In an interview with Mikey T The Movie Star, Gillie talked about the time he was shot three times in Philadelphia. The former Cash Money artist was hit in the leg twice and arm three times back in 2006.

“I was in a hood that wasn’t mine. I was dripping, cause I’m always dripping,” said Gillie. “A n*gga tried to test me. I took my licking and kept on ticking. The best of us get tagged once in awhile.”

A year later, Gillie and five associates were arrested for allegedly running a drug operation. He was later cleared of all charges. The “Young Bull” rhymer pointed out that none of the individuals taken into custody for the case chose to testify against the other defendants.

“We all stood tall like City Hall. What’s the percentages of that? You get locked up with five other motherf*ckers – ten out of ten somebody’s snitching,” added Gillie. “Not in my case. Make sure you surround yourself around the right people.”

D12 Says Eminem’s Song “Sorry Mama” (Cleanin Out My Closet) Was Originally Their Song

In a recent interview remembering their classic project Devil’s Night, Detroit’s finest, D12 broke down the recording process behind the album and revealed some interesting facts about the making of their project on the cust of a new release.

Check the quotes below that break down how Dre influenced the path of the song “Sorry Mama” (Cleanin Out My Closet) and how it eventually became one of Eminem’s most popular songs.

“I remember one particular record, and it ended up being an Eminem record. It was “Sorry Mama,” one of his biggest hits. But we had that song first, and actually Bizarre was on that song first. He was talking some crazzzy s###, and the whole group was like, yo he can’t say this s###, it’s too much. He got a call from Dr. Dre who was like, ‘man, say that shi*! You gotta say it, blah blah blah,’ but ultimately he gave in to the group and was like f### it. So Eminem was like, ‘f### it, I’ll take the song,’ and he took it and made ‘Sorry Mama’ with it. That particular incident is just a reminder of how creative everyone was and so much ahead of our time we were.”

Wale Has The Perfect Clap Back For A Meek Mill Fan Who Threatened His Life

Even though the entire MMG seems to have moved on past the brief Wale & Meek Mill issue (2015 version), fans can’t seem to let it go. Meek Mill took offense to Wale expressing his opinion that he felt Meek brought a pencil to a gunfight with the Meek & Drake beef. Meek claimed to kick Wale out of MMG, and Rick Ross had the last word as he stated that the MMG Empire was good. #TeamMeek can’t let go as a fan tweeted,

“I swear on my kids for the right ticket, I’ll get Wale up outta here!!!!!”

Wale replied poking a little bit of fun at the fan as he said,

“Oh Meek pls be my friend… I’ll be mean to Wale.. I’ll risk my entire freedom and make my children fatherless 4 u.”

People are so desperate to get approval from others and to get validation that they will give up their own freedom. You have to appreciate Wale’s sarcasm to such a stupid comment.

Apparently Fetty was tired of her rants and accusations on social media, and decided to pop up on her wanting to “fight” her and anyone related. Lezhae says Fetty is a whole b*tch for pulling up on her (his own baby mama) with death threats, and for doing so in front of their daughter and her grandmother. Lezhae says that Fetty needs to stop popping up on her and her family because there are grown men in the hood looking for him. Fetty’s BM says he doesn’t really want these problems. She also says he’s really not about anything he says or raps about. To think that all baby mama and baby daddy drama could be avoided if people made better decisions.

Photo via Karrueche’s Instagram

Karrueche knew what she was doing or she definitely set herself up with this one. She reposted a meme of her dressed as Lil’ Kim (in all blue: “Crush On You” video) for Halloween with a caption that said, “When you see ya ex who is a blood.” Karrueche didn’t make the original meme, and she claims that her repost wasn’t shady as she just found it funny. Fans gave her a major side eye as they told her that she knew exactly what she was doing. Others poked fun at Chris Brown saying that you can’t p### off a fake gang member or an affiliated one. They said Breezy wants a hood pass so bad.
