(AllHipHop News) 50 cent can finally take a break from bankruptcy court, after he reached an agreement with the judge on a plan to clear his financial debt to creditors.
The terms of the plan indicate that the rapper will have to pay an amount of approximately $23 million over the next five years, with $17 million going to Sleek Audio and $6 million going to Lastonia Leviston, Rick Ross’s baby mother who became involved in the heated beef between 50 and Rozay.
The $23 million amount agreed upon is equivalent to approximately 74-92% of the amount of the various claims placed against him.
The total payment amount is to distributed with an initial cash layout of $7.4 million and additional payments of $2 million annually for the next five years.
As for the funding of the other $6 million his lawyer states it, “could be funded largely, if not entirely, from the sale of [his] Connecticut property. Otherwise, the Additional Cash Contribution will be funded by the Debtor’s business activities and related business entities.”
This decision comes a year after the rapper filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. It’s als0 50’s birthday today.
(AllHipHop News) Earlier this week, Hollow Da Don inserted himself in the ongoing saga between Joe Budden and Drake.
Budden fired the first official barrage in the war of words with his Drake diss track “Making A Murderer (Part 1),” and Hollow then took aim at the New Jersey native with “Making A Murderer Pt. 2.”
AllHipHop.com connected with Hollow to get some information on his decision to release his own diss song for his Total Slaughter opponent. It appears Drizzy’s camp was aware of the Queens representative’s intent to fire back at Budden.
“I was talking to OVO, but not Drake. But it’s the same situation,” says Hollow.
Before Hollow entered into the current verbal sparring match, Budden faced some backlash for assuming Drake’s “4pm In Calabasas” was full of subliminals that were meant for him.
The Slaughterhouse member has continued to push the idea the Views creator effectively started the conflict on wax, and Budden dropped another diss record titled “Wake” overnight.
“Joe is reaching with an imaginary beef, so I’m doing the same thing,” Hollow states. “And he used my Jodeci line which is called stealing in the emcee handbook. [laughs]”
The Loyalty Over Money representative is referring to lyrics on “Making A Murderer (Part 1)” where Joe rapped, “He wanna sing? Well, let’s get into the show, commence my role. For Jodeci [Joe to see], Boyz II Men, we at the end of the road.”
During his battle against Budden in 2014, Hollow had a line that went, “Nah put up that Jagged Edge, I got 112 I want Joe to see [Jodeci].”
Even if Drake never responds to Budden, the “Making A Murderer Pt. 2” diss may turn out to be just the first shot in a potential back-and-forth between Budden and Hollow. According to the battle rap G.O.A.T. contender, he has more bars directed at Joe in the chamber.
“That was the jab,” adds Hollow. “‘Part 4’ is the ether.”

(AllHipHop News) Singer and TV personality Ray J is considering legal action against Kanye West, after the rapper including his naked likeness in his new video.
Defiant Kanye is challenging the celebrities whose lookalikes appear stripped down in the controversial “Famous” promo to sue him and it seems Ray J, who previously dated West’s wife Kim Kardashian, may become the first to get legal.
The 35-year-old, who co-starred alongside Kim in a 2007 sex tape, was unimpressed to see a waxwork version of himself in the video, and his business manager tells Britain’s Heat magazine he’s looking at filing suit against Kanye.
David Weintraub says, “We’re talking about potentially doing something, because there’s too many times Kanye has done this, and you can’t really continue to use people’s likeness without either compensation or clearance.
“It seems to be becoming an issue – this is like the fourth time in six months he’s done this. We haven’t really worked anything out. There were kind of discussions but it’s getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything.”
Kanye debuted the video at a star-studded viewing party on June 24, and was quick to taunt celebrities like his ex Amber Rose, Taylor Swift and Chris Brown, who also appear in the “Famous” promo.
He tweeted: “Can somebody sue me already #I’llwait.”
Last week, Ray J told U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight he wasn’t happy about the video because it had caused problems at home with his fiancee Princess Love.
He said, “I’m engaged. My marriage is all messed up ’cause of craziness. I’m not part of nothing crazy. I walk down a good path. My fiancee (is) tripping. It’s all bad in my world, and that ain’t cool. Don’t put me part of nothing that’s weird, that don’t make no sense (sic).”

Actor Jesse Williams is blasting a petition calling for “Grey’s Anatomy” bosses to fire him over the equality speech he made at the BET Awards last month, insisting it’s nothing but a ploy to get attention.
The actor addressed racism and inequality in Hollywood during his 2016 BET Humanitarian Award acceptance speech, prompting celebrities like Justin Timberlake and Samuel L. Jackson to applaud the 34-year-old for his eloquence, but other celebrities including Stacey Dash were far from impressed.
