Rich Dolarz Displays How He Would Have Dissed Drake With “If I Was Meek” Freestyle (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) A lot of music fans were disappointed with Meek Mill’s audio response to Drake’s diss tracks “Charged Up” and “Back To Back.” Could the Philadelphia rapper have hit Champagne Papi with harder bars? Battle rapper Rich Dolarz has taken it upon himself to provide his take on how he would have went at Drake.

Dolarz dropped a video titled “If I Was Meek” on the URL YouTube channel. The song plays out as if the NYC spitter was speaking to Meek over the phone. As he rhymes over The Notorious B.I.G.’s classic track for “Warning,” Dolarz responds to Drake’s “world tour/girl tour” lines, takes shots at the OVO brand, and touches on the Quentin Miller ghostwriting controversy.

Rich Dolarz raps:

If I was you I would’ve said:  You want my girl dog, but a sucker is the only thing my girl saw. That’s a world tour? Yeah, that’s my girl’s tour. She help me eat n*gga. That’s what a girl’s for.

He adds:

October’s Very Own, send a hollow clean through him. Make every day feel like Halloween to him. A ghostwriter is what made y’all last. I exposed that. That’s what made y’all mad.

“I got into with Michael Jordan before,” said Master P. “My son was playing at his camp. He said, ‘You can’t wear them P Miller shoes. You have to put on Jordans.’”

He continued, “Rome hit me up. So I flew down there to the game. The next day at the game, I’m like, ‘He ain’t about to take no shoes off.’ We got into some trash talk.”

According to P, Jordan told him he’s not a baller. The “Make Em Say Uhh!” rhymer replied by telling MJ he’s a baller and a rapper.

Master P made it clear the situation did not involve any yelling or violence. The result was a pick-up game between the two stars which included several NBA players joining in. The winner got to decide which shoes Romeo would be able to wear.

“It was like a real street game. At the end, we won. You know me. I turned up all the way,” added Master P. “We’ve been homeboys ever since.”

Not only was Ja and Jay close to teaming up as a group, but they were also close to teaming up under the same imprint. Ja Rule sat down with The Breakfast Club and talked about why he chose not to sign with Jigga’s Roc-A-Fella Records.

“I’m like, ‘Jay, you’re on top of the game right now. I’m ready to come for that spot. You’re not going to let me get that spot.’ So, I can’t be under you if I’m trying to be above you,” said Ja. “Dame [Dash] looked at me and said, ‘You think you can sell more records than Jay?… He said, ‘You think you can be as big or as hot as Jay?’ I’m like, ‘Of course.'”

Ja went on to release platinum albums such as Venni Vetti Vecci, Rule 3:36, Pain Is Love, and The Last Temptation with Murder Inc Records. The Queens rapper also had the Top 10 singles “Put It On Me,” “Always on Time,’ “Mesmerize,” and “Wonderful.”

Lil Wayne’s Miami Home Raided, Police Take Property

In September, Lil Wayne lost a major lawsuit to a private jet company and the police came to collect at his Miami mansion on Tuesday.

The court ruled in favor of Signature Group, a private jet leasing company, to the tun of $2 million and $200k in lawyer and court fees.

The police showed up at the rapper’s home and began talking his property to “pay” for the debt.

The rapper’s security initially stopped police from entering but were overruled by a valid search warrant, reports TMZ.  Cops entered the home with a “break order” when they were able to produce evidence that Wayne had assets in the $11 million house.

Wayne put the home on the market earlier this year.

Drug Dealer Case Unearths 1999 Wu-Tang Murder Accusations

The FBI investigated The Wu-Tang Clan for two murders in 1999, according to newly released court documents.

The files have emerged as part of the trial of a pair of drug kingpin, in a report by SILive.com.

Anthony and Harvey Christian were found guilty last October in a decades-old drug right in Staten Island and the murder of 17-year-old Jerome “Boo Boo” Estella.

The counsel for the Christian brothers maintains that Estella was really killed after his death was ordered by members of the Wu-Tang Clan. Estella allegedly robbed family members of Raekwon and RZA. Michael Gold, Anthony Christian’s lawyer, says an FBI report already said that Estella was killed “at the instruction of members of the Wu-Tang Clan, a rap group, as revenge for robberies.” Another man named Corey “Shank Bank” Brooker was also killed as well. He clarified that he didn’t necessarily feel Wu-Tang did any crimes – the FBI asserted this notion, he told silive.com.

