Rapper Pitbull Talks VP Debate, Palin Hypocrisy

Adding to the growing list of rap stars immersed in the 2008 presidential race, Miami rapper Pitbull has publicly offered his support for the Obama-Biden ticket.

In an exclusive interview with AllHipHop.com, Pitbull spoke on what he feels is the absurd media fixation on Republican Vice President nominee, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

“It’s like Palin done took over all the media,” Pitbull quipped. “It was a very strategic move on their part. You can’t tell me you’re gonna put a woman in as Vice President who ran a city that only holds 9,000 people. There’s so much inexperience as far as Palin.”

Regarding Obama’s running mate Joe Biden, Pitbull cracked that the veteran senator would have to enact extreme measures to get noticed by an American media enamored with gossip and scandal.

Tonight, Palin and Biden will face off during the vice presidential debate, which starts at 9:00 PM in Saint Louis.

Palin spent yesterday at McCain’s Arizona ranch in preparation for tonight‘s debate.

She underwent extensive training after shaky interviews with ABC’s Charlie Gibson and CBS’s Katie Couric.

Over 50 million people are expected to tune into the debate tonight, which will be moderated by PBS’ Gwen Ifill.

Despite those huge numbers, Pitbull feels Biden will have to do something extraordinary to enjoy the same mass media exposure Governor Palin is receiving.

“I think if Biden f***ed Britney Spears…I think that all of the attention would be on him. Unfortunately, that is the way that our society is run,” he said. “If they found him in some sex scandal he would be all over the news. I don’t think Jesus Christ could come down and the fix the state of America right now. The people who are dedicated to change can’t get the tube time. That’s the dummy box…that’s McCain and Palin.”

In addition to inking a new album deal with leading digital music distributor The Orchard, Pitbull has confirmed plans for his own cartoon entitled “Rock, Pepe, Scissors,” which will be shown during the rappers highly rated reality show Pitbull’s: La Esquina.

“It’ll be integrated into the show. Sorta like [how] Tracy Ullman brought the Simpsons to her show,” Pitbull explained. “In TV you touch a lot more people. They pay a lot more attention to you because they’re watching you. But I think that it’s the same hustle. It’s the same grind apply whether it be in the music or in television to make any project successful…You’re touching a whole lot more people when you’re on television.”

Pitbull’s fifth solo album Rebelution is set for release in Summer 2009.

Hip-Hop Rumors: No More iTunes? Janet Pregnant? Usher, Chris Brown, T-pain, and Ne-Yo’s Swagga? Shaq In Court!

DISCLAIMER:

All content within this section is pure rumor and generally have no factual info outside of what the streets have whispered in our ear. Read on.

TODAY’S RUMORS!

JANET PREGGERS…REALLY?

I don’t know who told this to Atlanta Gossip, but their sources are saying that Janet Jackson is pregnant! Well, we all heard that one and we already have been told that she wasn’t sick because of a pregnancy. Still, a reliable source says the 42 year is indeed two-months pregnant. Janet has reportedly cancelled a number of her shows in Canada and delayed concerts in Boston and Philadelphia. Now, the show must go on and she will resume her tour in Greensboro, NC on Saturday. I heard Janet was just dehydrated from partying too much with her 36-year-old boyfriend.

NO MORE ITUNES?

What would life be like without iTunes? Well there is a real possibility that the iTunes Store could go “bye bye” thanks to the music industry. Here is a statement issued by iTunes:

“If the [iTunes music store] was forced to absorb any increase in the… royalty rate, the result would be to significantly increase the likelihood of the store operating at a financial loss — which is no alternative at all, Apple has repeatedly made it clear that it is in this business to make money, and most likely would not continue to operate [the iTunes music store] if it were no longer possible to do so profitably.”

-Apple iTunes vice president Eddy Cue said, in the statement.

To make a long story short, songwriters and music publishers have petitioned the Copyright Royalty Board to raise their royalty payments by six cents per song, This proposed raise in rate, would render iTunes unprofitable and that’s something that Apple cannot have. We’ll see, I guess. I am sure the music publishers will cower in fear at the thought of losing iTunes altogether. Fall back.

CHAMILLIONAIRE’S NEW CREW – HE LOSES ONE?

Chamillionaire new crew called “Money, Fame, Respect” isn’t too, too new. But, the crew does bring together members of Cham’s Chamilitary homies into one unit, from what I heard. I hear one dude named Famous who is from San Antonio is in it and he’s been on projects with Cham. I heard that there is this R&B dude named Tony Henry, who has also been included on Cham’s other albums. Then there is a guy named Yung Ro. The only thing is, I heard he left the group after some type of conflict.

Over at AllHipHop, Cham has been one of the coolest cats, but this Yung Ro fellow is very upset and seems a bit messed up in the rap game. Here are some things CHAM posted on his blog about the Ro situation.

Yall don’t understand.. I don’t release mixtapes…. thats GAY I make underground Cds n s###…….. I engineer too.. Hey I mix vocals not tapes!! I never liked that term… (scarface tone) “MIXTAPES” Ha ha. 4 real my manger J-Mac comming from RADIO ONE; knows about polotics and he also said 2 Me before my first 1 dropped EWWW nah no mixtape…. NOBODY represents something different.

And Cham job is ONLY to sell and be GOD… of MIXTAPES! Sr8 Up I don’t give a f### bout nothing but a few things and Imma keep it 2 myself cuz nobody cares!! I feel like Cham trippin but f### it….. I got eat however. I was @ Fame’s spot like alot listening to beats, smoking and working. I saw Cham twice the whole time I was under Chamillitary. I LOST my townhouse, my grey LACK and right now I’m basically homeless but whats dat to Yung Ro… And Both my chains got stolen and SOLD by my lil brother from another mother (L-Dogg). I may not get them hoes back but I pray for anyone trying to do me harm.

At the end of the Day, Yung Ro is upset. Because he didn’t feel Cham supported his efforts and he’s been on the shelf for quite sometime. I don’t know how long, but seems that he’s trying to make it. No hate to either men. Cham is one cool cat so its probably just a misunderstanding between two men.

WAS CHRIS ROCK CENSORED? DID ANYBODY NOTICE?

Did anybody notice that “the forces of power” cut out Chris Rock’s part about Osama Bin Landen not being real in his HBO special last Saturday ? I don’t have the bootleg, but I heard it is on the bootleg and was definitely in the live shows. Anyway, Chris Rock is proabaly the most honest comic now.

