Hip-Hop Rumors: [VIDEO] Fans Revolt Against Rihanna; Throw Food At Her!

WHAT THE HELL!

Like I said, it looks like Chris and Rihanna are going to go down together! Today, there are boycotts sprouting up on CB and NOW, the fans throw FOOD at RiRi at a concert. Now, the CB boycotts are based on his domestic charges from back in the day. But, the Rihanna start is rooted in her poor showing at her various concerts recently. I didn’t report on it, but a couple days ago, an audience started yelling for Beyonce at a RiRi concert because she was so late.

And then, Rihanna addressed it as he performed the song – ironically – “Rude Boy.”

“There’s a good crazy and there’s a bad crazy. When you throw sht up here, that’s an epic fail…I swear to god, cut that sht out. Really, chips? Chips though,” she said from the stage.

LOL!!!

NOW…look at this video.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Timbaland And Jay-Z Discuss Past Beef

I guess I was way out of the loop when this beef happened. Timbaland and Jay? I wasn’t very aware of that. Anyway not only are Tim and Jay talking about it, but the producer is addressing it in a song. That’s right. Timbaland and Keri Hilson have a song addressing a beef with Jay-Z. Wait, but wait. What about the alleged beef between Keri and Beyonce? They should have just gone all the way and addressed that in the song too. This way my side chick Keri can get back in the damn game.

Here is the video:

Exclusive: Gillie Da Kid To Play Tupac In Upcoming Suge Knight Film; Discusses Acting Roles

(AllHipHop News) In part one of an exclusive with the ‘King of Philly’ aka Gillie Da Kid, AllHipHop.com touched on the rapper’s upcoming film roles.

Gillie is acting alongside Ving Rhames and action hero Steven Seagal in upcoming release “Force of Execution,” while he continues to promote such films as “Wrath of Cain,” “King of the Avenue” and “Mafia.”

He is also gearing up for a major role in an upcoming bio-pic focused on Suge Knight.

In the film, the Philly rap star will play the legendary Tupac Shakur.

“Definitely got a budget in place for that right now, so I’m just waiting to find out when we shooting,” Gillie told AllHipHop.com, noting that he is simply an actor in this particular film.

“I’m not in on the producing of that I’m just an actor. Whenever I get the word its time to get busy. They’ve already got the script [finished]…,” Gillie said.

Gillie, aka “Gil Smith,” is very excited about getting a chance to show his acting skills in the upcoming film.

“Just know I’m going to transform like Will Smith did when he played Ali,” Gillie told AllHipHop.com. “We already know I’m ‘G’d’ enough to play ‘Pac, that was never a question after they put a little make up on me. I been in the gym. I’m trying to put on a little 10 (pounds) real quick.

Samsung Defends Jay-Z App, Says They Are Not Spying On Customers

(AllHipHop News) Jay-Z made more than history with his Samsung Magna Carta Holy Grail app, he inadvertently(or knowingly, however you view it) entered himself into battle between technology and privacy. After complaints about the Magna Carta Holy Grail album spying on users, Samsung fires back by calling the complaints “baseless.”

The U.S. civil liberties group the Electronic Privacy Information Centre pointed out how the Magna Carta Holy Grail app requested “massive amounts of personal information from users, including location data”. Samsung responded by asserting that the information collected by the app was procedural:

Any information obtained through the application download process was purely for customer verification purposes, app functionality purposes and for marketing communications, but only if the customer requests to receive those marketing communications… Samsung is in no way inappropriately using or selling any information obtained from users through the download process

That was not the only controversy surrounding the app as its promised 12 a.m. release of the album on July 4th was met with technical difficulties that left fans without the album and Jay-Z admittedly disheartened according to the music titan:

On the 24th I downloaded my app, I set it, I watched the clock count down and at 12 ‘clock I couldn’t get it. For me that’s not cool

Jay-Z has yet to comment on the privacy issues surrounding the Magna Carta Holy Grail app.

German Rapper "Shoots At" Politicians, Faces Legal Action

(AllHipHop News) Nothing like explicit homophobia and violent threats to show us Hip Hop is the same all across the world. 34 year old German rapper Bushido has elicited a legal complaint from openly gay Berlin mayor Klaus Wowereit over his controversial video “Stress Without Cause”

In the video, the man born Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi displayed homophobic and racist allusions and “crossed the line” according to Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich.

The rapper even appeared to make a violent threat to German lawmaker Claudia Roth by rapping “I shoot at Claudia Roth and she’ll get holes like a golf course.” In a television interview, he contends it was purely metaphorical:

“If I shoot, then I only do it with words and not with anything else.”

The video was subsequently removed from YouTube:

In the end, the German rapper concedes he may have justifiably crossed the line:

“I may have overshot the mark a bit but I would not in any way excuse myself here.”