“These reports seem to suggest someone else was liable for those murders,” Gold stated. “I’m not suggesting that Wu-Tang committed these crimes. The FBI did. What I’m trying to ascertain is their stated belief in an official file that Wu-Tang ordered this homicide.”

Gold wants the files turned over, suggesting they may clear his client in the murder.

The news is not completely new. Ol’ Dirty Bastard has a lengthy FBI file that was released in 2012. Here is part of the detailed report from silive.com.

In a filing last month, federal prosecutors described what they had sent Gold through the trial’s discovery process, based on interviews from 1999 with Brian Humphreys, a Bloods member who later turned federal informant.

Humphreys was the trigger-man in Estella’s killing, and testified against the Christian brothers.

“A couple of weeks before the Boo Boo shooting, Uncles (the street name of drug supplier-turned-informant Paul Ford) told Humphreys about a Blood named Boo Boo who just came home from jail. He stated that Boo Boo had robbed RZA’s little brother and had also gotten into something with the Christian brothers,” the filing reads.

RZA, or Robert Fitzergald Diggs, is one of Wu-Tang’s founding members.

“Uncles was talking about Boo Boo and said that he had just come home and robbed RZA’s brother and that they would likely come after him for that. Humphreys believes Uncles was referring to members of Wu Tang,” the prosecutors’ filings read.

The documents also refer to conversations between Ford, Humphreys and Anthony Christian about Brooker, who was shot to death on June 22, 1999.

In those conversations, Ford said that Brooker robbed both RZA’s brother and the cousin of another Wu-Tang member, Raekwon (real name Corey Woods), leading to RZA issuing a $30,000 contract to kill Brooker.

“Ford stated that he had previously heard that Shank Bank was killed by Phife (ph). Ford believes that Phife collected money from RZA for executing the hit,” the filings read. It’s not clear who “Phife” refers to.

Prosecutors maintain that the Christians brothers were responsible for bother murders. The prosecutors say Estella was slain so he wouldn’t tell Brooker, a rival drug dealer, about the plot to murder him.

Representatives for Wu had not responded to request for comment at press time. See the whole court filing below.

Did DJ Drama Leak The Quentin Miller Reference Tracks Because Drake Slept With His Ex?

For a while it has been suspected that DJ Drama was the one who leaked the Quentin Miller reference tracks for Drake. Yesterday DJ Drama’s ex-wife, Summer, got upset about her late alimony payment and decided to “spill” it all. She claims to know for a fact Drama was involved in the Meek & Drake beef. Drama’s current girlfriend Jessica Burciaga seems to suggest that Drake was rapping bout Drama’s ex wife 2 years ago. The question is could this have been Drama’s motive for allegedly leaking the reference track to Meek Mill? Jessica says that Drake used Summer for a track but he no longer associates with her. To make matters worse Jessica said DJ Drama divorced Summer because she slept with four rappers that he was working with. Do you have any guesses on the four?

Film Director Says Kanye West And Hype Williams Plagiarized His Work

Kanye West and music video director Hype Williams have been accused of plagiarism. In an interview with The Daily Beast, film director Gaspar Noé claimed that the 2011 video for “All the Lights” looked strikingly similar to his 2009 film Enter the Void.

“And the director [Hype Williams] was someone else who ripped off the titles to my movie,” he said. “I was more shocked by the fact that that guy who copied all the typography of my titles put his name in it — Hype Williams — when you never usually see a director’s name in a music video. “He was putting his name on it over and over! It was so weird that he was not only copying it, but adding his name into the credits over and over again.”

Noé says that Williams imitated the title sequence of the film throughout the entire video. He said he was never consulted regarding the video and was “surprised” when he saw the video via YouTube back in 2011.  A side-by-side comparison can be seen below.

Noé said he isn’t surprised that his work inspired another form of art.

“The truth is that when you put something out there, if you put any idea out there that’s kind of flashy, you have many, many people that are going to be copying it. This happens whether you do movies, paintings, or music.”

(AllHipHop News) The recent Joe Budden sit down with the Tax Season podcast may go down as the most awkward Hip Hop related interview since Kanye West told Sway he didn’t have the answers. The host reacted by yelling at Budden, and the episode eventually ended early as the New Jersey rapper walked off the show.