Now a petition calling for Jesse to be fired from his hit TV show has reached over 5,000 signatures.
“Jesse Williams spewed a racist, hate speech against law enforcement and white people at the BET awards,” the Change.org petition reads.
“If this was a white person making the same speech about an African American, they would have been fired and globally chastised, as they should be, but there has been no consequences to Williams’ actions. There’s been no companies making a stand against his racist remarks and no swift action condemning his negative attitude.”
“Why was (Isaiah Washington) Burke’s character fired from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ after his inappropriate homophobic slur, but nothing for Jesse Williams?,” it continues.
Washington left the medical drama after using a homophobic slur during an on-set row with gay co-star T.R. Knight.
Jesse is urging his fans to ignore the petition, stating, “Do not promote empty people & their tantrums. Pure clickbait to gain followers, attention & money, for themselves, not you. Never you.”
“Grey’s Anatomy” executive producer Shonda Rhimes has also responded to the petition, writing, “Um, people? Boo don’t need a petition.”
Iggy Azalea has had it rough lately especially with her personal life and failed relationship. Iggy also had to deal with rappers taking shots at her, fans thanking her for ruining Hip Hop, and her ex-fiancee, Nick Young’s infidelity spilling out to the public. Well one person that lends their support to Iggy is Amber Rose. Rose encouraged Iggy to stay positive and keep her head up. Amber Rose is probably trying to get Iggy Azalea to come speak at her ‘S### Walk’ or be a guest on her new VH1 talk show. We see you Amber!. Amber took a moment to give Iggy some interesting advice, which even included her telling Iggy to take Nick back if she wants to. Amber said,
“My heart goes out to you @thenewclassic I have been through heartbreak as well so I know what ur going through. Stay strong and keep ur head up my Rosebuds and I support you and we think ur AMAZING!!! I remember watching ur YouTube videos a few years back thinking “Wow this girl is gonna be a star” and you are! Trust me I deal with just as much hate if not more. The great thing is it’s the beginning of the summer and now you can be a hoe! Lol Date a bunch of hot guys and give yourself some new cool options.”
Do you think Iggy should take Nick back? Should she be a hoe like Amber Rose advises? Or should she just take a moment to find herself personally and musically?
(AllHipHop News) Drake is one of the biggest Pop stars in the world. The Toronto representative further solidified that position by pulling even with the incomparable King Of Pop Michael Jackson in the Billboard record books.
With his Views album leading the Billboard 200 and his “One Dance” single leading the Hot 100 at the same time for the seventh straight week, Drake has accomplished a feat for a male artist not done since 1983. Jackson’s Thriller and “Billie Jean” led both charts simultaneously for seven consecutive weeks that year.
Whitney Houston and The Beatles hold the all-time record with 12 weeks each. The Fab Four totaled their 12 weeks with three different songs and two different albums in 1964.
Houston collected her 12 weeks for The Bodyguard soundtrack and “I Will Always Love You.” The singer known as The Voice achieved that chart record in December 1992 through February 1993.
It appears Drake will not be able to break the tie with MJ this week. According to HitsDailyDouble, California by Blink-182 is on pace to take over the top spot on the album chart.
Well it looks like Ciara isn’t the least bit bothered about the recent reports that claim she is afraid that Future may harm Russell Wilson. Rumors surfaced that Ciara and Russell Wilson may have tied the knot over the weekend.
Photos surfaced of Ciara wearing a white gown and left many wondering if the couple had in fact jumped the broom. Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland recently celebrated with Ciara at her bridal shower, so it seemed possible that the two wed this soon.
According to E!News, the pictures of Cici and Russell are not wedding photos, but instead pictures of them at their rehearsal dinner in Liverpool, England. Rumor has it that Ciara and Russell will be married TODAY!.

After meeting Allen Hirsch at an AllHipHop event, I was intrigued by his eccentric appearance. I knew he was somebody I wanted to know, but I had no idea. He was kind of dressed like Sherlock Holmes. Allen Hirsch is quite the artistic genius, but his demure demeanor masks a business side that has emerged to the forefront. For a great many years, Hirsch was chiefly a painter that shared his talents publicly through Time magazine for many years crafting masterful portraits for the then-staple of information. He’s also painted images that have been hung in the White House during the Clinton Administration.
However, he gave me a gift – The Handl. Per a company statement:
HandL is a secure, gripless case developed as an organic interface between hand and phone. Using a patented elastic and brace system, HandL applies easy pressure on just one or t########## making your phone feel like it’s floating in your hand. “HandL makes your phone feel like a paint brush,“ says artist/creator, Allen Hirsch. “Easier more flexible device operation- with just one hand.” HandL converts into a portrait/landscape stand.