Check out 3:27 in the Larry King interview for a piece of the cut clip.

There are a million reasons to vote for Obama (and not McCain) and one of the last ones is this color of his skin. I don’t know if you watched that whole clip, but Chris Rock speaks on it too. For those that took my lil’ rant yesterday the wrong way…you lost.

ILLSEED’S QUICKIES

Remember Lumidee? She is blowing up on the world market, touring in Paris and Germany right now.

IF you didn’t know, the financial bailout passed last night. I know this is a stick up of the American people, but somehow, I am relieved. STILL, click here for the Dark Bailout and see the joke is on America.

By the way, Yung Berg’s new mixtape that is available on his myspace page (myspace.com/yungberg) for free. Enjoy!

AJ22 told me that there is an Obama Channel on the Dish Network, where they run Obama stuff 24/7. Aint that crazy?

Don’t forget to join the Ill Community and get the community and the AllHipHop alerts in one! Yippeeeeeeeee!

Max was at the Common/N.E.R.D. show in Boston and I heard it was sick. However, Chad was no where to be found on stage during N.E.R.D.’s set. I’d bet he was with his family.

Depending on when you get the rumors Shaquille O’Neal is either about to be in court, in court or was in court today to answer charges that he stalked an Atlanta woman.

Monica and Keyshia Cole recorded a duet. I hope it comes out soon and pray its not “The Boy Is Mine Part 2” Monica WAY GROWN NOW.

Aubry is reportedly out of Danity Kane. Again, this means nothing to me, but I am trying to stay in the know.

Don’t do it! Somebody emailed me saying that   are going to do an R&B version of “Swagger Like Us.” I think they should call it “Corny Like Us.” Not that they are corny, but the rumored song would be doomed to a cornfield.

Singer Joe reportedly said he didn’t think he had to vote, because he heard Obama had it all sewn up. LMAO. Dude is nuts! Register to vote HERE. The deadline is Monday! I registered twice and am voting early!

Not that we care too too much, but I heard Fantasia and Young Dro split. I thought they were going to make beautiful music together and have cute kids. NOT.

Tia Mowry and her man got robbed for over 100k in jewels and bling. I’m gonna call them Sean Kingston light.

SHOUT OUT TO BEYONCE!

Beyonce is one good woman. I don’t care what Michelle thinks. She gave a cancer “survivor” a wish – to meet her.

Jogquan’s mother said, “He got to meet her, which he loved because he has loved her since he was little,” Martha said. “And it was so cool because he got to spend time with her and she just loved on him and the other two girls. She was very personable.”

This kid gets Beyonce. Meanwhile, I lose Kelly. I lost.

SIGNS THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END

When I used to be a suicidal-like freak of nature, writing was a great release. But, in Britain, these people are heartless! A teenage boy of 17 was on a high-level bridge and was contemplating suicide. What did the good people of the UK do? They egged him on to do the deed! According to reports, the people watching said stuff like, “How far can you bounce?” and “Get on with it!” Dude was up there for three houres until he decided to jump to his death. When he jumped, people did him the honor of documenting it every step of the way via their mobile phones. There were people that were trying to stop him, including the police. I am shocked the cops didn’t put a billy club upside somebody’s head for buggin’ like that. Anyway, dude was suffering from depression and was saddened over the ending of a relationship.

SIGNS PART 2: Click here to read about the woman that performed oral sex on her 2 year old. Oh…it gets worse! Click here, because this chick makes R. Kelly look like a saint.

SIGNS PART 4! RAP BATTLE TURNS INTO MMA FIGHT! (PART 3 IS NEXT)

Oh my goodness. What is wrong with our people…not Black people, but PEOPLE! This video is NUTS. Check out a dude and another dude – neither of which can rap very well – get in a rap battle where one dude gets knocked the fluck out. I mean, a sucker punch is a sucker punch. Still…this makes no sense.

SIGNS PART 3!

I know this is the rumor page, but I have a lot to say so here is something else I want to show you. Of course, for more, go to illseed.com. A girl said something to a man at McDonalds and he 2-pieced her out of there. Not cool. There is no excuse, but I have to say I am VERY interested to know what she said for him to react so crazily. Maybe some people just gotta have their Mickey D’s? To see the video, click HERE…this is CRAZY!

SHELZ’S ARBITRARY MOMENTS

Walter Payton’s Connection to Hip Hop

It is my undying Stan-ship for Walter Payton that makes me toss this up. Last I checked, J. Payton, Walter’s son, was playing for some football team in Canada. He was signed for a hot second to the Titans, but that didn’t work out. Anyways, not only is he carrying on in pops footsteps and giving to the community, he’s also trying his hand at rhyming. Check him out at an event for the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation, an organization that raises awareness about the need for organ donors among many other things. Not bad.

DADDY PAYTON RAPPED

Illseed note: His son is quite the spitter, but I have to put up when Walter Sr delved into Hip-Hop for a moment. See below for the Superbowl Shuffle! Senior is the first one to rap…R.I.P. to one of footballs all time greats!

If you asked Diddy, this is what he would say you should be wearing this fall fellas. While the show starts off normally enough, down the road it takes a hard left. I’m especially impressed with the sequins and the belly sweaters.

