and ATV’s were pulverized.

According to the New York Daily News, officials confiscated 679 illegal vehicles – a 96% increase over 2015.

Over on the West coast, singer Chris Brown just had his own trouble with ATV’s.

Brown was caught on video by his neighbors riding his vehicle recklessly through his San Fernando Valley neighborhood on May 12. The video has since been turned over to the police, spurring an investigation on charges of disturbing the peace.

Chris Brown isn’t the only artist that may be impacted by this as riding dirt bikes casually has become trendy in Hip-Hop culture.

Future Hive: Ciara Loses Big To Future In Custody Case

Well the Future Hive will like this. Future & Ciara were in court today over joint custody of baby Future, and Future reportedly won!

CiCi was extremely optimistic as she tweeted,

“Where There’s FAITH, There’s HOPE. God is An Awesome God!”

Future who’s still facing a $15 million defamation lawsuit from Ciara, won joint custody of their son Future Zahir. Ciara and her lawyers were arguing that Future was a bad dad!

According to TMZ, sources connected to the former couple say Ciara claimed Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child’s life.

Allegedly Ci and her lawywers also trash talked Future to the judge by saying he was a bad person. Apparently the judge was on Future’s side as he asked for joint custody, and California courts favor joint custody. We wonder if she’ll win her $15 million defamation lawsuit against him.

Kelis And Kenny Mac Host “The Nice Guys” Dinner And A Movie Event In LA

Who says the Warner Bros. Pictures movie release “The Nice Guys” starring Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling, can’t have some soul?  Certainly not Hip Hop stars Kelis and Kenny Mac, as yesterday in concert with Legendary Damon and courtesy of Warner Bros. Pictures they hosted a very special dinner and advance screening of “The Nice Guys” movie at the swank Estrella Sunset in Los Angeles.

Since her “Milkshake” days, Kelis has built a reputation in fine cuisine that is just as fierce as her legendary rep in music.  Her diversification vis a vis food and music has included graduation from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, two cookbooks, her sauce line “Feast” that debuted in 2013 at The Beverly Hills Food & Wine Festival, and her 2015 series “Saucy and Sweet” on The Cooking Channel.  As such, it was only fitting that she curated the “Locked And Loaded” menu for a night that included guests Shaun Ross, Bille Woodruff, and DJ Mos at an event that was as entertaining as it was Hip Hop chic.  See some pictures from the event below:

Guess Who Outbid Jay Z and Beyonce On A Beverly Hills Mansion?

It looks like Jay Z and Beyonce aren’t having the best of luck in their search for a new L.A. home. According to TMZ, their real estate sources say the couple were outbid by designer/director Tom Ford. Apparently Tom offered $50 million for the Beverly Hills mansion, which outbid Bey-Z’s $49 million.

That has to suck as the estate has been said to be pretty nice: 14,000 square feet, sitting on 3.2 acres, with 9 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms.

The couple has probably joked with Ford about the matter as they both have been supportive of the brand with Jay having a song titled “Tom Ford” and Bey sporting custom made Tom Ford pieces on tour. Jay and Bey lost out on another bid in 2014 to Minecraft creator Markus Persson.

Hopefully they will find their new estate soon!

Curren$y Recalls A Bad Experience Drinking Lean With Lil Wayne (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) There have been many reports about the dangers of sipping lean. Several prominent rap stars’ health issues have been connected to the practice of consuming codeine and promethazine.

New Orleans emcee Curren$y was a guest on the Drink Champs podcast, and the Jet Life frontman reflected on the time he accidentally drank some of Lil Wayne’s lean. According to Spitta, he mistook Weezy’s purple drank for purple Hawaiian Punch.

“I ran in – basketball thirsty – and f-cking downed one of them b-tches,” recalled Curren$y. “[Wayne] came on the bus and said, ‘Spitta, you’re probably about to die.’ Because I had drunk the whole thing.”

Turns out Wayne and crew did not even wake Curren$y up after they arrived in Miami. The “Bottom Of The Bottle” performer added, “They just left me on the bus like, ‘We really was scared. We left you cause we kinda thought you might have been done.'”

Lil Kim and Faith Evans Spotted Having Fun Together

Years ago we never thought we’d see a moment where Faith Evans and Lil’ Kim would get a long, as they were part of one of Hip Hop’s biggest love triangles with the Notorious B.I.G.

As the Bad Boy family gets ready for their two show concert at the Barclays Center this weekend (May 20-21), Lil’ Kim and Faith Evans were spotted dancing and having fun together during rehearsals.

I guess they really buried the hatchet when they gave props to each other on Twitter and during a rehearsal for a Bad Boy show last year. We’re here for it. Are you?

Kevin Durant Still Under “The BaseGod Curse” & Lil B Wants A Game Of 1-On-1

Lil B is not done with Kevin Durant. The longstanding “BasedGod Curse” against the Thunder superstar is still on. B let the world know yesterday that if he has any power, Durant and Oklahoma City won’t be winning the Western Conference Finals series against Golden State.

RELATED: Kevin Durant Addresses “Lil B Curse”

The curse didn’t seem to do much to stop the Thunder in game 1 though. OKC beat Steph Curry and the Warriors 108 to 102. KD actually had a double-double with 26 points and 10 rebounds.

But if Durant is still worried about any jinx, Lil B says the curse can only be lifted if the two play a game of 21.