It was only right that I talk to Allen in his Manhattan home, which doubles as an art studio. Paintings and sculptures adorn the walls, many of them being self-portraits. With questions abound, we stayed focused on Allen’s latest foray into the competitive world of technology. I had already been using the Handl for months after my initial meeting with Mr. Hirsh and I still wanted to chat with him, a rarity. He explains what prompted him to create this unique offering.
“I’m a painter and I developed this product because I am interested in how we communicate through our hands. And I was painting one day with a paint brush in one hand and a metal phone in the other. I’m trying to text people and also paint and I realized then how inefficient…I noticed how the paint brush was like a fluid interface between thoughts and emotions on the canvas,” he says some what drolly. “But we express our thoughts and emotions on the phone, but we don’t have that interface. So I [started] to develop different prototypes that mimic the ease of the paint brush so we have a kind of organic flow between hand and phone. I worked with hundreds of prototypes until I came up with this handmade thing, which is Popsicle sticks and rubber bands.”
Allen then demonstrates why the Handl is one of the finest cases for phones, which was a highlight at the recent CE Week tech summit in New York City.
“It also becomes a stand,” he says making a quick adjustment to the case. “I wanted it to be as multi-functional as possible.”
Allen admitted that some of the designs are more “out there,” a nod to his roots in painting and eccentric lifestyle. He goes through a plethora of prototypes that are made from everything from faux furs to bubblewrap to a human derrière. Imaging being able to feel the softness that resembles a soft buttock on at your fingertips. Alas, the “exploration of touch aesthetic” as the he says.
“Because the phone is an extension of our bodies, I’m interested in mimicking our body also on the phone. So, I am working with some body parts on the phone…or the feeling of a body…when you’re touching the body. I want to make that experience more unified and also comment on it as an artist.”
“As in my artwork, I am alway trying to find the universal underneath everything and express that. How we touch things in a universal interest,” he says from his Manhattan studio. “When you try the product, you’ll realize how to sensitize yourself to your fingers and how you touch other things.”
For the Hip-Hop crowd, which I had to know, Allen says he’ll going to have some deluxe items that are more on the higher end side.
“This is about luxury for your fingers,” he says holding a Handl made of faux snake skin. “You’ll feel a luscious touch when you hold your phone.”
The truth is, the Handl is an intriguing product, but not as intriguing as Allen Hirsh. A few moments with him, you realize the product is just an extension of the man that created it, which begs the question: what next?
He’s coy, but Hirsh intends to bring some of his more unconventional designs to come to market, which will certainly arouse the curiosity of users. It is my hope that users of the Handl become more interested in Hirsh.
He’s got a story to tell.
More on that shortly.
You get learn more about the Handl at http://www.handliberation.com/ and Allen at http://allenhirsch.com/new/.
(AllHipHop News) The country is once again facing another high-profile killing of an African-American at the hands of a police officer. Footage of 37-year-old Alton Sterling being shot by a Baton Rouge, Louisiana cop is making its way around the internet, and the incident has become the #1 trending topic on Twitter.
Many people are upset because video shows a uniformed officer shooting Sterling as he was pinned to the ground. A voice can be heard saying, “He’s got a gun,” before the shots are fired.
Besides the video shot by a witness, there is also reportedly surveillance video from the convenience store and dash camera video from police vehicles. The officers were said to be wearing body cameras, but they supposedly fell off and did not capture the incident.
According to police officials, the cops were responding to a complaint about a man selling CDs threatening someone with a gun. However, Abdullah Muflahi, owner of the convenience store where Sterling was shot, reportedly stated he did not see any confrontation involving Sterling that evening.
“Just five minutes before,” said Muflahi. “He walked into the store getting something to drink, joking around, [and we were] calling each other names.”

Drake and Rihanna have been officially confirmed to be dating, but that isn’t the only news. It looks like the couple have been in the studio cooking up new material. “Work” had a pretty successful run, and fans enjoyed “Take Care” and “What’s My Name” as well, so it’s safe to say that the megastars can craft another hit. Rih & the 6 God were spotted in the Tape London recording studios. Are you interested in hearing new music from AubRih?
(AllHipHop News) Joe Budden is not letting up in his lyrical attack against Drake. After dropping “Making A Murderer (Part 1)” last week, the Jersey spitter is back with the diss record “Wake.”
This time Budden uses an araabMUZIK produced beat to essentially blast Drake for being soft, for not being authentic, and for being a d-ck rider.
He shouldn’t, the risk isn’t worth the reward… I’m different when I’m not podcasting. https://t.co/gwULe2HnVD