John Legend: Straight Talk

From his platinum selling debut Get Lifted and countless Grammy awards, to successfully launching HomeSchool records; Legend is a true American success story. Everything he touches turns to Gold. The most recent being that of British starlet Estelle’s album Shine, the first lady of Legend’s HomeSchool record label. It is definitely a far cry from his days working as a session musician, toiling the nightclub circuit in New York City, Philadelphia, and DC. But all the success aside, Legend now finds himself in a new space – not wanting to seem like a one trick pony or be dubbed as doing the same old. However, as successful as the same old has been for him, he fully understands the need to evolve. Legend is currently preparing for the release of his new aptly titled album Evolver, which will be released in the fourth quarter of 2008 and will introduce a new sound for the Neo-Soul crooner. We catch up with the superstar backstage in his dressing room at the prestigious Kennedy Centre in Washington DC, before his performance at the THISDAY Africa Rising event to talk about music, Estelle and those pesky gay rumors. AllHipHop.com Alternatives: Hey John, so what made you join the THISDAY Festival?John Legend: Well they asked me to do it in Nigeria last year, and we had a great time with them. Then they wanted me to do it here, and I said of course. I think it’s a great show and a great idea; I’m glad to do it with Jay-Z and it’s going to be a lot of fun tonight.  AHHA: What can you tell me about your new album Evolver? The first single “Greenlight” is something that I really like, but wasn’t something I was expecting from you…John Legend: [laughs] That’s great. Thank you. Continue to expect the unexpected. I always like to experiment and try different sounds on each of my albums. Don’t expect me to stay in the same [lane], I’m always going to progress and try some different things. I think this album is a mixture of the sounds that you heard on Get Lifted and Once Again, but also mixed in with some new stuff. I think it’s a good mix.AHHA: Do you ever get scared of change?John Legend: No, not at all. I think some fans might be, but I’m not. [laughs]AHHA: Do you feel people have you pigeonholed you or put you in a particular bracket?John Legend: Yeah of course. I mean I think it’s cool to give people what they want and what they expect, but also put a twist on it. I think with each album I have done [I’ve] given them some of what they expect, but also switched it up a little bit. Otherwise it gets boring right?AHHA: Who have you worked with this time around besides Mr. Andre 3000?John Legend: Other than Andre, we have Kanye on the album, Pharrell was involved as well, Will.I.Am, Ne-Yo wrote a song on the album, and I did a record with Buju Banton. So yeah it’s a nice variety of stuff.AHHA: Estelle?John Legend: Estelle of course. How could I forget her! [laughs] I’m very proud of Estelle right now. She’s doing quite well right? AHHA: When I spoke to Estelle, she told me that she first did “American Boy” to prove you wrong because you didn’t like House music….John Legend: It’s funny as I heard the beat and I was like, “Well I don’t usually like this kind of music but this sounds really good.” I actually wrote the chorus idea and gave her the concept of the song and then she wrote the verses. So she didn’t have that much convincing to do. [laughs] I was like, “This sh*t sounds fresh.” [laughs]

“I read some of the blogs sometimes, and I think it’s funny. You can’t

let that get to you, you just got to keep living your life.” -Legend on rumors in the blogs regarding his sexuality

AHHA: Would you like to incorporate House music into your sound maybe?John Legend: I never say that I won’t do anything. I’m always willing to try things. I just have to love it, I have to enjoy it, I have to think it’s a good record and think it works you know? If it works, it works right?AHHA: Sticking to Estelle for a second then, did you hear about the debate on soul music and [UK] artists like Duffy and Adele? If so, what are your thoughts?John Legend: Yeah I heard about it. I’m not familiar with either of them, but I don’t really care. I think Estelle makes great music and it stands on its own. I think out of all the albums that I have heard this year, that’s one of the best ones that came out this year. Even if the other ones are pitted against her, at the end of the da, if people are going to like her then they are going to buy her. They don’t have to buy her over anyone else. If they like all three, then they can buy all three. AHHA: Would you want to sign anymore UK acts?John Legend: I would sign anyone who I think is the right artist to sign no matter where they are from. If they make great music and I feel they have a marketable talent, then it could work. If I feel like we would work well together. You know there’s a lot of things into signing somebody, it’s partly about the chemistry and working well together and feeling like you can do a successful project together. I mean, I don’t have a lot of free time to work with a bunch of people, so each decision I make has to be careful. AHHA: It must be exciting though. Your first time managing someone and it has done so well?John Legend: Absolutely. It’s not a bad way to start. [laughs] It’s like with Kanye, the first artist he signed was me and the first artist I sign is Estelle. We don’t have a bad track record right? [laughs]AHHA: Not bad at all. So will we be seeing you experimenting with different styles on the new album?John Legend: Yeah. You heard “Greenlight” obviously so that’s a little different for me. We got a little bit of Reggae on the album, we got some mid tempo, some club tracks, some slow jams, we got a little bit of everything. It’s going to be a fun album. I think people will love it. AHHA: Do you have any non-music related projects happening?John Legend: I have a movie with Bernie Mac and Samuel Jackson called Soul Man, which I was a part of. Other than it’s pretty much all music.AHHA: What can you tell me about the movie?John Legend: It’s a comedy. It’s very music related. It’s about a musical group that broke up and are trying to get back together and stuff. It’s a fun movie. I just have a pretty small role in it but it was fun.AHHA: Regarding the blogs – they definitely are hard on you when it comes to the gay rumors. Do you care to address it? Does it bother you?John Legend: [laughs] No. Blogs, their job is too talk sh*t everyday. They have to fill up space. You know, I understand. They trying to be entertaining. They trying to fill up space everyday and sometimes they don’t have anything interesting to talk about so they got to make sh*t up. I understand, I read some of the blogs sometimes, and I think it’s funny. You can’t let that get to you, you just got to keep living your life.AHHA: So any goals this year?John Legend: For this album to do better than the first two. [laughs] I’m always trying to expand and grow and improve from what I’ve done before and I think I’ve done that. AHHA: The hard work has definitely paid off right…John Legend: You will not make it in this business and succeed over a long period of time unless you work really hard. I had to learn as I went when I was grinding. And it does make you appreciate your success. It makes you realize that it’s really about the work. It’s really about making the best music you can make. THISDAY’s finale will be held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on October 14th.

TX Rap Community Mobilizes For Voter Registration Drive

With more than a month to go before Election Day, Houston, TX-based radio personality Madd Hatta is utilizing the airwaves to register 5,000 voters at an area mall.

The efforts of the 97.9 the Box DJ, who kicked off his “One Vote” voter registration drive at 5 a.m. yesterday (September 30) during his KBXX FM morning show at Sharpstown Mall in Houston, attracted support from various entertainers and sports figures including rapper Chamillionaire.

The Grammy winning rapper was among the first to register on site as he spent the day at the mall urging people to come out and register.

News of the One Vote drive arrives as Congress prepares to vote on the $700 billion bailout package for the economic recovery of the country’s financial system and Wall Street on Wednesday (Oct. 1).

Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain and vice presidential candidate are expected to cast their vote on the plan, which was rejected by the House of Representatives on Monday.

Organized by  97.9 The Box, Respect My Vote and Houston Youth Vote in partnership with Radio One and the Hip Hop Caucus’ Respect My Vote campaign, the One Vote drive is part of a larger effort to register at least 50,000 voters in a single day.

According to Madd Hatta, the effort marks an important step in dealing with issues affecting the country.

“We are at a crucial time in history. Bank failures, a $700 billion bailout, recession, depression, corporate scandals…the list is endless. We need to be active or see the United States fail as a country,” said the DJ, who vowed to stay on the air until 5,000 voters are registered. “It is time for everyone to be proactive in getting the right officials elected to represent the correct causes and part of that is by being a part of the voting process.”

Chamillionaire joins a virtual who’s who of Texas-based celebrities who registered to vote or came out to lend their support towards the One Vote drive.

Among those on hand were UGK’s Bun B, Paul Wall, Lil Keke, Slim Thug and the Boss Hogg Outlawz, Trae the Truth and ABN Gang, Wine-O, Petey Pablo, Yung Ro and Lil O, producer Papa Reu, Houston Texans member Jacques Reeves and Def Comedy Jam comedian Ali and Houston’s biggest DJ coalition, the Go DJ’s.

The One Vote Drive comes as voters gear up to go to the polls on Nov. 4 to elect the next President.

A recent CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll shows a close race between the presidential contenders with Obama leading McCain 51 percent to 46 percent.

In addition, the poll found that Obama lead McCain 49 percent to 43 percent among survey participants who were asked which candidate showed better judgment in the face of the economic crisis.

FISCAL FALLOUT: Bailout Blunder

Last time,we talked about how we got into this financial

crisis – (link to yesterday’s editorial) today, let’s take a look at what our

Federal Government is doing (or not doing) about it.

Almost two weeks ago Henry Paulson – the current Secretary

of the Treasury (a cabinet position – appointed by George W. Bush) proposed a

bill that would give the Treasury  700

Billion dollars to lift Wall Street out of the gridlock it’s been in of late.  Since the plan was introduced, The White

house, the Treasury, and Congress have been fighting  tooth and nail to hammer out the details of the proposal.  On Monday, the proposal finally came to a

vote… and failed.  Subsequently, we saw

the largest drop in the Dow in  history.  Most Americans aren’t sure whether they

should be happy the “bailout bill” failed, or worried about what the failure

means to our financial markets.  How

about we – as the Hip-Hop Nation – look at all angles and figure out our own

opinions.

So we all got to the same page previously in understanding

that the root of the problem is the massive amount of foreclosures that are,

in large part, caused by the packaging home loans into Collateralized Debt

Obligations (CDO’s).  As people began to

foreclose, the value of those CDO’s began to fall dramatically to the point

where they were almost worthless.  Banks,

Investment Banks and Hedge Funds who were heavily invested in these CDOs lost

billions of dollars – their stock prices and value subsequently falling.   As they fell, banks – fearing the worst –

began holding on to more of their cash. In doing so the country’s

economic system screeched to a grinding halt.  When banks begin losing value, and investors

lose confidence, they begin charging more interest to lend money to each other,

and to American businesses, and eventually they stop lending all together.

Millions of Americans are employed by small,

medium, and large businesses that rely on loans – from these Wall Street Banks

– to meet their everyday operating expenses. Take, for example a company like

Caterpillar (the company that makes all those tractors and lawn

mowers).  Two weeks ago they could borrow

money to cover operating expenses at 3%.

This week they’re paying close to 8%.

That may not seem like a big jump, but when you’re talking about a

medium sized company employing thousands of people, you’re talking

about a difference of millions of dollars.

If it becomes too expensive for them to borrow, they can’t make

payroll.  If they can’t make payroll –

they go out of business and all those jobs are lost.

Seeing this begin to happen, Treasury Secretary Paulson,

with the backing of President Bush, proposed a plan to take 700 Billion Dollars

of tax payer money and use it to buy the toxic CDOs that are bogging down these

Wall Street firms.  That, essentially, is

the bailout plan – 700 Billion Dollars, to be used at the discretion of the Treasury

to buy CDOs.  Central to the theory that

this is a good idea are two principles:

We

can’t let these institutions fail because in doing so; we jeopardize

thousands of business that rely on them everyday for loans, which in turn,

jeopardizes millions of American jobs.These

CDOs are worth more then their current market value.

We already discussed the relationship between the Wall

Street banks and the businesses that employ most Americans

– now, let’s look at the other important piece of this plan – valuing Collateralized

Debt Obligations.

The theory that these CDOs are worth more than their current

value has everything to do with stopping foreclosures.  Every time someone goes into foreclosure the

value of some CDO at some Wall Street bank or fund takes a hit.  Right now, no one on Wall Street knows when

the foreclosures are going to stop and because of that, the Market price for

these securities linked to home loans is next to nothing. When the foreclosures

stop however, the value of the CDO’s may increase tremendously.

Think of it this way:

Say you have a CDO that consists of 100 thirty-year

mortgages.  So far, since housing prices

started decreasing about 14 months ago, 5 out of those 100 homes attached to

those mortgages have gone into foreclosure.

That CDO has then lost 5% of its value.

That’s where we are right now.  We

don’t know whether 5, 10, 15, or even 20 more homes out of that 100 are going

to go into foreclosure – and because we don’t know that, we don’t know how to

value that CDO.  The goal of the Treasury

is plan is to use tax payer money to buy that CDO for below it’s current market

value, stop the foreclosures in it, then sell it back to Wall Street – as a

stable entity – for a nice profit.

This is where the haggling began between Treasury Secretary

Henry Paulson, President Bush, Democratic Congressmen, Republican Congressmen,

Barack Obama and John McCain.

Let’s go through each side of the debate and try and

understand what they’re fighting for.

Henry Paulson and George Bush

Paulson and Bush are the architects of this plan (really,

just Paulson).  It should be noted that

Paulson is the former HNIC of The (former)Investment Bank – Goldman Sachs, he

left Goldman to become Treasury Secretary for Bush in 2007 – His package upon

leaving… over 160 Million dollars.  Both

Paulson and Bush seem to be, in this case, primarily concerned with doing

whatever they can to pass this proposal to prevent the bleeding on Wall Street

from trickling further in the lives of average Americans.  They believe the country is on the brink of

disaster, and that this is the best way to avert that disaster.

Democratic Congressmen

The Democrats in Congress primary concern is making sure

that this bailout plan doesn’t come off as if the government is rewarding Wall

Street its failures.  They want to limit

the power of Secretary Paulson in overseeing the plan; his original proposal,

called for him to have sole authority over how the $700 Billion is spent,

without any oversight by congress or any court in the nation.  Democrats also wanted to limit the

compensation of Wall Street executives make use of the plan by getting rid of

their companies bad CDOs.  Again, they

don’t want folks to be rewarded for failure.

Most importantly, Democrats wanted the ability to re-work mortgages in

the securities they purchase in order to prevent people from going into

foreclosure as this is the central cause of the crisis

Republicans, typically, are against Government intervention

into the Financial Markets.  They believe

the markets will regulate themselves, and that banks, just like anything else, should

be allowed to fail.  Some Republicans in

congress favor a plan that, instead of purchasing CDO’s, lends Wall Street

banks money to remove some of the burden caused by mortgage backed securities.

Caught in the middle of all this are the two Presidential

candidates, Senators Barack Obama and John McCain.  Both candidates are trying to juggle their

knowledge that the government has to do something to stop this crisis, with

their knowledge that the average American is against the bailing out Wall

Street.  John McCain has the unique task

of calling for the kind of regulation needed to prevent problems like this from

happening again, despite the fact that he’s fought against this kind of regulation

in the past.

When the final details of this proposal are finally agreed

(or not agreed) to, we’ll take a look at how everything we talked about above

gets worked out… stay tuned!

ALBUM REVIEW: Jennifer Hudson – Jennifer Hudson

It’s rare when a natural born singer, who got the American Idol boot, wins an Oscar before ever getting nominated for a Grammy, but Jennifer Hudson was fortunate enough to see this unusual road. It was safe to assume a debut album of that unique caliber would have followed. Wrong.Jennifer Hudson’s self-titled debut album, which saw several release date push backs, does possess some shining moments, yet many forgettable ones. The relief that Hudson’s beautiful tone and range can translate into studio recordings is heard on her first single “Spotlight,” as well as her talent as a lyric interpreter on tracks like “Giving Myself,” and “If This Isn’t Love.”It’s been apparent since day one – Jennifer Hudson was not supposed to be a songwriter. She was supposed to be a great interpreter of song. Case in point, the Robin Thicke composed “Giving Myself” is a sweet, earnest, and tender wedding song moment demonstrating Jennifer’s strength as an artist. Jack Splash, who had shining moments on Solange’s (“Would’ve Been The One”) and Alicia Keys’ (“Teenage Love Affair”) albums, was no different in giving Jennifer “I’m His Only Woman” (featuring Fantasia), the track she sounds most comfortable on bathing in strings and “ohhh’s.”“Pocketbook” featuring Ludacris was only fitting because the lyrics “don’t make me hit you with my pocketbook” were sassy. Those clear moments of desperate need to contemporize Jennifer by throwing in Timbaland and beatbox actually made her less three-dimensional. The pairing of T-Pain and Jennifer for “What’s Wrong (Go Away)” proved further detrimental taking away what Jennifer was put on the map for, her voice, with a slab of unnecessary auto-tuning.Even “Spotlight” as catchy as it is was not debut single-worthy, and a brand new artist wouldn’t have been looked at twice; but because it was Jennifer (and penned by Ne-Yo) attention was paid. Other songs penned by current singer/songwriters, “My Heart” (written by Johnta Austin) and “We Gon’ Fight” (written by Tank), sound exactly how the songs would sound if they were on both those artists’ own albums. Jennifer Hudson was given little wiggle room to musically translate how distinctive she could be even with a slew of contemporary songwriters and producers. Hudson after all is someone who was phenomenal at singing covers on American Idol. That grandeur just didn’t make it to our ears on this debut.Spotlight – Jennifer Hudson

Lil Scrappy Returns With Of ‘Silence & Secrecy’

Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy and his group G’$ Up have teamed up with Philadelphia-based record label Good Hands Records to release a new album titled Silence and Secrecy (Black Rag Gang).

The album is the first official release on Scrappy’s own record label, G’$ Up Records.

Silence and Secrecy features appearances by former Crime Mob member Diamond, Atlanta native Jo Dolla and Memphis rappers/producers SMG.

“SMG have their own sound. Memphis has it’s own sound, Atlanta has it’s own sound, when you put them together, that s**t is bomb, it’s gonna explode,” Lil Scrappy promised. “That’s what this Lil Scrappy & G’$ Up is on.”

“We are beyond excited to be working with Scrappy on Silence and Secrecy, added Good Hands Records president DJ Truth. “This is the start of a huge 2009 for Scrappy.”

Silence and Secrecy (Black Rag Gang) lands in stores on January 27.

BET Cancels Rap City

BET network has confirmed plans to cancel its long-running Hip-Hop series Rap City, effective by the end of this month.

Created by broadcasting veteran Alvin Jones in 1989, the video series chronicled Hip-Hop’s growing video music market, competing directly with Yo! MTV Raps.

The fledgling series was able to distinguish itself from its larger MTV competitor by not just focusing on mainstream rappers, but also championing videos and interviews from underground and up and coming artists.

Originally hosted by “The Mayor of Rap City” Chris Thomas for its first several years, Rap City’s “golden age” was 1994-1999, when the program was hosted by the colorful and knowledgeable duo of Joe Clair and Leslie Segar AKA Big Lez.

In 1999, the two hour slot was repackaged as Rap City: Tha Basement and christened with new host Big Tigger.

Tigger’s run birthed the popular Freestyle Booth session, where MCs would feature their best rhymes or freestyles following their interviews.

After completing their verses, many times with Tigger joining in, the MC(s) would traditionally sign the booth’s wall.

These freestyle sessions produced memorable performances from artists such as Ludacris, The Roots, Killer Mike, Chamillionaire, Jay-Z, Jadakiss, Obie Trice, Xzibit, Cassidy and numerous others.

Since Tigger’s 2005 departure, the show failed to establish a concise direction, running through a myriad of hosts and focusing on commercial artists, which failed to showcase Hip-Hop’s diverse talent pool as done years before.

Consequently, the show was reduced to a one hour time slot as rating suffered.

The final Rap City episode will commence on October 29, making it the longest running Hip-Hop program at 19 years.

At press time, the show is scheduled to be replaced by The Deal, an hour long video series hosted by DJ Diamond Kutz on November 10.

The Game Ordered To Attend Anger Management Classes

Compton, California rapper The Game must attend 36 anger management courses over the next five months as punishment for an altercation at a funeral in July.

A judge sentenced the rapper for allegedly striking his cousin Robert “Kirky” Kirkwood during an argument at a funeral for Kirkwood’s sister, who was sick for six years.

The Game was charged with criminal battery for the assault. According to Kirkwood, The Game had promised to pay half of the $14,000 in funeral expenses, but avoided the bill.

When The Game showed up at the funeral unexpectedly, Kirkwood claimed he confronted the superstar rapper outside of the church over the payment.

During an interview surrounding the altercation, Kirkwood claimed the rapper “stole” him and labeled him a “b**ch” for promising to pay for the funeral and later reneging.

The Game disputed Kirkwood’s claims, stating that he offered to pay for the casket and the flowers, but Kirkwood and the rest of the family declined, seeking a full payment from the rapper.

“They aint never been a real family,” The Game said after the incident. “I already know what their motivation is and it’s money. It’s really not my obligation and I felt like they were trying to play me.”

The Game, born Jayceon Taylor, could have been sent to jail if he had been convicted, because he is on probation for a previous firearm conviction.

In that incident, The Game was convicted of pulling a gun on another man during an altercation at the Rita Walters Educational Complex in South Los Angeles.

ALBUM REVIEW: Robin Thicke – Something Else

After aligning with the legendary Andre Harrell at only 16, Thicke might have expected a smooth road to success. To the contrary, his first album took forever to see release, came out twice with two different names and was more or less ignored. A cosign from Pharrell wasn’t an instant fix, but after “Lost Without You” caught on with pop, urban and adult contemporary radio all at once (good lookin’ out, Oprah) Thicke finally received some recognition. For the first time, Robin is releasing an album with a large fan base already in place. As a result, there’s a certain confidence in the choices he’s made for Something Else but enough quality to show that he isn’t taking his success for granted. It isn’t drastically different from either of Thicke’s first albums, but it’s hard to call that a bad thing. Tracks like the Motown inspired single “Magic” aren’t a surprise, but the ease with which he presents them shows that he’s less worried about whether or not someone will hear them.Thicke has always had a talent for paying tribute to his influences without outright stealing from them (such as the Brit-rock flavored “Shadow of a Doubt”) and once again, he smoothly glides between styles while retaining his own sensibility. In addition, Evolution featured a glut of songs from an artist who was overeager to express himself, but Something Else’s shorter, tighter tracklist leaves you wanting more. Now, Thicke focuses on getting the most mileage out of the individual efforts rather than doing every trick in his book. There are some energetic moments worth mentioning (the title track, in particular), but Thicke does seem to be missing a bit of his edge. He’s typically a sly lyricist, injecting humor into his lines without coming off as silly. Robin often even stitches little jokes into the musical side of his compositions, and while that isn’t completely gone, it does seem to have been ratcheted back a bit. It’s nice to see an artist come back quickly after a huge single and still deliver a quality follow-up. Admittedly, Something Else isn’t quite as captivating as much of his past work has been, but that’s certainly not to say that it isn’t quite good. More to the point, Thicke has achieved a fairly rare feat and again made an album that young music snobs and their mothers can both enjoy, even if for different reasons.Magic – Robin Thicke

Termanology: Politic Ditto

Anyone paying attention to the rap game for the past decade knows the remote chances of a lanky kid from Boston resurrecting the spirit of early ‘90s Hip-Hop. Then there’s the catch-22 of being hailed as the next coming of the late, great Chris “Big Pun” Rios.Despite the odds, Termanology has released five critically acclaimed installments of his Hood Politics mixtape series, collaborated with nearly every still-living legend, and managed to keep his artistic integrity by releasing his first official album, Politics As Usual, through indie label Nature Sounds. It had already been a long day of press for the prodigal Puerto Rican rhyme-spitter when AllHipHop.com caught him for his 13th and final interview of the day. The strain of answering the same old questions (“How did you hook up with Premier?”) came across in his voice as he answered the phone, but Term swore he was most excited about his conversation with The World’s Most Dangerous Site. Promising to keep the young MC on his toes, we threw him a curveball to kick off our brief but informative dialogue.AllHipHop.com: When you first hit the scene with “Watch How It Go Down,” I remember you had some long-ass hair under your Boston fitted. What made you decide to kill that look?Termanology: Yeah, I was on some Rico Suave s**t for a minute, but I had to lean back off all that (Laughs). Actually I went to this party, I think it was Premier’s 40th birthday, and I had a hat on. They made me take it off, and my hair was in the middle of the growing stages, and it just looked real wack. Everybody was looking at me like “This kid is wack.” So I was like “Alright, time to shape up.” Now I keep the King Caesar going, at least for now.Termanology “So Amazing” VideoAllHipHop.com: On the track “So Amazing,” you talked about getting turned down by a ton of labels over the course of a couple years, having people tell you “You’re the realest rapper we can’t sign.” Did it really go down like that?Termanology: Yeah man, I sat down with more than half of every big label. There was a lot of good people at those meetings, but they pretty much told me, “We’re only doing this kind of music over here. Even though we like you, if we sign you the people above us are going to block you and try to make you do wack s**t. So it’s not going down unless you want to do that.” I told them I wanted Premier, Hi-Tek, Alchemist and Pete Rock, and that’s not the game of dice they wanted to play. But you know it’s all good man, I’m happy I did the Nature Sounds thing because they believed in me, and I get to sign my own ST Records label deal, and do songs with who I want to do songs with.

“…Green Lantern told me when I went on his show, ‘You know you got a hard road in front of you, right Term? You ready for this?’ I told him yeah, somebody got to stand up for Hip-Hop…”

AllHipHop.com: Is that a trip to hear an A&R tell you they’re not interested in Premier and Pete Rock records?Termanology: Yeah, for real! They wouldn’t say it but…I go to all the Power Summits and all that, Statik Selektah is one of my best friends and he’s on four radio stations. Dan Green used to work at Koch and he’s my manager. I know what it is in the industry, and people don’t have to tell me for me to understand that I was definitely taking the hard road. That was the first thing Green Lantern told me when I went on his show, “You know you got a hard road in front of you, right Term? You ready for this?” I told him yeah, somebody got to stand up for Hip-Hop and do it.AllHipHop.com: No doubt. You mention your friendship with Statik. How much did he help you find the right place for this album?Termanology: Statik helped me a lot man, he was the key link to Premier. I met him before in ’03 with Krumbsnatcha, but it wasn’t really an impact until Statik brought me in to do “Watch How It Go Down,” and from there a lot of big things fell into place. Statik shot the video, and he showed me so much love. He brought me all over the industry for two years and introduced me to everybody he know, so I could never repay him for that.Termanology “Watch How It Go Down” VideoAllHipHop.com: I guess you’ve got to appreciate the honesty you got from those major labels, because going with Nature Sounds you won’t have to worry about the politics that keep dudes like Saigon from releasing possible classic records.Termanology: Politics As Usual baby, that’s it. One day I thought about it, and “Oh my God, that’s the best title ever.” Cause I’ve got my Hood Politics mixtape series which are like my pre-albums, and I’ve released one every year for the last five years. So that title was really inspired by the Jay-Z song, and just thinking about how the game is so political and f**ked up.

“My next album is going to be just me and Lil Fame…like on some Gang Starr s**t. He’s going to do all the beats, I’m gonna rhyme.”

AllHipHop.com: The Hood Politics tapes already have some of the best producers on them and great guest spots as well. Guys like Premier and Buckwild don’t just sell beats to anybody, so how did you decide what material to keep for the official album and what to drop beforehand?Termanology: What’s crazy man is that I got a lot of beats for free from a lot of the huge producers, really dope cats just reaching out and wanting to work with me. Like me and Lil Fame from M.O.P. My next album is going to be just me and Lil Fame, we’ve already started working on it. Politics As Usual drops September 30, and then me and Fame are going to do our s**t like on some Gang Starr s**t. He’s going to do all the beats, I’m gonna rhyme.AllHipHop.com: He’s done a few dope beats for you already like “Squeeze Ya Ratchet.” Fame’s always done production but nobody’s ever really checking for him like that.Termanology: Yeah definitely, his beats are diamonds in the rough. He did “Cold As Ice,” and a lot of beats that people know, but don’t know that he did. I just think me and him make a crazy combo, and we’ve already got some f**king crazy records together dog, some bananas s**t. We redid Eric B. & Rakim’s “In the Ghetto,” and it’s just me spazzin’. It’s crazy.AllHipHop.com: So is Fame going to rhyme at all on the album with you?Termanology: Yeah he’s going to rhyme on the album too. We just did the “How We Rock” video with Bun B, and Fame was starring in it with us. He was there the whole time and I was talking with him about it, and he was like “I want to rhyme more, I’m ready to rock.” I know he’s in the zone right now and he’s trying to get s**t cracking, so we’re going to do it together cause I’m ready to rock too. I’ve spent many nights in the studio with Fame, every single week just getting bent, just destroyed. He’s making the beats, I’m writing, we’re tossing ideas around and s**t. It’s all fam.Termanology f/ “How We Rock” VideoAllHipHop.com: Does it bug you out to get calls from Nottz and Alchemist like “Term, I made a beat for you.”Termanology: The s**t is crazy. Like Easy Mo Bee was at my crib, just chillin’ at my house. He’s telling me stories about working with Pac, and how Biggie would do this or that. It’s ill dog! All these cats, it’s just a dream to work with all the producers who worked on Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt and Ready To Die. They’re telling me their stories and passing them on is such an inspiration. I was able to take this dream that I had in my head and make it into something…it’s indescribable.AllHipHop.com: You’re known for spitting hard, and I can imagine how hard an album with you and Lil Fame will be. But you also address a lot of personal topics on tracks like “Circle of Life and “Talking To God.”Termanology: Yeah, “Talking To God” was just a freestyle I put out addressing the state of Hip-Hop. I did a Part 2, but I didn’t want to put it out cause I [got a] little too crazy on it. I don’t mind name dropping, cause it’s all about metaphors and s**t and it dates back to the first MCs, but I went a little overboard with it and decided not to put that one out.AllHipHop.com: You went hard on some people?Termanology: Yeah, I went in (Laughs). I seen a few people wanted it, but I was like, “Nah, I’ma lean back.”AllHipHop.com: Did you catch any flack for the first one?Termanology: Naw, everybody liked it. Premier called me and told me he liked it and that he’d be playing it. I also spoke with Tony Touch and he liked it too. It’s so weird dog, you never know what people are going to like. You really have no clue. You make some random freestyle and people live for it, and you try so hard on some other songs and nobody gives a f**k about them. For the album I wanted to get real serious and deep on a couple of tracks. I did a track with Pete Rock called “We Killin Ourselves,” and it’s just talking about AIDS and things of that nature, letting the kids know that we are killin ourselves. I wanted to touch on that, and I also did a song with Large Pro called “Sorry I Lied To You,” talking to the fans, my family and people in general about some situations that had occurred because of me. It’s ill man. I know “Watch How It Go Down” is what people know me for, that content, but I can’t wait for people to hear me spitting that real s**t over these beats.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Bahamas Mad At Wayne! Blueprint 3 Tracklisting? The Game Cries! Superhead Shows Her Belly!

DISCLAIMER:

All content within this section is pure rumor and generally have no factual info outside of what the streets have whispered in our ear. Read on.

TODAY’S RUMORS!

THE BAHAMAS IS MAD AT LIL WAYNE

Lil Wayne was supposed to be rocking a landmark concert in the Bahamas. BUT, the show didn’t happen. Wayne was to kick it in Nassau on Friday, September 26, but something went very wrong. LIl Wayne was there, but a beef between the sound company and the promoter Red City Entertainment made the sound people leave the whole country hanging! Wayne couldn’t perform if he wanted to. I guess there are no other sound companies in the Bahamas. You know, it all boiled down to money, at the end of the day. The Sound People didn’t get their money and they were scared they weren’t going to get it. Thousands of people showed up, but no show. The next day, they did a show and announced Weezy all night. At the end of the night, when it was waynes time, dude wasn’t there. People were hurt. Better luck next time.

RAY-J’S OLDER BROTHER WANTS TO BLOW HIS BRAINS OUT!

C-Dove. Have you ever heard that name before? Well, he is supposedly Ray-J’s other brother and he’s got a new song about killing Ray. “AK spittin’ right up to Ray’s mellon.” Why is he doing this to his own bro? I don’t know – bitter over something. C-Dove didn’t know about his famous brother and sister (Brandy) until they were older. Still Ray and Brandy weren’t quite famous…now they are.

Here are some of the lyrics of the rap song:

“When I pop in this banana (clip) boy, I’ll have you shakin’”

“If I dodn’t catching you in Cali, I’ma catch you in the Chi”

“I’ll have you runnin’ to ya momma like Ooohhhhhhh…”

“I’m about to act fool…there ain’t no more Mr. Nice Guy…you a b***h, you ain’t trying to fight!”

I’m not a big Ray-J fan, but this is just stupid.

WHAT CAN MAKE THE GAME CRY?

Chris Baker had his funeral yesterday. As you should know, he was the young man that served as Travis Barker’s assistant and friend. I heard it was extremely sad. Rumor had it, The Game was in tears and extremely saddened during the ceremony – like everybody. Travis Barker didn’t make it, despite the rumors, but DJ AM made it. I heard he had a number of white blotches on his face and a hand cast, but doesn’t look disfigured at all. Travis had somebody read a statement on his behalf. I cannot fathom going through what they are going through right now. I hear every body wore green, which was Chris’ favorite color. WHEW!

THE GAME GETS OFF THE HOOK

Speaking of Game…This got all of three comments on tmz so I am going to spread the good news. The Game beat criminal battery charges after a judge agreed to drop the charges – with a condition. But you remember the situation, right? The rapper was accused of socking one of his own cousin at a funeral after they had a dispute over money. Game reportedly promised to pay half. Now, he has to endure 36 anger management courses between now and February of 2009. If he does a Gucci Mane and doesn’t do what the judge said, he’s going to face conviction. Sucks to be the cousin, heh? I’m assuming a civil suit is on the way.

CHECK IT…VOTE FOR OBAMA BECAUSE HE’S BLACK!

I was talking to my homeboy Daytona and he posted something on his myspace blog that got us both mad at. First, stop asking us if we are only voting for Obama because he’s Black! Cut that s**t out! First of all, so what if I am or somebody is voting for him because he’s Black! Secondly, its not like White people don’t do that. White folks have ALWAYS voted in some way or another based on color (and gender too) so big flippin’ deal. Now, Black people – the ones I know – have gone over the top to explain why they support Barack Obama. It’s not like he’s Clarence Thomas – some BLACK DUDE just just to vote because he’s BLACK. I know somebody that voted for Bush, because he reminded him of his own father. Look what dude’s “father” got us into! IF you voted for Bush, go punch yourself in the face and jump off a bridge.

Terrance J registered 100k people to vote? I don’t know how he did that, but congrats! Click here to register to vote! The deadline is coming next week. REGISTER!!!!! Also, you can VOTE EARLY….that’s what I am going to do!

SIGNS THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN ENDI didn’t want to post this, but I had to. I HAD TO!People, forgive me, but we ALL have to do BETTER! Anyway, Middletown woman stands accused. She is accused of being disorderly in public as she ran around the town in a cow suit. That’s right…a freaking COW SUIT.Here is the rest of the report by the AP:A police report filed about the incident said Michelle Allen allegedly chased children in her neighborhood while wearing the suit on Monday evening.Allen also urinated on a neighbor’s front porch, the report said, and was warned by officers to go home and stay there.Allen was charged with disorderly conduct after an officer found her causing traffic problems on North Verity Parkway. The officer’s report stated that Allen was verbally abusive to him on the trip to jail and smelled of alcohol. The report did not speculate as to why Allen was wearing the cow suit.HERE, MY FRIENDS, IS THE PICTURE:

Pray for us…

DANITY KANE RUMORS

I admit, I am not the best when it comes to these rumors dealing with pop acts. But, here is what somebody sent me. Dawn of Danity Kane was in a relationship for 5 years before meeting Q. She dropped her ex Justin for Q. All this time, according to rumors, she’s been lying saying she hasn’t been in a relationship at all. I’m going to keep it real…I don’t know what any of this means. Somebody give me the real deal on this stuff. If you have any Danity rumors, I’m interested in relaying them to my people that care.

THAT’S RIGHT – F**K THAT DESTINY’S CHILD REUNION!

My ex future girlfriend Kelly Rowland opened her beak a lil’ too fast. She stated that there was going to be a Destiny’s Child reunion in 2009. Uh, NO! There won’t be a nee album or tour, says Michelle Williams. Michelle says she is more interested in doing her solo thing, where Kelly is probably feeling the recession! Sheeeet….as you can see, illseed is bitter. Still. Michelle said, “I haven’t heard anything about a Destiny’s Child reunion. I’m focusing on me now and want to stand on my own two feet. I’m definitely carving out my own niche. I don’t look to them for anything. I’ve got a long way to go cos I’m starting over but I’m happy for it to build slowly.” That’s right Michelle.

SWAGGA LIKE US – RICK ROSS STYLE

“Entertaining rumors, you a fool if you do,” Ross said. I take that personal! Anyway, Rawse is actually getting better. I heard there is a new rap group coming out called The Rawse Crew and they totally follow Rick Ross. The thing is, they aren’t affiliated with Ross and they are from either NJ or NY.

BILL MAHER ETHERS SHERRY OF “THE VIEW”

JOE BUDDEN – IS HAPPY?

I always thought Joe Budden was messed up in the game, but I must have been wrong. Check out Joe B as he flaunts his life, “wife” and son. I don’t think he’s really married but we can effectively stop talking about Gloria Velez now. Check out Joe Budden at home.

ILLSEED’S QUICKIES

I told you a ways back that “Rap City” was gone, but its officially GONE GONE. They should’ve never let Tigger go!

Obie Trice, Eminem and DMX are reportedly going to be featured on a song from Em’s new CD. This is going to be ill.

Beyonce’s collection of wigs is worth a reported $1 million.

I have gotten some NSFW pics that people said were a part of the Brit Spears sex tape. Not even close…aside from her being white. Now, I heard the actual tape is two hours long. Wow.

I said this last week, but they are saying that Eminem’s next CD will be called The Empack. Whoever owns that King Mathers lost.

Rumor has it Yums clothing/shoes are the people that are sponsoring the Chamillionaire video game tourney for $20,000. The money goes to Hurricane Ike relief effort.

If you miss Lady Drama, you and I are one and the same. She is taking this week off.

Janet was hospitalized for dehydration, not pregnancy.

Eva Longoria Parker has been looking real plump lately, but her and her hubby Tony say she’s just gained weight.

Rumor has it Lil’ Kim is in the process of recovering her career with the Trackmasters.

You cats can say what you want, OPRAH IS A G. She got Obama a gift. She gave him a pen that belonged to JFK – a rare collectable. That’s JFK as in John F. Kennedy as in…WE GOT THIS!

SUPERHEAD ACTS PREGGERS

Like I said, I definitely feel like an idiot even entertaining this, but check it.

WHOA – WHOA- WHOA

HOLD THE HELL UP…I thought battle rapping was over, but E-Ness and Mysonne got it on! Now, they were killin’ each other on every bar so that was kind of wack. But it was entertaining. Check it out. I wasn’t even gonna post this…I didn’t finish, but the first 7-10 mins are entertaining.

PEEDI CRAKK…DISSES JAY-Z…AGAIN…

This is kinda funny, but kinda sad. Peedi is now in jail. I want him to get focused! He’s better than this, as proven by the AllHipHop.com Social Lounge.
